Objective To study experienced doctors’ treatment of senile dementia based on association rule. Methods Databases, such as CNKI, CSCD, CBMdisc, CPD, and Wanfang Data were searched for articles about senile dementia. SPSS17.0 and Clementine12.0 software were used for frequency and correlation analysis of prescription. Results In total of 67 articles about TCM therapy for senile dementia were included, containing 112 prescriptions, 178 Chinese herbal medicines, 1589 frequency, and 14.2 entries for each prescription. The first three frequently used herbal medicines were Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma, Polygala Radix, and Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma. Accoring to association rule, the first three medicine pairs were Citrus Reticulatae Pericarpium→Pinelliae Rhizoma, Dioscoreae Rhizoma→Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata, and Codonopsis Radix→Citrus Reticulatae Pericarpium. The first three thriple herbal medicines were Dioscoreae Rhizoma+Lycii Fructus→Corni Fructus, Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma+Corni Fructus→Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata, and Carthami Flos + Hirudo→Bupleuri Radix. Conclusion The results based on association rule effectively summarized all the doctors’ treatment experience in senile dementia, and provided the beneficial reference for the clinical treatment of senile dementia.

Objective To investigate the value of diffusion kurtosis imaging (DKI) in diagnosing early diabetic nephropathy. Methods Twelve pigs were divided into the experimental group (7 pigs) and the control group (5 pigs), used the random number table method. The experimental group was fed with high?fat high?sugar diet, and then repeatedly injected small doses(50 mg/kg) of Streptozotocin (STZ) through the ear vein. Meanwhile, the control group was fed with normal diet and injected with the same dose of citric acid?sodium citrate buffer solution. After the type 2 diabetes was established successfully, T1WI, T2WI and DKI sequence imaging were performed every month for 2 pigs from the experimental group and the control group, respectively.Mean kurtosis(MK), axial kurtosis (K∥), radial kurtosis (K⊥), fractional anisotropy (FA) and mean diffusivity(MD) were measured on the pseudo?color map of the post?processing workstation. fasting blood glucose(GLU),insulin (INS),renal function, urine routines and random albumin creatinine ratio(RACR) were measured before MRI scan. Specimens from bilateral kidneys were taken for pathological examination after MRI scan. The paired t test was used to compare the parameter values of the cortex and medulla. Independent sample t test was used tocompare the parameter values of the experimental group and the control group. Results In the experimental group, the MK, FA values of medulla were 0.66±0.07 and 0.19± 0.04, the MK, FA values of cortex were 0.60±0.06 and 0.16±0.03.In the control group, the MK, FA values of medulla were 0.59±0.03 and 0.20±0.04, the MK, FA values of cortex were 0.53±0.03 and 0.17±0.04.The MK and FA values of medulla were increased compared with the cortex and the difference were statistically significant (P<0.01). The MK, K⊥ values of cortex and medulla were increased in the experimental group compared with the control group and the difference were statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant differences in the K∥, FA and MD values between two groups (both cortex and medulla, P>0.05). Conclusion DKI sequencehas certain value in the diagnosis of early diabetic nephropathy, and to some extent reveals the pathological change in early diabetic nephropathy.
4.Research progress on detection techniques for effective albumin concentration
Chinese Journal of Hepatology 2024;32(6):493-496
Hypoalbuminemia is one of the important clinical features of decompensated cirrhosis. As the disease progresses, not only does the total albumin concentration decrease, but so does the proportion of albumin that remains structurally and functionally intact. The structural and functional integrity of albumin is essential for its normal physiological role in the body. This led to the concept of "effective albumin concentration," which may be much lower than the total albumin concentration routinely measured clinically in patients with advanced cirrhosis. Liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry, and electron paramagnetic resonance (EMR) are emerging technologies for effective albumin concentration detection, showing promising clinical application prospects, but research in patients with cirrhosis is still in the preliminary stage. Therefore, this article will comprehensively summarize the latest research on the aspects of effective albumin detection methods, liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry, and electron paramagnetic resonance, as well as their applications.

The article takes the experiment teaching combining Chaoxing Network Teaching Platform with BOPPPS model of obstetrics and gynecology in Chongqing Medical University as an example, and introduces the six teaching modules in detail that are followed in the mixed teaching mode: bridge in, objective, pre-assessment, participatory learning, post-assessment, and summary. Using the three-in-one assessment method of "process evaluation + incentive evaluation + summative evaluation", the learning effect of students was comprehensively evaluated. The practice proved that this mode can improve students' learning autonomy, exercise communication skills, cultivate teamwork spirit, promote the construction of clinical thinking, and improve teaching effect and classroom teaching quality.

In order to meet the needs of contemporary society for medicine and cultivate high-quality compound medical talents, Chongqing Medical University has carried out the "organ system-centered" urogenital system integration curriculum reform. In the practice of integrated curriculum teaching, students have deepened their systematic understanding of medical knowledge, enhanced their enthusiasm and initiative in classroom learning, cultivated students' logical thinking ability, and improved students' innovative scientific research ability, by reorganizing the curriculum system, rewriting textbooks, improving the teaching environment, forming a teaching team, and reforming teaching methods, which laids the foundation for the further improvement of the medical curriculum.

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2022;28(5):568-577
ObjectiveTo evaluate the effect and safety of exercise intervention on fatigue for patients with multiple sclerosis (MS). MethodsRandomized controlled trials (RCT) about effect of exercise intervention on MS fatigue were retrieved from the databases of PubMed, Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trails, Web of Science, CNKI and Wanfang Data from establishment to June, 2021. Two researchers independently screened the literature, extracted the data and assessed the quality of eligible studies. Meta-analysis was performed with Stata 16.0. ResultsA total of 41 RCT with 2 155 patients were included. Compared with control group, exercise intervention might improve the MS fatigue at the end of intervention in exercise group (SMD = -0.59, 95%CI -0.73 to -0.44, P < 0.001). There was no significant difference between the exercise group and the control group in follow-up period (SMD = -0.07, 95%CI -0.26 to 0.12, P = 0.47). Exercise intervention did not increase the recurrence of MS (RR = 0.67, 95%CI 0.45 to 1.00, P = 0.06). ConclusionExercise intervention can effectively relieve the fatigue of MS without increasing the recurrence of MS.
