Urine provides an alternative to blood plasma as a potential source of disease biomarkers. Exosomes was separated by ultracentrifuge at 200000 g in normal persons and non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients′ urine. For proteomic analysis of urinary exosome, 1D sodium dodecylsulfonate-polyacrylate gel electrophoresis(SDS-PAGE) was carries out and cut the gel 31 kDa-20 kDa bands in normal group and disease group′s. These gel blocks were subjected to in-gel trypsinization, and the extracted peptides were analyzed HPLC-CHIP-MS/MS. Approximately 24 unique proteins were identified in the UniProtKB/SWISS-PORT. The difference expression proteins were found in urinary exosome from NSCLC patients, including three fragment of the immunoglobulin kappa, two kinds of Ras related proteins, glutathione S-transferase A2, serum amyloid P-component precursor and phosphatidylethanolamine-binding protein 1.

[Objective] To observe the sera immunoglobulin E(IgE) and Complement C3(C3)level changes in patients with chronic urticaria.[Methods] To detect sera IgE and Complement C3 content of 60 cases of chronic urticaria patients and 60 cases of healthy persons by chemiluminescence and Immunity Transmission Turbidity. At the same time,we tested sera IgE and Complement C3 content of both penetration needling and drug groups before and after treatment of 60 cases, and anaylysed the correlation of IgE and Complement C3.[Results]Higher level of sera IgE was detected in patients with chronic urticaria(P 0.05);the correlation of IgE and Complement C3 was negative in both groups.[Conclusions]Detecting Sera IgE and Complement C3 level have reference value in the diagnosis and treatment of chronic urticaria.

Objective To explore the effect of ankle strategy stability limit training on balance and gait in recovering stroke patients with hemiplegia. Methods Forty recovering stroke patients were randomized into an intervention group and a control group. The patients in the intervention group were given ankle strategy stability limit training using visual feedback on the static long sets of a Smart Equitest Balance Master (SEBM) machine. Those in the control group practiced routine postural balance training using mirror visual feedback in parallel bars. Both groups of patients practiced balance and posture control for 30 minutes, once daily,6 days a week for two weeks. Both groups were also given routine therapy and other rehabilitation. The patients' balance function was evaluated using the Berg Balance Scale (BBS),and their gait was assessed using the walk across technique (WA). Results There was no significant difference between the two groups with regard to general information,BBS scores or WA results before treatment. After 2 weeks of treatment,BBS scores as well as the step length and pace in the WA improved significantly in both groups, but all improved significantly more in the intervention group. There was no significant difference in width of gait. Conclusion Ankle strategy stability limit training can enhance weight-bearing on stroke patients' affected foot as well as their balance and the symmetry of their steps.

Objectives To investigate the T cell subsets changes in hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS) patients. Methods 22 HFRS patients who were diagnosed in Qin Huang Dao Third Hospital from April 2005 to July 2005 were enrolled in this study and divided into two groups according to clinical manifestations. T cell subsets of the 22 patients were monitored at week 1, 4 and 12. Another 56 subjects were enrolled as healthy controls. Results B cell count was normal during the 12 weeks in all the subjects. NK cell decreased significantly at week 1, and recovered at week 4 rapidly. CD4+ T cell count was normal throughout the course of the disease, but the percentage of memory phenotypy increased at week 1and4, reaching(64.1±17.5)% and (59.9±10.1)%, but recovered at week 12. CD4+CD28+T cells were normal throughout the entire study. CD8+ T cell count increased dramatically at week 1 and 4, but finally recovered at week 12. The count of CD8+ CD28-T cells increased significantly at week 1 in low-grade goup, but in median-grade group, this increase lagged to week 4 and was not as significant as in low-grade group. The percentage of CD38+ or HLA-DR+ subsets of CD8+ T cell increased at week 1, 4. Conclusion The results confirmed the relationship between HFRS progression and cellular immunity. It revealed that, at the early stage of HFRS, rapid and effective cytotoxicity T lymphocyte response my contribute to clear Hantavirus away and improve HFRS symptom.

Objective To investigate the present situation and to analyze related factors of nursing practice environment among 22 public hospitals in Shanghai area. Methods We investigated 1 600 nurses from the 22 hospitals with general information questionnaire and the Chinese version of Practice Environment Scale, and also analyzed related factors by single and multiple factor analysis. Results 1 582questionnaires were taken back.49% were dissatisfied with their working environment, and 28.1% were evaluated to have nice practice conditions.Nurse concerned with workforce management and adequate resources were widespread.Logistic analysis indicated that hospital's level, the nurse's age, educational background and seniority were main factors influencing nurses' satisfaction.Nurse work in tertiary hospitals reported lower satisfaction. Conclusions More attention should be paid on improving nursing practice environment.

Objective To observe the effect of a repeated-sprint training on the speed-endurance of basketball players in a hypoxia environment. Methods Sixteen basketball players were divided into a hypoxiagroup and a normoxia group which had 8 persons each group. The 2 groups separatelyhad a repeated-sprint training with anaerobic power bicycles in a simulatedhypoxic environment at the altitude of 3000 meters and a normoxia environment for 4 weeks(twice a week). Before and after the training, the two groups of subjects had a shuttle run testing and a Wingateanaerobic powertestingin a normoxia environment. Then their blood were collected and measured the blood lactate level at the point-intime of after the shuttle run,3 min later,5 min later,7 min later, and 9 min later.Recorded the result of the shuttle run,the relative average power of the Wingateanaerobic powertesting, and carried on a statistic analysis of the data. Results Comparing with the performance of the shuttle run before the training, the performance of the 2 groups was improved obviously after the four-week-long training (P<0.05).But there was no significant difference between the 2 groups(P>0.05).The rate of blood lacticacid clearance in the hypoxia group was higher than that in the normoxia group, and there was a significant difference at 7 min (P<0.01).The relative average power of the hypoxia group had a significant improvement(P<0.05),while the normoxia group had no significant change(P>0.05).There was no significant difference of the relative average power between the two groups. Conclusion Repeatedsprint training can improve basketball players' speed-endurance.Repeated-sprint training in a hypoxic environment can effectively improve basketball players' ability of reducing blood lactate in their body, and the improvement of this aerobic ability can help athletes to have a better performance in competitions.
