Hepatocellular carcinoma ( HCC) is a prevalent primary liver cancer that is driven by cumulative chan-ges in the hepatocyte genome which were influenced by the liver microenvironment .The tumor microenvironment is a dynamic system, including cancer cells, stroma, the extracellular matrix.tissue hypoxia, diet, gastrointestinal tract ( GIT) microflora and circulating microvesicles , The liver microenvironment plays a pivotal role in HCC tu-merigenesis , progression and therapeutic efficienry .The study of the HCC microenvironment will provide new in-sights into the mechanism of tumourigenesis and potential novel targets in the treatment of HCC .

Various properties of the raw drug Horsc Bozoar were studied by microscopic observation, X-ray phase analysis, thermal analysis, elementary analysis and solubility test .Resul.ts showed that Horse Bezoar mainly contains magnesium ammonium phosphate as well assome magnesium -phosphorus stones.
4.Cliulcal research of myocardium infarction therapy by transplanting satellite cells

Objective Satellite cells(SCs) transplant was tried to treat myocardium infarction(MI) in human.Methods 10 patients who affected by coronary artery disease(CAD) and MI were selected.A piece of muscle was taken away from their quadriceps femoris 2 weeks before surgical operation.SCs were extracted,purified,cultured by modified Dorfman method,and then transplanted into the MI area by intramyocardial injection after CABG.EKG,UCG,99cTc-SPECT cardiac blood pool imaging,18F-FDG myocardial perfusion imaging were examined before operation and 3 months after operation.The cell metabolism status in the MI area were observed and LVEF were measured and analyzed by paired-samples t test with SPSS13.0 statistics software.Results After cultured in vitro for3 days,SCs were spindleshaped,and sticked to walls.SCs growth was stasis,fused into each other,and formed myotube when the cells were delayed to divide Petri dish or the concentration of fetus bovine serum(FBS) in the culture medium was reduced.Average 2.7 blood vessel bypass were established in these patients.SCs were transplanted merely in one patient whose coronary arteries were extensively sclerosed.No patients died in hospital.Heart function of these patients were recovered to NYHA I 3 months after operation.Their symptoms of angina pectoris were disap peared and quality of life was improved obviously.The cell metabolism activity was appeared again in the MI area 3 months after operatio(including the patient without CABG).LVEF were increased(9.70±4.17)% than preoperation.There is significant deviation between them(P<0.01).Conclusions Autograft of SCs can be alive in the MI area,and SCs can improve the heart function by participating the heart's systole and diastole activity directly or by altering cardiac compliance and stimulating the blood capillary proliferation.
5.Role of chinese medicine in the treatment of colorectal cancer

Colorectal cancer is a common malignancy with an annual death of 0.5 millions of people worldwide. Currently the most accepted method of treating colorectal cancer is operation. With the popularization of the concept of multidisciplinary treatment, the research of chinese medicine in the treatment of colorectal cancer is furthered. More and more studies show that chinese medicine can prevent or reduce adverse effect of radiotherapy and chemotherapy, and can also reduce postoperative tumor recurrence and metastasis, so as to prolong the life span and improve life quality. Although much has been achieved, many questions have yet to be solved. Clinical research with chinese medicine only is less, which cannot reflect the principle of treatment based on syndrome differentiation; the credibility and generalizability of chinese medicine were restricted because of the absent of standard effectiveness evaluation system; high quality, large sample, multi-center, randomized double-blind clinical researches need to be carried out.

The repair method depends on the repair time, repair funds for various reasons, we should according to the specific situation, weigh the advantages and disadvantages before making a decision. Conclusion:Medical equipment repair involves many factors. Leadership should be aware of the engineering and technical personnel in the hospital daily work, improve the level of engineering and technical personnel, in order to safeguard the medical equipment intact rate and meet needs.
7.A comparison of the perioperative application of fast track surgery and traditional surgery for fractured ribs

Objective To compare the perioperative application of fast track surgery(FTS)andtraditional surgery for fractured fibs.Methods Eighty four perioperative patients with fractured fibs wereenrolled,including 42 cases treated by FTS philosophy(FTS Group)and 42 cases treated by traditional surgery(Tradition Group).The results of postoperative VAS score,serum albumin,recovery time of gurglingsound,exhaust time of intestinal tract,postoperative complications,hospital stay,total hospital cost and patient satisfaction were investigated and compared between the two groups.Results Patients in FTS grouphad lower VAS scores,higher level serum albumin,earlier time of gurgling sound recovery and intestinalexhaust,lower rates of postoperative complication,shorter time of hospital stay,lower hospital costs andhigher levels of satisfaction(P <0.05).Conclusion For perioperative patients with fractured fibs,FTShas advantages in low VAS score,good nutrition condition,short intestinal tract convalescence,low postoperative complication rate,short hospital stay,low host costs and high level of satisfaction,which is worthy ofbeing spread.
8.The effects of plateletpheresis on blood conservation during cardiopulmonary bypass

Objective To investigate the effects of plateletpheresis on blood conservation following cardiopulmonary bypass.Methods 20 patients undergoing open heart surgery were divided randomly into experiment and control groups.All patients underwent routine CPB.Plateletpheresis was performed in experiment group by using COBE SPECTRA.Other blood conservation approaches were similar in two groups.Results The number of platelets collected in experiment group exceeded 20% of total platelets of every patients.In the experiment group,less transfusion was need.The changes of Hb and Hct at every time point were similar in the two groups.Platelet counts,aggregation,and prothrombin time in the experiment group restored to preoperative levels significantly earlier than in the control group.The chest tube drainage at 2,4,8,and 16 h and the total drainage after operation were significantly lower in the experiment group than those in the control group.Conclusion By protecting platelets from destruction by extracorporeal circulation,plateletpheresis is beneficial to the recovery of haemostatic system.It is a useful blood conservation method.
9.Determination of Iodide and Thiocyanate by Anion-exchange Chromatography

Objective To develop an anion-exchange chromatographic method for the determination of trace thiocyanate and iodide. Methods A sample containing thiocyanate and iodide was pumped through a continuous rod anion-exchange column and the two anions were eluted subsequently with potassium bromide and were determined by a UV detector simultaneously. Results It was proved that the chromatographic column could separate thiocyanate and iodide effectively in the optimum conditions. The linear equation of iodide was y=3 272 860x+51 929.537 57, r=0.999 03, the final detection range was 0.30-3.0 mmol/L, the detection limit was 1.27 ?g/L, the recovery rate was 87% and RSD was 2.75%, the linear equation of thiocyanate was y=3 163 690 x+1 057 080, r=0.999 49, the final detection range was 5.0-80 mmol/L, the detection limit was 30 ?g/L, the recovery rate was 85% and RSD was 3.22%. Conclusion This method is simple, reliable, better anti-interference and is applicable to the determination of trace thiocyanate and iodide.
10.Effects of Shenqi Bufeitang on Expessions of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in Airway Remodeling of COPD Rat Model with Lung-Qi Deficiency Syndrome

Objective To observe the effects of Shenqi Bufeitang on expessions of metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1 (TIMP-1) in the airway remodeling of COPD rat model with lung-Qi deficiency syndrome. Methods Quantitative stimulation with tobacco,SO2 and papin was made to establish COPD rat model with lung-Qi deficiency syndrome. Sixty male rats were randomly divided into normal group (N),model group (M),low dose treatment group (LT),medium dose treatment group (MT),high dose treatment group (HT) and glucocorticoid treatment group (GCT). The thicknesses of the airway wall and smooth muscle layer of the small airway were measured by means of image analyzer.
