OBJECTIVE:To promote effective supervision of key monitoring drugs by provincial pharmaceutical quality control center,and to improve rational drug use. METHODS:The effects of No.2 district of Sichuan province pharmaceutical quality con-trol center on 3 categories of key monitoring drugs guidance and supervision,through urging medical institution in the area to estab-lish key monitoring drugs supervision system,formulating prescription review guideline for 3 categories of key monitoring drugs [TCM injection,adjunctive drug,proton pump inhibitors (PPIs)],developing baseline data survey,inspecting the application of key monitoring drug in medical instaurations on the spot and other measures,were introduced. Through collecting the reports of re-gional quality control center to the provincial quality control center,supervision system of medical institutions were analyzed statisti-cally. Key monitoring drugs of medical institutions in the area were analyzed statistically in respects of rational utilization ratio,uti-lization quantity,utilization amount,etc.,so as to evaluate supervision effects. RESULTS:Up to Apr. 2016,92.26%medical insti-tutions had been aware of the relevant requirements of the documents;84.25% had established the hospital supervision system. 3 categories of key monitoring drugs prescription(orders)comment guideline had been developed in Mar. 2016. 18 third-grade class-A general medical institutions were randomly selected;among 3 categories,irrational utilization ratio of TCM injection decreased by 12.35%(35.41% vs. 47.76%);that of adjunctive drugs decreased by 9.64%(20.95% vs. 30.59%);that of PPIs decreased by 7.44%(40.49% vs. 47.93%) in May 2016,compare to Jan. 2016. Average consumption sum of them decreased by 12.07%, 13.30%,9.49%,respectively in Apr. 2016,compared to Jan. 2016. 55.02% medical institutions had started to collect the baseline data. CONCLUSIONS:The provincial pharmaceutical quality control center has played an important role on establishing a supervi-sion system,it can promote the effective supervision by guiding and supervising the medical institutions evaluating the supervision of medical institutions and pointing out the problems.

OBJECTIVE:To explore effective pharmaceutical administration measures for the rational adjunctive drugs. METH-ODS:The effective pharmaceutical administration of adjunctive drugs in medical institutions of Sichuan province was introduced, including establishing key monitoring management system of adjunctive drugs (establishing and implementing prescription review system,rational drug use training,strict supervision and examination) and playing promotion effect of provincial pharmaceutical quality management control center on medical institutions,etc. The effects of pharmaceutical administration in 18 third-grade class-A medical institutions were evaluated through statistically analyzing rational utilization ratio,drug ratio,consumption sum of ad-junctive drugs. RESULTS:Up to May 2016,key monitoring management system of hospital adjunctive drugs had been established and improved in medical institutions over Sichuan province. The rational utilization ratio of adjunctive drugs in 18 medical institu-tions increased from 69.41% in Jan. 2016 to 79.05% in May 2016;drug ratio decreased from 29.22% to 27.93%. The monthly consumption sum of adjunctive drugs decreased from 22 970 000 yuan in Apr. 2015 to 17 380 000 yuan in Apr. 2016(decreasing by 20.49%). CONCLUSIONS:Medical institutions of Sichuan province conduct effective pharmaceutical administration of adjunc-tive drugs through establishing the key monitoring management system for medical institutions and playing the role of the provincial pharmaceutical quality management control center for the supervision.

Yersinia enterocolitica,which is pertaining to pathogenetic Yersinia,is a human and animal pathogen found in most countries of the world.The microorganism is widely distributed in nature in aquatic and animals.It is transmitted through the respiratory tract or digestive tract.The epidemical seasons are mainly autumn and winter.Within a broad spectrum of clinical diseases,gastroenteritis is commonly encountered.To detect Yersinia enterocolitica,molecular biological method is the highest sensitive and special.

Objective To explore the role of neutrophil extracellular traps (NETs)-induced endothelial cell damage in the pathogenesis of dermatomyositis (DM)-associated interstitial lung disease (ILD).Methods Serum free DNA and krebs von den lungen-6 (KL-6) level were tested in healthy controls,dermatomyositis patients with or without interstitial lung disease (DM-ILD and DM-NILD).Subjects' peripheral blood neutrophils were stimulated with phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate (PMA),then human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) were co-cultured with NETs.The cell morphology was observed by the inverted phase contrast microscope.Cell viability was detected by cell counting kit-8 (CCK8).Results The concentration of serum free DNA in DM patients [(271.27 ± 76.53) μg/L] was significantly higher than that in health control (HC) [(152.89 ± 37.34) μg/L,P ＜ 0.001].Moreover,free DNA level in DM-ILD patients [(302.67 ± 74.15) μg/L] was higher than that in DM-NILD patients [(235.59 ±63.55) μg/L,P ＜0.005].The concentration of KL-6in DM patients [(3.08 ±2.07) μg/L] was higher than that in HC [(0.87 ± 0.51) μg/L,P ＜ 0.001].Similarly,KL-6 in DM-ILD patients [(4.00 ± 2.44) μg/L] was higher than that of DM-NILD patients [(2.03 ± 0.61) μg/L,P ＜ 0.005].Free DNA and KL-6 were positively correlated (r =0.251,P ＜ 0.05).The survival of endothelial cells in DM group (53 ± 11) ％ was lower than that of HC group [(70 ± 5) ％,P ＜ 0.001].Not surprisingly,the survival of endothelial cells in DM-ILD group (44 ±4) ％ was lower than that in DM-NILD group [(61 ± 8) ％,P ＜ 0.01].Conclusion NETs could play an important role in the pathogenesis of dermatomyositis associated interstitial lung disease,suggesting that NETs may be the potential therapeutic target.

Purpose: To study the effect of personality on the mental adjustment of breast cancer patients during operation. Methods: Forty three breast cancer patients were examined by the Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ) for their personality before operation, and by the Mental Adjustment to Cancer Scale ( MAC) for their mental adjustment reaction before and after operation. Results: ANOVA repeated analysis revealed that the patients characterized by high Psychoticism showed higher scores on Fatalism, and the patients characterized by low Lie showed higher Hopelessness during operation. Conclusions: In the treatment of breast cancer patients, it is necessary to give appropriate psychological treatment according to the patients's individual characteristics.

Hedysari polysaccharide (HPS) is the main component of hedysarum polybotrys. HPS can inhibit tumor cell proliferation, block the cell cycle in the G2-M period, modulate apoptosis via the mitochon drial pathway, and improve the red blood cell innate immunity and T lymphocyte immune function. HPS can relieve low immunity caused by chemotherapeutics.HPS plays anti-tumor effects by these ways mentioned above.

Objective\ To study the early diagnosis and treatment of the fracture of posterior medial tubercle of the talus (PMTT).Methods\ Five cases of PMTT fractures had been definitely diagnosed by CT scan. Subtalar joint were involved in three cases, open reduction and internal fixation (ORIF) had been adopted in 2;and 1 had been treated conservatively because of the refusal to surgery by the patient. Plaster cast fixation and excision of fragment was done respectively in one case. Results\ Four out of five cases had been correctly diagnosed and one had been misdiagnosed in the first visit.The mean follow up was 24 months. Non union combined with tenderness and numbness of the sole of the foot was found in the misdiagnosed case after 6 months. Excision of the fragment was carried out for this case and a satisfactory result had been achieved. Three of the other four cases was treated operatively with a good result and one were treated conservatively with a poor result. Conclusion\ The PMTT fractures are rarely seen and often misdiagnosed. Early diagnosis and correct treatment is important to eliminate the nonunion or tarsal tunnel syndrome.

Objective To discuss the value of emergency bedside ultrasound in diagnose of blunt abdominal injury. Methods Portable ultrasound was used in 184 patients with blunt abdominal trauma in emergency department. The abnormal changes of the sound and image of the abdomen were observed,paying equal attention to free intraperitoneal fluid and gas. Results The emergency bedside ultrasound identified 169 (91.8%) patients with blunt abdominal injury, of whom 149 patients (95.5%) with single-organ injury and 20 patients (71.4%) with multi-organ injury. There were 21 patients missed diagnosis and three misdiagnosed, with rate of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis of 13%. Surgical treatment was performed in 119 patients and conservative treatment in 65, which were proved by CT/MRI examination or clinic conservative treatment. Conclusion Emergency bedside ultrasound can provide fast and credible diagnostic information for blunt abdominal trauma, with high diagnosis accordance rate.

BACKGROUND:The effects of artificial joint replacement, osteotomy and reconstruction in the treatment of Crown Ⅳ-type congenital dislocation of hip in adult are not very satisfied. OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the effect of artificial total hip arthroplasty and hip-self procedure in the treatment of Crown Ⅳ-type congenital dislocation of hip in adult patients. METHODS:Twenty-three adult patients with Crown Ⅳ-type congenital dislocation of hip were treated with artificial total hip arthroplasty and hip-self procedure. There were 2 males and 21 females with an average age of (24.26±3.56) years ranging 20 to 35 years. The effect was evaluated according to the Harrris evaluation standard, and the statistical analysis was performed. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Al of the patients were fol owed-up for 12-60 months, averaged of (26.60±13.16) months. Statistical comparison with the SPSS 19.0 system showed there was significant difference of the Harrris scores between preoperation and postoperation period (P<0.05). The artificial total hip arthroplasty and hip-self procedure can be used to reconstruct the normal function of hip joint, relieve pain and increase the joint stability, which is considered as the best method for the treatment of Crown Ⅳ-type congenital dislocation of hip in adult.
