OBJECTIVE:To explore the effects of different doses of sufentanil on hemodynamics and postoperative stress re-sponse of children with congenital heart disease in cardiac surgery anesthesia. METHODS:40 children underwent ventricular septal defect repair in our hospital were divided into group A,B,C and D with 10 cases in each group according to the dose of sufent-anil. Groups A,B,C and D were given intravenous injection of sufentanil(0.6,0.8,1.0,1.2 μg/kg)respectively during anesthe-sia induction. Heart rate(HR)and systolic blood pressure(SBP)of 4 groups were recorded before induction(T1),after induction (T2),intubation(T3),2 min after intubation(T4),5 min after intubation(T5),and 10 min(T6)after intubation. The contents of acetylcholine(ACH),cortisol,glucagon,IL-6 and lactic acid were recorded when getting into the operating room(t1),after intu-bation(t2),after spliting the sternum(t3),before rewarming(t4),10 minutes after the shutdown the CPB(t5)and 24 h after oper-ation(t6). RESULTS:There was no significant differences in HR and SBP between 4 groups at T1(P>0.05);but there was statis-tically significant difference between 4 groups at T2-T6(P<0.05). There was no statistical significant difference in ACH,glucagon, IL-6 and lactic acid between 4 groups at T1 (P>0.05);but there was statistically significant difference between 4 groups at T2-T6 (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in cortisol between 4 groups at T1-T4(P>0.05);but there was statisti-cally significant difference between 4 groups at T5-T6(P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS:During pediatric cardiac surgery anesthesia,the concentration of sufentanil kept in 1.0μg/kg is the most suitable,and has small effect on hemodynamics and postoperative stress re-sponse.

Objective To study the cognitive tendencies in recognizing negative emotional faces.Methods The experiment used the traditional flanker paradigm for reference.Forty-eight university students (19 males,29 females) finished the flanker tasks deigned by E-Prime, and their accuracy rate and reaction time were recorded in the study.Results ANOVA revealed that,in all cases,the accuracy rate of anger was significant higher than fear and sadness (96.60% ,94.50% ,94.40% ) (P＜0.05).And when the flanking stimuli were fear faces or there were no flanking stimuli, the reaction time of anger was much shorter than fear and sadness ( respectively,fear(801.27 ± 140.99) ms,anger(723.94 ± 151.37 ) ms, sadness(812.21 ± 148.85 ) ms; fear(788.17 ±148.81 ) ms, anger ( 694.28 ± 111.99 ) ms, sadness (763.57 ± 133.91 ) ms, P ＜ 0.05 ).When the flanking stimuli were anger or sadness faces, the reaction time of anger was significant shorter than fear( respectively, fear( 824.09 ± 164.42) ms, anger (721.48 ± 124.06 ) ms, sadness ( 760.50 ± 131.12 ) ms; fear ( 798.95 ± 146.40) ms, anger (702.55 ± 136.07 ) ms, sadness (750.48 ± 133.86) ms, P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion There are no flanker effects in recognizing different negative emotional faces, but there are anger superiority effects of face recognition and cognitive tendencies, which is helpful for clinical diagnosis and treatment of some diseases associated with emotional disorders.

Objective To elucidate the relationship between quality of life (QOL) and disease activity of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE),as well as to reveal the factors impacting disease activity and the QOL of SLE utilizing the combination of SLE-specific quality of life questionnaire (SLEQOL) and the medical outcomes survey short form 36 (SF-36).Methods SLEQOL and SF-36 health survey questionnaire were applied.Information on gender,disease duration,age,education level were collected.Serum complement (C3 and C4) level and erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) were measured.Patients were divided into inactive,mild active,moderate active and severe active respectively according to SLE disease activity index (SLEDAI).Pearson's product moment correlation coefficient was used to analyze the correlation between the activity of disease and the QOL.Multiple linear regression was employed to explore the factors which could impact on SLEQOL.Results The physical function of SLEQOL was positively correlated with SLEDAI (r=0.36; P＜0.05).The association between reported health transition of SF-36 and SLEDAI was positive (r=0.19; P＜0.05).Physical functioning,role-physical,role-emotional,body pain and vitality were all negatively correlated with SLEDAI (r:-0.20,-0.19,-0.19,-0.19,-0.21 respectively; P＜0.05).The scores of patients with severe disease activity were significantly increased in the physical functioning of SLEQOL than other three groups (18±10 vs 11±5,12±6,13±7; P＜0.05).Scores on the Health transition of patients with moderate and severe disease activity were lower than those of whom with mild disease activity (23±28.14±17 vs 34±39,P＜0.05).Patients with mild or severe disease activity had lower score than those of patieuts in disease inactive (30±41,34±39 vs 44±44,P＜0.05).Multiple linear regression analyses showed that disease duration and education level might be the influencing factors of SLEQOL.Conclusion QOL of patients with SLE is related to the level of disease activity and is impacted by disease duration and education.

Objective To analyze the clinical effects of small needle -knife therapy with movement exercise on knee osteoarthritis (KOA).Methods The clinical data collected from all the patients with hospital care and other 60 patients with KOA treated in the outpatient department in People's Hospital of Changzhi from February 201 4 to August 201 4.The patients were divided into needle -knife group and hyaluronan group,30cases in each group.The needle -knife group was given small needle -knife therapy to each patient one or two times.The hyaluronan group was given weekly intra -articular hyaluronan treatment,once a week,5times in total.But all the patients must do the same exercise movement as treatment.The clinical efficacy evaluation went on 6 months to follow up the patients.The evaluation for each patient was made at 0.5,1 st,2nd,4th,and 6th months using the following measures:WOMAC (Western Ontario and McMaster University Osteoarthritis Index)global assessment and SF -36 (short form 36). Make a contrast to the efficacy of both therapies on the osteoarthritis of knee joint from pain -easing and functional recovery.And the results were synthetically analyzed.Results In terms of pain assessment,the outcomes obtained by WOMAC on the two groups was statistically effective in the phase of 1 -6 months (t =-5.952,P <0.001 ),while those by SF -36 showed differences between the first 0.5 month and 6th month (t =3.1 21 ,P <0.001 ,t =4.091 , P =0.01 1 ).In terms of the functional assessment,the figures obtained by the WOMAC manifested that the needle -knife group was significantly superior to the hyaluronan group at the second and sixth months (t =-8.579,P <0.001 ,t =-3.993,P =0.003),and SF -36 also displayed that after treatment,the objects from the two groups per-formed distinctively in the first half,first,and sixth month respectively.(t =6.1 32,P <0.001 ,t =5.063,P =0.0068, t =8.1 09,P =0.003).Conclusion Small needle knife with movement exercise can obviously improve activity -related function of knee joint and relief the pain for the patients with KOA.

ObjectiveTo explore the relationship of marriage quality with individual characteristics and copy style among the epilepsy patients.MethodsThe Chinese Marriage Quality Questionnaire,and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire Short Form Scale-Chinese edition (EPQ-RSC),and the Questionnaire of Simple Way to Coping were assessed used to assess 97 cases of the aduh married epilepsy patients and 93 cases of the control group 1 (epilepsy patients spouses) and 91 cases of the control group 2 (healthy crowds ).ResultsThe total scores of the marriage quality of epilepsy patients ( 295.78 ± 40.37 ) was lower than ones in the control group 2 ( ( 354.85 ± 28.11 ),P =0.000) and higher than that of the control group 1 ( (278.55 ± 42.23 ),P =0.014),the difference was all statistically significant(P＜ 0.05).The total scores of marriage quality of the epilepsy patients was negative correlated with the sex,and the age,and the marriage age and the severity,and the duration,and psychoticism( the Pearson correlation was respectively:-0.204,-0.436,-0.243,-0.691,-0.568,-0.635 ),and was positive correlated with which the formal schooling,and the attack types (symptoms epilepsy),and the introversion or extroversion,and the hidness,and the positive( the Pearson correlation was respectively 0.317,0.750,0.267,0.386,0.188) the difference was all statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Those seven variables that the attack type,and the hidness,and the severity,and the sex,and the education,and the psychoticism,and the positive could be predict to marriage quality of epilepsy patients,Adjusted R square was 0.903,After adjustment was 0.021 (P ＜ 0.05 ).ConclusionThe lever of marriage quality of the epilepsy patients is lower,and correlate with severity of epilepsy disease,and personality,copy style,and can be do comprehensive intervention from those.

In this article, HPLC fingerprint analysis method for total flavonoids from pollen of Brassica campestris L.was established., The HPLC fingerprint was performed on Waters C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm), eluted gradiently with the mixture of acetonitrile and 0.4% phosphoric acid aqueous solution at a flow rate of 0.8 mL·min-1. The column temperature was 40℃. The detection wavelength was 320 nm. The HPLC standard fingerprint of total flavonoids from pollen of Brassica campestrisL. was established, and 16 common peaks were calibrated. The method was simple, stable, and reproducible. It could be applied for quality control of total flavonoids from pollen of Brassica campestris L.

Objective To evaluate the protective effects of Sipunculus nudus preparation(SNP) on mice irradiated by 60Co.Methods The mice were divided into control group,model group and 0.5,1.0,and 2.0g?kg-1?d-1 SNP groups.SNP was administrated by intra-gastric infusion with the volume of 0.4mL per 20g.In the fifteenth day,the model group and the treated groups were irradiated by ?-ray of 60Co(0.83Gy/h) with the dose of 5 Gy.Peripheral blood WBC,RBC,PLT,the spleen(SI) and thymus index(TI),the BMNC,SOD and MDA in serum,testicle index,germ cells were detected.Results Comparing with the model group,TI,SI and peripheral blood WBC,RBC and BMNCs were higher.The activities of SOD in serum were increased,while MDA decreased.Testicle index and germ cells were increased,and germ abnomality rate was decreased in SNP groups.Conclusion SNP has protective effects on mice irradiatied by 60Co.

Objective To investigate the incidence of contrast-induced nephropathy (CIN) in the elderly undergoing coronary angiography and the correlated clinical risk factors.Methods 0.90% sodium chloride (1 ml · kg~-1 · h~-1 ) was administered 6 hours before and 12 hours after contrast media administration for 195 elderly patients,and the dose of sodium chloride was half when the patients were suffering from severe congestive heart failure.The levels of serum creatinine (Scr) and cystatin C were measured 3 days before and on the 2nd,5th day after the administration of contrast,respectively .Results(1) The incidence of CIN was 8.7% (17/195).The renal function of 11 cases recovered to baseline level 3 months after the use of contrast,2 cases had transformation to chronic renal failure but without undergoing maintenance hemodialysis,and 3 cases were dependent on maintenance hemodialysis,while 1 case developed multiple organ dysfunction until death.(2) There was no significant difference between pre-and post-contrast administration in the level of cystatin C (t=O.137,P= 0.891). But the concentration of Scr was reduced significantly on the 2nd day compared with the baseline (t=4.776,P = 0.000).Both the cystatin C and Scr recovered to the baseline on the 5th day.(3) There were no significant differences between the CIN and non-CIN group in gender,the dose of contrast,the baseline Scr,and the proportion of coronary heart disease.But there were significant differences in age,the baseline serum cystatin C,the proportions of diabetes mellitus,hypertension and congestive heart failure.(4) The clinical risk factors of CIN were the baseline Scr (OR = 1.039),the baseline serum cystatin C (OR=6.654),diabetes mellitus (OR=8.104) and congestive heart failure (OR=9.597) according to the analysis of logistic regression.ConclusionsWith the hydration and the use of low-osmolar nonionic contrast,it is safe to receive contrast examination for the elderly patients.The baseline serum levels of Scrand cystatin C,diabetes mellitus and congestive heart failure are the clinical risk factors of CIN.Compared with Scr,serum cystatin C is the more powerful predictor for the development of CIN.

Objective The Network Enhancement Fusion(ne-SNF)method had no denoising strategy for the networks from each omics data type,which would weaken the power of network fusion.To address this problem,we proposed an improved Network Enhancement Fusion(improved ne-SNF)model,and further applied the method to subtype identification of papillary renal cell carcinoma.Methods We conducted simulation studies to compare the performances of the improved ne-SNF method with the ne-SNF and SNF method,and applied improved ne-SNF method to integrate multi-omics data of PRCC.Cox regression model was performed to evaluate the prognostic risk of different subtypes.Differentially expressed mRNAs(DEmRNAs),miRNAs(DEmiRNAs)and differentially methylated genes(DMGs)with different subtypes were screened.KEGG pathway analysis was performed for the overlapping genes of three gene sets.Finally,the immune cell infiltration analysis was performed for patients with different subtypes.Results The improved ne-SNF method outperformed both SNF and ne-SNF approach in various simulation scenarios.In subsequent subtyping application,PRCC patients were divided into high-risk and low-risk groups,and the risk of death was 7.727 times higher in the high-risk group than in the low-risk group.A total of 3511 DEmRNAs,96 DEmiRNAs and 3426 DMGs were identified.Among them,649 overlapping genes yielded 42 KEGG pathways with statistical differences.In addition,3 immune filtrating cells showed statistical significance.Conclusion The improved ne-SNF performed better than SNF and ne-SNF,and the identified subtypes of PRCC may provide important clues and basis for treatment of PRCC patient.

The present study was performed to establish the UPLC fingerprints of Bolbostemmatis Rhizoma and determine the contents of three saponins by quantitative analysis of multi-components by single marker(QAMS), and provide basis for quality evaluation of Bolbostemmatis Rhizoma. The analysis was carried out on an analytical column of Waters Cortecs T3(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.6 μm)with gradient elution by acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution, at a flow rate of 0.3 mL·min~(-1). The detection wavelength was 203 nm, the column temperature was 30 ℃ and the injection volume was 1 μL. The UPLC fingerprints of Bolbostemmatis Rhizoma were established and evaluated by similarity calculation, cluster analysis and principal component analysis. The relative calibration factors of toberoside B and toberoside C were determined with toberoside A as internal reference. The content was calculated by relative calibration factors to develop a method of QAMS. Comparing the results of QAMS with those of ESM, the accuracy and feasibility of one-eva-luation and multi-evaluation can be determined. RESULTS:: showed that the fingerprints of 19 batches of Bolbostemmatis Rhizoma have four common peaks with similarities ranging from 0.754 to 1.000. Cluster analysis and principal component analysis classified 19 batches of Bolbostemmatis Rhizoma into three categories, which was consistent with the similarity evaluation results. The relative deviation between the content of tubeicosides B and C in 19 batches of Bolbostemmatis Rhizoma determined by QAMS and ESM is less than 5.0%, indicating that there was no significant difference between the two methods. Therefore, the UPLC fingerprints combined with QAMS and similarity evaluation can be effectively used to evaluate the quality of Bolbostemmatis Rhizoma.
