Objective To investigate the protein and gene expression of bcl-2, bcl-6 in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). Methods 73 cases of DLBCL were selected for study using the Envision immunohistochemistry method with a panel of antibodies CD3, CD10, CD20, bcl-6, bcl-2, MUM-1. The bcl-2gene expression in 57 of 73 cases with chromosome translocation t (14; 18), breakage and amplification of 3q27 chromosome in 54 of 73 cases were detected by fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) method. Results The percentages of tumor cells expressing CD10, bcl-6, MUM-1, bcl-2 were separately 15.1%, 38.4 %, 71.2 %, 79.2 %. t (14;18) chromosomes were detected in 16 of 57 cases (28.1%). The expression of bcl-2 protein have significantly correlated with immunophenotype subtype (P=0.035), and t (14;18) was significantly correlated with the prognosis (P=0.045). There were no association between the expression of bcl-2 protein and t (14;18)(P=0.710). 11 of 54 cases were presented with 3q27 chromosomal breakage (20.4 %), and 14 cases were chromosomal amplification (25.9 %). The prognosis of cases with positive bcl-6 protein was better than that with negative protein obviously. There was no relationship between bcl-6 and 3q27 chromosomal breakage or amplification (P=1.000). Conclusion The expression of bcl-2, bcl-6 protein and gene were different events and had the different significance on DLBCL. The expression of bcl-2 protein was a prognostic marker correlated with immunophenotype subtype, and GCB type with the positive expression of bcl-2 protein had the poor prognosis. Conversely, t(14;18) was an independent event for the prognosis, and the positive expression have the poor prognosis. Patients who require the target therapy should be detected for the t(14;18). The expression of bcl-6 protein was beneficial to the judgment of DLBCL prognosis, it could be an independent factor of the prognosis. 3q27 chromosomal breakage may be a hint to the poor prognosis.

OBJECTIVEThis study aims to construct a three-dimensional finite element model of a maxillary anterior teeth retraction force system in light wire technique and to investigate the difference of hydrostatic pressure and initial displacement of upper anterior teeth under different torque values of tip back bend.
METHODSA geometric three-dimensional model of the maxillary bone, including all the upper teeth, was achieved via CT scan. To construct the force model system, lingual brackets and wire were constructed by using the Solidworks. Brackets software, and wire were assembled to the teeth. ANASYS was used to calculate the hydrostatic pressure and the initial displacement of maxillary anterior teeth under different tip-back bend moments of 15, 30, 45, 60, and 75 Nmm when the class II elastic force was 0.556 N.
RESULTSHydrostatic pressure was concentrated in the root apices and cervical margin of upper anterior teeth. Distal tipping and relative intrusive displacement were observed. The hydrostatic pressure and initial displacement of upper canine were greater than in the central and lateral incisors. This hydrostatic pressure and initial intrusive displacement increased with an increase in tip-back bend moment.
CONCLUSIONLingual retraction force system of maxillary anterior teeth in light wire technique can be applied safely and controllably. The type and quantity of teeth movement can be controlled by the alteration of tip-back bend moment.

10.Clinical research on early fundus detections and correlation of systemic monitoring indicators in diabetic retinopathy
International Eye Science 2017;17(4):698-701
AIM:To find the sensitive targets by observing the changes of early fundus detection in function and structure and correlation of systemic monitoring indicators on non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy.
METHODS: Totally 20 normal peoples(40 eyes)in normal control group and 105 in-patients(210 eyes)in diabetic group, which was divided into two groups, 24 cases(48 eyes)in no diabetic retinopathy(NDR)group, 81 cases(162 eyes)in non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy(NPDR)group. The NPDR group was divided into three groups: mild NPDR group 30 cases(60 eyes), moderate NPDR group 26 cases(52 eyes)and severe NPDR group 25 cases(50 eyes). The retinal blood flow(RBF)of Heidelberg retinal flowmeter(HRF), the OS2 amplitude of oscillatory potentials(OPs)and the subfoveal choroidal thickness(SFCT)of OCT were measured in normal control group and diabetic group. The duration of diabetes, blood pressure, fasting blood glucose, hemoglobin, blood lipids and coagulation were also examined in each group. All test results in each group were compared and analyzed statistically.
RESULTS: HRF: the value of RBF in NDR and NPDR group was significantly lower than that in the normal control group(P<0.05); the value of RBF in moderate NPDR group was obviously higher than that in the other groups(P<0.05); the value of RBF in the temporal side of the optic disc was higher than that in the nasal side of the optic disc in NPDR group(P<0.05). OPs: the amplitude of OS2 in NDR and NPDR group was significantly lower than that in the normal control group(P<0.05); the amplitude of OS2 of the severe NPDR group and moderate NPDR group were significantly lower than that in mild NPDR group and NDR group(P<0.05). OCT: with the progression of DR, the value of SFCT were thinner and thinner(P<0.05). The duration of diabetes without therapy, diastolic blood pressure, fasting blood glucose, hemoglobin, cholesterol, low density lipoprotein, fibrinogen, D-dimer positively positive correlated with degree of DR(rs=0.722, 0.791, 0.864, 0.473, 0.611, 0.735, 0.591, 0.554, P<0.05). The occurrence of DR was consistent with other microvascular complications.
CONCLUSION:The detection of HRF, OPs and OCT can be used as sensitive indicators for the early diagnosis of DR. They can earlier and more accurately reflect the changes of microcirculation function and structure of the fundus. The duration of diabetes, blood pressure, fasting blood glucose, hemoglobin, blood lipids, coagulation status are positive correlated in DR progression. The monitoring of these indicators and disseminating timely healthy information own important clinical value in primary medical care.
