Objective To evaluate the effect of operation associated with uterine arerial chemotherapy and embolization preoperation.Methods 31 patients with pathologically confirmed cervical carcinoma were treated with interventional therapy,followed by uterectomyandpelvic lymphadenectomy.Results Curative effect was obvious.The lymph metastasis of Ⅱ and Ⅲ stage was 12% and 66.67%respectively.27 patients followedup for 3 years,23 were survived(85.19%).Conclusion For cervical carcinoma,before operation,the interventional therapy can reduce the size of tumor and the metastasis of lymph,improve the ectomy by operation and the survival rate.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of atropine gel combined with anisodamine eye drops on the treatment of iridocyclitis.Methods A total of 174 cases with iridocyclitis in Zhejiang Hospital from May 2013 to July 2015 in this study were selected and divided into the control group and research group with 87 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with tropicamide mydriatic,the patients in the research group were treated with atropine gel combined with anisodamine eye drops mydriatic.Serum levels of inflammatory factors, serum immunoglobulin and complement levels were observed and recorded before and after treatment,the clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were compared.Results The effective rate in the control group(85.06%) was lower than the research group(94.26%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with the control group,serum levels of TNF-α,IFN-γ,IL-23,CRP were lower in the research group after treatment, serum levels of IgG,IgE were lower,and serum levels of IgA,C3 were higher after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion The clinical effect of atropine gel combined with anisodamine eye drops in the treatment of iridocyclitis was exactly , can effectively reduce the inflammatory response,improve the immune status,and high security.

Objective To study the effect of hyaluronidase and VEGF on human breast cancer invasion and metastasis. Methods By means of ELSA and immunohistochemistry, hyaluronidase and VEGF were detected in breast cancer. Results Hyaluronidase were (3.99?1.91) mU/g, (8.01?2.59) mU/g and (12.00?3.96) mU/g in gradeⅠ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ of breast cancer respectively. Pharmacokinetic analysis has attracted more and more attentions in the research field of bioactive natural product. However, there is limited study on the pharmacokinetics of polysaccharides. This paper focused on the research progresses of pharmacokinetics of polysaccharide, summarized the applications of chromatography, isotope labeling method, spectrophotometry, fluorospectrophotometry and biological assay in the analysis of polysaccharide pharmacokinetics, elucidated the behaviors of absorption, distribution, degradation and excretion of polysaccharide in experimental animals, and revealed the effects of physicochemical characteristic, administration dose and route on the pharmacokinetic properties of polysaccharide, which could be served as a reference for the related works.

The medium for fermentation has been selected by means of orthogonal designs. The number of cell has reached 10~(11)/ml, and spore forming rate is 70—80%. LC_(50) of mosquito larvicied is lower than 0.125 ppm. Three targets are obviously better than those of previous report. The stable results are proved by studying of fermentation in shaking flask and further in 50L~3-bench fermenter. The production cost of per ton is decreased by 33%.

AIM: To observe the effect of diammonii glycyrrhizinatis (DG) on collagen synthesis induced by angioplasty in rabbits. METHODS: The right common carotid artery of male rabbits were injured with 3.5F balloon catheter. Four weeks after operation, arterial tissure collagen content, serum procollagen type I(PCI)， procollagen type Ⅲ(PCⅢ) concentration, neointimal thickness and the rate of stenosis were measured.RESULTS: Arterial tissue collagen content, serum PCI, PCⅢ concentration, neointimal thickness and the rate of stenosis of low and high dose DG group is lower than those of injured group.CONCLUSION: DG could inhibit collagen synthesis and neointimal proliferation of rabbits carotid artery induced by angioplasty. It suggests that DG might have clinical potential prespective in prevention and therapy of restenosis.

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of sound therapy and psychological counseling on chronic tinnitus .Methods Two hundred and thirty - two cases of chronic tinnitus patients were treated with sound therapy and psychological counseling in this study .The time course of treatment was 12 months .Tinnitus Evalua‐tion Questionnaire(TEQ) was filled out before sound therapy ,3 ,6 and 12 months after the therapy to evaluate the effects .Results After the therapy ,the patients had a significant improvement in tinnitus symptoms .Before the therapy ,178 patients had severe tinnitus ,while after the therapy ,this number decreased obviously .In the end of treatment there were only 36 cases ,with severe tinnitus(15 .52% ) .After the 6 months treatment ,the effective rate was 79 .31% ,after 12 months the effective rate was 86 .21% .Conclusion Sound therapy and psychological counse‐ling are effective treatments for chronic tinnitus ,and the effects are stable and durable .
