Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of aerosol inhalation of budesonide combined with acupoints application with Chinese herbal medicine in the treatment of pediatric asthma. Methods A total of 80 cases with asthma were randomly divided into observation group(40 cases) and control group(40 cases).Patients in control group were treated with budesonide atomization inhalation and patients in observation group were treated with the combination of budesonide and acupoints application with Chinese herbal medicine.Clinical symptoms improvement, serum inflammatory factors, pulmonary function index in the two groups were observed and compared after treatment. Results The clinical symptoms disappeared time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P < 0.05).The observation group had a significantly higher improvement in levels of serum inflammatory factors and pulmonary function index than the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion The effect of aerosol inhalation of budesonide combined with acupoints application with Chinese herbal medicine in treatment of pediatric asthma are more effective than the application of single budesonide.

BACKGROUND: Few studies have examined ambulatory cardiovascular physiological parameters of taxi drivers while driving in relation to their occupational hazards. This study aims to investigate and quantify the impact of worksite physical hazards as a whole on ambulatory heart rate of professional taxi drivers while driving without their typical worksite psychosocial stressors. METHODS: Ambulatory heart rate (HRdriving) of 13 non-smoking male taxi drivers (24 to 67 years old) while driving was continuously assessed on their 6-hour experimental on-road driving in Los Angeles. Percent maximum HR range (PMHRdriving) of the drivers while driving was estimated based on the individual HRdriving values and US adult population resting HR (HRrest) reference data. For analyses, the HRdriving and PMHRdriving data were split and averaged into 5-min segments. Five physical hazards inside taxi cabs were also monitored while driving. Work stress and work hours on typical work days were self-reported. RESULTS: The means of the ambulatory 5-min HRdriving and PMHRdriving values of the 13 drivers were 80.5 bpm (11.2 bpm higher than their mean HRrest) and 10.7 % (range, 5.7 to 19.9 %), respectively. The means were lower than the upper limits of ambulatory HR and PMHR for a sustainable 8-hour work (35 bpm above HRrest and 30 % PMHR), although 15–27 % of the 5-min HRdriving and PMHRdriving values of one driver were higher than the limits. The levels of the five physical hazards among the drivers were modest: temperature (26.4 ± 3.0 °C), relative humidity (40.7 ± 10.4 %), PM2.5 (21.5 ± 7.9 μg/m3), CO2 (1,267.1 ± 580.0 ppm) and noise (69.7 ± 3.0 dBA). The drivers worked, on average, 72 h per week and more than half of them reported that their job were often stressful. CONCLUSIONS: The impact of physical worksite hazards alone on ambulatory HR of professional taxi drivers in Los Angeles generally appeared to be minor. Future ambulatory heart rate studies including both physical and psychosocial hazards of professional taxi drivers are warranted.

Background:
Classical swine fever virus (CSFV), the causative agent of classical swine fever (CFS), is a highly contagious disease that poses a serious threat to Chinese pig populations.
Objectives:
Many provinces of China, such as Shandong, Henan, Hebei, Heilongjiang, and Liaoning provinces, have reported epidemics of CSFV, while the references to the epidemic of CSFV in Yunnan province are rare. This study examined the epidemic characteristics of the CSFV in Yunnan province.
Methods:
In this study, 326 tissue samples were collected from different regions in Yunnan province from 2015 to 2021. A reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR), sequences analysis, and phylogenetic analysis were performed for the pathogenic detection and analysis of these 326 clinical specimens.
Results:
Approximately 3.37% (11/326) of specimens tested positive for the CSFV by RTPCR, which is lower than that of other regions of China. Sequence analysis of the partial E2 sequences of eleven CSFV strains showed that they shared 89.0–100.0% nucleotide (nt) and 95.0–100.0% amino acid (aa) homology, respectively. Phylogenetic analysis showed that these novel isolates belonged to the subgenotypes 2.1c and 2.1d, with subgenotype 2.1c being predominant.
Conclusions
The CSFV was sporadic in China’s Yunnan province from 2015 to 2021. Both 2.1c and 2.1d subgenotypes were found in this region, but 2.1c was dominant.

Objective To investigate the current situation in Chinese rheumatologic physicians' clinical diagnosis and evaluation of Takayasu's arteritis (TA).Methods Nineteen rheumatology experts and three vascular surgery specialists in China were invited to make the nationwide investigation for the first time about the diagnosis and disease activity evaluation of TA in China, through the questionnaire survey on the internet.Weighted average was used to calculate the average scores of corresponding problems. Results Chinese experts mainly adopted 1990 American College of Rheumatology (ACR) classification criteria for clinical diagnosis of TA.In details, symptoms of age, limb claudication and amaurosis, signs including pulselessness or pulse weakening, vascular bruits, increasing bilateral pulse pressure and hypertension and acute phase reactants (APR) were critical to the clinical diagnosis of TA.Besides, noninvasive imaging examinations, such as computed tomography angiography (CTA),magnetic resonance angiography (MRA),vascular ultrasonography, and positron emission tomography (PET) were also of great importance. In the aspect of disease activity assessment,Chinese experts mainly used Kerr scoring tool.APR and noninvasive radiological examinations were considered with vital value. Some TA patients with carotid artery involvement were recommended using vascular ultrasonography, while others with pulmonary artery and thoracic/abdominal aorta trunk involvement were preferred CTA other than MRA.Conclusions APR and noninvasive imaging examinations were thought with great help to make clinical diagnosis and evaluation of TA for Chinese physicians.

【Objective】 To investigate the early clinical efficacy of full endoscopic lumbar interbody fusion in the treatment of lumbar degenerative diseases with lumbar instability. 【Methods】 We made a retrospective analysis of 22 cases of lumbar degenerative diseases with lumbar instability treated by full endoscopic lumbar interbody fusion in Department of Orthopedics, Tangdu Hospital of Air Force Military Medical University from January 2019 to June 2020. The operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume, and hospital stay were recorded. The Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) for lower back pain and leg pain and Oswestry disability index (ODI) were compared before operation, 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months and at the last follow-up after operation. Modified MacNab was used to evaluate the clinical efficacy at the last follow-up. 【Results】 Operations on the 22 patients were all completed successfully. The average operation time was (206.59±5.69) min (with the range of 180-240 min); the average volume of intraoperative bleeding was (92.73±22.29) mL (with the range of 50-120 mL); the average hospitalization time was (8.82±1.53) d (with the range of 7-13 d). All the patients were followed up for an average of (10.95±3.34) months (with the range of 6-18 months). The VAS score and ODI at each time point after surgery were significantly decreased compared with those before operation (P<0.05). The modified MacNab used to evaluate the clinical efficacy at the last follow-up showed that the total excellent and good rate was 90.91%, including 17 cases of excellence, 3 cases of good, and 2 cases of fair. 【Conclusion】 The early clinical effect of full endoscopic lumbar interbody fusion in the treatment of lumbar degenerative diseases with lumbar instability is satisfactory.
