Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1985;0(06):-
In this paper, the antigens of both Vibrio cholerae on 55 strains of El Tor and on 28 strains obtained with genetical method were studied by ELISA method using 12 strains of McAb against Vibrio cholerae (VCOMcAb). The results indicated that the 55 strains of Vibrio cholerae El Tor were expressed 11(A-K) of the recognized antigenic determinants, and fell into XⅧ(Ⅰ-XⅧ) distinct McAb reactivity types or groups, and the 28 varients of Vibrio cholerae from genetical method were expressed 9 (A-Ⅰ) of the recognized antigenic determinants, and fell into Ⅹ (Ⅰ-Ⅹ) distinct McAb reactivity types or groups. From those VCOMcAbs, the “F3” could recognize all 55 strains of Vibrio cholerae El Tor, indicating it has specificity; other 11 strains of VCOMcAb have a variety of reactivity to antigens on the 55 strains of Vibrio cholerae El Tor in both Inaba and Ogawa and their percentages of reactivity are different. This shows that these strains may have subtypes or subgroups.

China Pharmacy 2021;32(1):56-63
OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for the identification and proces sing end-point determination of raw Morus alba and its processed products (honey-processed M. alba ). METHODS :UPLC method was adopted. The determination was performed on Waters BEH Shield RP C 18 column with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile- 0.1% phosphoric acid solution (gradient elution ) at the flow rate of 0.30 mL/min. The column temperature was set at 30 ℃. The program wavelengths were set at 280 nm(0-4 min) and 320 nm(4-35 min). Similarity Evaluation System for Chromatogram Fingerprint of TCM (2012 edition)was used to establish UPLC fingerprint and carry out similarity evaluation of 13 batches of M. alba and honey-processed M. alba . The chromatographic peaks were identified with reference substance fingerprint. The colorimetric value (L,a,b) of 13 batches of M. alba and honey-processed M. alba powder were determined ,and average total colorimetric value (E)was calculated. OPLS-DA and cluster analysis were adopted to analyze the differences in fingerprints and colorimetric values of M. alba before and after processing. At the same time ,the dynamic change rule of fingerprint and colorimetric value of honey-processed M. alba at different processing time points were analyzed to determine the processing end-point. RESULTS :There were obvious differences in fingerprints before and after processing ,and the similarity of 13 batches of M. alba and honey-processed M. alba were all higher than 0.9. Totally 21 common peaks were calibrated for M. alba ,and 23 common peaks for honey-processed M. alba ;peak 1 and peak 2 were newly produced compounds of honey-processed M. alba . Peak 2,peak 7,peak 14 and peak 19 were identified as 5-hydroxymethylfurfural, mulberry glucoside A ,oxidized resveratrol ,mulberry flavonoids G. Results of OPLS-DA showed that the peak area-sample quantity ratio of peak 1,peak 2,peak 18,peak 20 and the chromaticity values (L,a,b)were the most important factors affecting the difference of raw and processed products of M. alba . When the E ranged 75.84-80.88 as the processing end-point of honey-processed M. alba ,the processing time was determined as 22-34 min. CONCLUSIONS : The established UPLC fingerprint and colorimetric value determination method can be used to identify the raw and processed products of M. alba as well as determine the processing end-point of honey-processed M. alba .

To observe the efficacy and safety of apatinib in the treatment of advanced bone and soft tissue sarcoma, and to analyze the possible related factors affecting the progression-free survival (PFS) of patients. Methods: Twenty-one patients with ad-vanced bone and soft tissue sarcoma admitted to the Department of Orthopaedics, Yunnan Cancer Hospital from June 2017 to Sep-tember 2018, were treated with apatinib tablets. The main efficacy index was progression free survival (PFS), and the secondary effica-cy index was overall survival (OS). Clinical efficacy was evaluated according to response evaluation criteria in solid tumors (RECIST) 1.1, and overall response rate (ORR), disease control rate (DCR), and safety were olserved according to the National Cancer Institute (NCI) 4.0 standard. Results: All of the 21 patients were followed up. At the last follow-up time point, March 31st, 2019, there were no CR, 2 patients (9.5%) with PR, 7 patients with SD (33.3%), and 12 patients with PD (57.1%). The ORR was 9.5%, the DCR was 42.8%, the medi-an PFS was 8 months, and the median OS was 14 months. The patient's gender, age, ECOG score, tissue source, surgery, or chemother-apy had no statistically significant effect on PFS (P>0.05). Only the history of radiotherapy before taking apatinib was a factor for pa-tients with PFS. The effect was statistically significant (P<0.05), and patients with a history of radiotherapy had a lower PFS than pa-tients without a history of radiotherapy. The adverse reactions of gradeⅢand above had hand-foot syndrome (14.3%), pneumotho-rax (14.3%) and anemia (4.8%). Conclusions: Apatinib has a certain effect for advanced bone and soft tissue sarcoma. The adverse re-actions are generally predictable, controllable and reversible. Apatinib can be a choice for patients with advanced bone and soft tissue sarcoma with good treatment adherence and no other treatment options.

Chinese Journal of Medical Genetics 2023;40(1):105-109
OBJECTIVE:
To explore the genetic basis, clinical phenotype and pathogenesis for a child with mosaicism ring chromosome 4.
METHODS:
Clinical data of the child was collected. Peripheral blood chromosomal karyotype G banding analysis, chromosomal microarray analysis (CMA), fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) were carried out for the child, in addition with a review of the literature.
RESULTS:
The child was born full-term with low birth weight, facial dysmorphism, patent ductus arteriosus and ventricular septal defect. His karyotype was determined as mos46,XY,r(4)(p16.3q35.2)[259]/45,XY,-4[25]/47,XY,r(4)(p16.3q35.2), +r(4)(p16.3q35.2)[8]/46,XY,der(4)del(4)(p16.3)inv(4)(p16.3q31.1)[6]/46,XY,dic?r(4;4)(p16.3q35.2;p16.3q35.2)[4]/48,XY,r(4)(p16.3q35.2),+r(4)(p16.3q35.2)×2[3]/46,XY,r(4)(p1?q2?)[2]; CMA result was arr[GRCH37]4p16.3(68 345-2 981 614)×1; FISH result was 45,XY,-4[12]/45,XY,-4×2,+mar1.ish r1(4)(WHS-,D4Z1+)[1]/ 46,XY,-4,+mar1.ishr1(4)(WHS-,D4Z1+)[73]/46,XY,-4,+mar2.ishr2(4)(WHS-,D4Z1++)[1]/47,XY,-4,+mar1×2.ishr1(4) (WHS-, D4Z1+)×2[4]/46,XY,del(4)(p16.3).ish del(4)(p16.3)(WHS-,D4Z1+)[9].
CONCLUSION
In this case, the ring chromosome 4 as a de novo variant has produced a number of cell lines during embryonic development and given rise to mosaicism. The clinical phenotype of ring chromosome 4 is variable. The instability of the ring chromosome itself, presence of mosaicism, chromosome breakpoint and range of deletion and/or duplication may all affect the ultimate phenotype.
