Objective To investigate the preparation of internal quality control products of NT‐proBNP by electrochemilumines‐cence detection .Methods The serum with high and normal levels of NT‐proBNP were collected and divided into low‐value group and high ‐value group .The expected target value ,inter‐batch duplicability ,imprecision and the stability within batch were detected . After effective verification ,we evaluated the bias between self developed internal quality control products and Roche factory quality control materials by comparative test .Results The repeatability ,stability and imprecision of self developed NT‐proBNP were all appropriate to internal quality control products and meeting meet the clinical testing standards .The control range was significantly less than that permitted by Roche ,so it can meet the internal quality control requirements .Conclusion The self developed NT‐proBNP internal quality control products can replace the imports quality control products .

Objective To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of Aegisy retrievable filter in inferior vena cava interventional treatment for acute deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity. Methods Acute or sub acute unilateral lower extremity deep vein thrombosis ( deep vein thrombosis, DVT) patients in our hospital were selected, and Aegisy filter was put into the inferior vena cava through the femoral, and thrombolytic therapy was carried out in the next day. Limb conditions was observation after 10 to 15 days, confirmed by vascular ultrasound and angiography of lower limb vein after no fresh or free thrombus. The filter was removed with protector, anticoagulant therapy after review the venography of lower limb postoperative. Results All Aegisy filter were put into patients, and there were no obvious forward jumping and drawing back occurred during the release of the filters, and all Aegisy filter had a better position. Placement of a filter everage time was (16. 8 ± 1. 3) days, 89 cases were successfully recovery filter. The effct of Aegisy filter on the patients with lower extremity deep venous thrombosis after treatment is obvious effect, no pain, and no symptom of pulmonary embolism. Conclusion Aegisy retrievable inferior vena cava filter has many advantages in clinical use. The filter can be placed to the scheduled position accurately,and it is very powerful in captu-ring the thrombus,it can be hold in the inferior vona cava for long time before it is planed to be retrieved,and its retrieval success is very high. Moreover,with high technieal successful rate the implantation of Aegisy retrievable inferior vena cava filter is very safe and effective for the interventional treatment of acute deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of minimally invasive technique by retroperitoneal approach in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis with peripancreatic necrosis.Methods The clinical data of 10 patients with severe acute pancreatitis combined with peripancreatic necrosis who underwent retroperitoneal drainage by aspirating and placing tube under B ultrasound guidance on the basis of routine therapy in the First Affiliated Hospital of University of South China from January 2016 to September 2016 were analyzed.Results All of the 10 patients successfully underwent puncture.Drainage was good after puncture and tube placement in 7 patients.The amylase activity was normal within 3 ～ 7 days,and the symptoms of abdominal pain and bloating were alleviated in 2 ～ 4 days.Among them,3 cases had poor drainage after catheterization due to a large necrotic area,and the percutaneous nephroscope was performed to remove the necrotic tissue of the pancreas.Bacteria was detected in the drainage fluid of 7 patients.The complications of pneumothorax,hemothorax and organ injury were not found in all the patients.The average hospitalization time was 19.4 days (10 ～ 34 days).Conclusions Minimally invasive retroperitoneal approach is safe and effective in curing severe acute pancreatitis with peripancreatic necrosis with good efficacy,which is worth for clinical recommendation and application.

Objective To explore the clinicopathological features,immunohistochemical characteristics of gastrointestinal anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL).Methods Clinical manifestations,histology and immunophenotype of three cases diagnosed with gastrointestinal ALCL were analyzed with the review of related literatures.Results The clinical manifestations of gastrointestinal ALCL were of no characteristical changes.The pathological features were pleomorphic in which some bizarre,horseshoed or kidney-shaped nuclei were seen.The characteristic of one of the three cases was shown as sarcomatoid.All cases expressed LCA,CD3,CD4,CDs,CD45Ro,CD30,two out of three cases expressed ALK protein,otherwise they were negative for B cell related antigens,CD15 and muscle,nerve,epithelium originated antigens.Conclusions ALCL of the gastrointestinal tract is extremely rare as one of the lymphatic hematopoietic system tumors.No definite clinical characteristic is seen in the gastrointestinal ALCL with high grade malignancy.It is easily misdiagnosed as carcinomas or other sarcomas.It is necessary to use biopsy to make a pathological diagnosis.

Objective To explore the feasibility of lithium heparin anticoagulant plasma instead of serum in biochemical test . Methods 54 biochemical indexes were comparatively detected in 100 samples of lithium heparin anticoagulant plasma and serum . Results The detection results of 45 biochemical indexes in 100 samples of lithium heparin anticoagulant blood plasma and serum showed no statistically significant differences (P>0 .05) .There were statistically significant differences in the indexes of total pro-tein(TP) ,potassium ion(K+ ) ,lactic dehydrogenase(LDH) ,glucose(GLU) ,creatine kinase-MB(CK-MB) and lipase(LPS) between lithium heparin anticoagulant plasma and serum(P<0 .05) ,while results showed good correlation(the maximum r value was 0 .998 , the minimum r value was 0 .887);3 indexes of transferrin(TRF) ,α-L-fucosidase(AFU) and leucine aminopeptidase (LAP) had statistically significant differences (P<0 .05) and showed no correlation(r<0 .6) .Conclusion Lithium heparin has the strongly an-ticoagulant ability with the advantages of non-influence on cell volume and no hemolysis ,which can be used for routine biochemical test ,especially suitable for the outpatient service ,emergency and the patients with blood coagulation dysfunction ,but the detection of TRF ,AFU and LAP can not be suitable .

ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical efficacy of coiling-dragon warm needling atHuatuo jiaji points plus Chinese herbal fumigation in treating ankylosing spondylitis (AS).MethodEighty AS patients were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups, 40 cases each. The treatment group received coiling-dragon warm needling at Huatuo jiaji points plus Chinese herbal fumigation and the control group, oral administration of salicylazosulfapyridine (SASP). An investigation was made of the Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Disease Activity Index (BASDAI), the patients’ overall assessment, the Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Functional Index (BASFI), the total number of swollen joints, the Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Measurement Index (BASMI) and laboratory inflammatory indices: erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), platelet (PLT) and C reactive protein (CRP).ResultThere was a statistically significant difference in the marked efficacy rate between the two groups (P<0.05). Clinical indices: disease activity index and functional index and laboratory indices: ESR, PLT and CRP improved somewhat inboth groups of patients after treatment (P<0.05). After two courses of treatment, the therapeutic effect was better in the treatment group and there was a statistically significant difference compared with the control group (P<0.05).ConclusionCoiling-dragon warm needling at Huatuo jiaji points plus Chinese herbal fumigation can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms and reduce inflammatory reactions in the active stage in AS patients. It is an effective way to treat AS.

Objective: To investigate the effects of silk fibroin on the immobilization of thrombin. Methods: The immobilized thrombin was prepared using silk fibroin as the carrier and glutaraldehyde as the crosslinking agent. With activity yield as the index, the process conditions of silk fibroin immobilized thrombin were determined by an orthogonal test. Results:The optimum process con-ditions of immobilized thrombin treated with silk fibroin were as follows:the immobilization time was 6 h, the enzyme dosage was 2 400 NIH·g-1 casein, the temperature was 25℃ and pH was 7. 6. The activity recovery of immobilized thrombin was 67. 22%. Conclu-sion:Silk fibroin has the positive immobilization effect on thrombin.

Objective To investigate the risk and value of the dissection of bursectomy in T2 gastric cancer. Methods A total of 86 T2 gastric cancer patients were divided into dissection of bursectomy group (46 cases) and non-dissection of bursectomy group (40 cases) according to the random number table method. The age, Borrman type, tumor location, degree of differentiation, vascular tumor thrombus, operation type, lymph nodes metastasis, number of dissected lymph nodes, tumor size, blood loss during operation, operation time and postoperative complications were observed. The patients were followed up for 1 year, and the local recurrence, metastasis and survive were compared between 2 groups. Results There were no statistical differences in age, Borrman type, tumor location, degree of differentiation, vascular tumor thrombus, operation type, lymph nodes metastasis, number of dissected lymph nodes, tumor size, blood loss during operation and postoperative complications (P>0.05). No metastasis was found in anterior layer of transverse colon and pancreatic capsule in 2 groups. The operation time in dissection of bursectomy group was significantly longer than that in non- dissection of bursectomy group: (169.13 ± 37.94) min vs. (147.45 ± 30.27) min, and there was statistical difference (P<0.05). The patients were followed up for 1 year, and there was no local recurrence in 2 groups. There was 1 case with liver metastasis in dissection of bursectomy group, and 1 case with bony metastasis in non- dissection of bursectomy group. There was no death in 2 groups. Conclusions The dissection of bursectomy in T2 gastric cancer could be abandoned, in order to reduce the operation time, blood loss during operation, and postoperative complications.
