Objective To realize the fundamental conditions and variation trends of disease spectrum of Meizhou and its surrounding areas in order to investigate the focuses of diseases monitor and control .Methods Sta-tistic analysis was done on diseases of hospital in 2013 with Pareto Diagram .Results About twelve kinds of disea-ses, including circulatory diseases , tumor, digestive diseases , respiratory diseases and urinary diseases , accounted for the total number of 89.2%.Conclusion Characteristics of diseases spectrum in hospitals were analyzed , for which we can attach importance to disease prevention , optimize medical resource allocation , enhance key specialty construction and improve the level of diagnosis and treatment .

Objective To discuss the value of spiral CT portography(SCTP) in diagnosis of liver diseases.Methods SCTP was performed in 81 cases suspected with liver diseases,SCTP of hepatic lesions and collateral pathways of portal vein were observed.On reconstruction axial images,the minor calibers of portal vein and splenic vein were measured.Results SCTP could exactly locate and diagnose the hepatic lesions, the portal venous system could be distinctly displayed by SCTP; in cirrhotic cases, main portal vein and splenic vein were dilated(?

Hydroxyapatite artificial eye mount has no toxicity,no sensitization and good histocompatibility.Its porous structure is beneficial for the ingrowth of new vessels and fibrous tissues,thereby it is the main implant of orbital reconstruction following enucleation.With the wide application in clinics,hydroxyapatite artificial eye mount also show some complications such as conjunctival humbling,erosion,split and artificial eye mount exposure.There are many causes for these complications and the most one is the stimulation and wearing of orbital soft tissues induced by crude implants,as well as the delaying in vessels.Using autologous or variant tissue for covering or encapsulating the anterior artificial eye mount,the mount will be strengthen and become smooth,thereby reducing the friction.Autologous sclera is superior to other encapsulating materials.

Objective To investigate the ability of generation of dendritic cell (DC) from precursor in peripheral blood and inducing specific antitumor immune response.Methods (1)The monocytes(Mo) were isolated from peripheral blood and cultured in medium with granulocyte-macrophage colony stimulating factor(GM-CSF) and interleukin 4(IL-4).Cells were harvested and detected for phenotypic analysis by FACS 7 days later.(2)The mature DC with specific tumor-associated antigen(TAA) was collected on day 7.After cultured for 3d,the mature DC could activate allogeneic T cells to become tumor specific cytotoxic T lymphocytes(CTL).Methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium(MTT) assay was employed to detect inhibition rate of CTL and its supernatant on 3A0 cells,HCCC-9810 cells,293T cells,respectively.Results (1)DC precursors in peripheral blood could be induced to differentiate and mature in medium containing GM-CSF/IL-4 for 7d.The induced DC had high expression of CDla,CD80(B7-1),CD83,CD86,(B7-2),and HLA-DR. Sixty-four patients with solitary pulmonary nodules were included in this study. The diameter of pulmonary nodules was equal or less than 3.0 cm and no contact with the adjacent pleura. They were divided into study group( with acuductor locating method)and conventional group (with conventional method). The results showed that the one-time success rates were 97％ (31/32)in study group and 72％(23/32) in conventional group, the diagnostic accuracy were 94％ ( 30/32 ) and 88 ％ ( 28/32 ), respectively,while the successful puncture time were( 13. 5 ±4. 9)min and( 18. 7 ±5. 7) min, respectively. In study group,the complication rate was 9％ (3/32), while 28％ ( 9/32 ) in conventional group. There were statistical differences between the two groups. CT-guided aspriation biopsy for solitary pulmonary nodules with self-made acuductor can obviously improve one-time success rate and reduce the complication rate and operative time.

Objective To investigate the expression and prognostic role of ADP-ribosylation factor 6 (ARF6) in human endometrial carcinoma.Methods 51 endometrial carcinoma tissues and matched tumor-adjacent tissues were collected from Jan.2010 to Dec.2011 in People's Hospital of Linzi District of Zibo City and Penglai People's Hospital.mRNA expression of ARF6 was detected by qRT-PCR,and the protein expression of ARF6 was detected by immunohistochemistry.The correlation between ARF6 and clinicopathological features was analyzed by chi-square test,and the Kaplan-Meier survival curves were drawn to describe the prognostic effects of ARF6 expression.Results Both mRNA and protein expression of ARF6 were down-regulated in endometrial carcinoma tissues than those in matched tumor-adjacent tissues (P＜0.05).Positive expression of ARF6 was associated with lynphatic metastasis (P＜0.05) and advanced TNM stage (Ⅲ+Ⅴ,P＜0.05).Both the 3-year overall survival rate and disease-free survival rate were lower in ARF6 positive expression group than in ARF6 negative expression group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Positive expression of ARF6 in human endometrial carcinoma is related to the malignant clinicopathological features and poor prognosis.

Objective To investigate the clinical value of ultrasonography in diagnosis and the significance in the pelvic lymph node metastasis in endometrial carcinoma.Methods Endometrial carcinoma admitted for initial treatment of patients with a total of 60 cases,take color Doppler imaging (GE730),the uterine,vaginal examination, accessories and tumor size,internal echo,and the relationship with the surrounding tissue boundaries of tumor four weeks and internal flow characteristics were observed.Results 60 cases of endometrial carcinoma,50 cases of patients with ultrasound findings with operation pathologic examination results,which were positive in 45 cases (75%),8 cases of false negative (13.33%),false positive in 2 cases (3.33%),5 cases were negative (8.33%). The detection sensitivity was 84.91% (45 /53);the rate of missed diagnosis was 15.09% (8 /53);the rate of misdi-agnosis was 28.57% (2 /7);the specificity was 71.43% (5 /7);Youden index 0.5634.Resistance index,CDFI value of carcinoma of endometrium and pelvic lymph node metastasis,there were significant differences (P <0.05). Conclusion Node metastasis in endometrial carcinoma by ultrasonography in diagnosis of pelvic lymph,ultrasonic diagnosis accuracy rate reaches 83.33%,so by ultrasonographic features can be found audio -visual abnormalities in patients,and timely diagnosis of pelvic lymph node metastases in endometrial carcinoma,to lower the risk of blind treatment to the female brought.

Objective To explore the mechanism of the renal artery angioplasty applied in hypertension with renal atherosclerosis. Methods Acording to the result of the renal artery angiography, 98 patients were divided to 3 groups. The renin activity and the angiotensin in the therapy groups were measured before and after the angioplasty and the datas were compared among 3 groups. Results After the angioplasty, the renin activity and the angiotensin significantly decreased in the therapy groups (P<0.01). The blood pressure and the creatinine decresed a month later. Conclusion The renal angioplasty can decrease the blood pressure and instantly decrease the renin activity and the angiotensin of the renal vein in hypertension with renal atherosclerosis.
