1.Gynecological theories and prescriptions for andriatric diseases.
National Journal of Andrology 2015;21(4):291-293
Andrology and gynecology have a similar or the same theoretical basis in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Andrology has a history of less than 3 decades in China, while TCM gynecology has developed for over a thousand years. The development of andrology could be greatly promoted with the guidance of the theories and prescriptions of gynecology.

Objective To observe the patients hemodynamic reactions to the different stimula-tions under different blood concentrations of propofol with remifentanil.Exerting the response surface methodology, the half of the maximum effective concentration of propofol and the interaction index of propofol with remifentanil were calculated. Methods A total of 120 patients for scheduled abdominal surgery, randomly divided into 12 groups(n = 10).TCI 12 different concentration combinations of propofol with remifentanil, also the the hemodynamic reactions to harmful stimulations of intubation and incising were observed. The data were analyzed by responding surface analysis. Results The in-teraction index of propofol and remifentanil under intubation was 0.523 0±0.223 7,that under inci-sing 0.361 3±0.148 4,half of the maximum effective concentration of propofol for intutation and in-cising was (6.878 7 ± 1.832 1 ) μg/ml and (4.41 1 6 ± 0.902 5 ) μg/ml respectively. Conclusion Propofol and remifentanil have a synergistic inhibitory effect on harmful cardiovascular reaction among Chinese.During the endotracheal intubation, the requirements of half of the maximum effective concentration of propofol and intensity of the synergy with remifentanil are greater than those during the incising.

Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 1986;0(03):-
?-cell tumor is the most common functional neoplasm in islets. The localization of the tumor remains difficult in clinical practice. The application of various diagnostic imaging techniques are reviewed.
7.Astragalus polysaccharides influence ultrastructure of islets and Th1/Th2 cvtokine gene expression of pancrease in NOD mice

Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 1986;0(03):-
The effects of astragalus polysaccharide (APS) on type 1 diabetes mellitus were investigated. The mRNA expressions of Th1/Th2 cytokines of pancrease and ultrastructure of islet were studied.Ultrastructure of islets was well protected in APS group;the mRNA expressions of Th1 cytokines were downregulated and those of Th2 cytokines were upregulated in APS group.APS may correct the imbalance of Th1/Th2 cytokines.

Chinese Journal of Anesthesiology 1994;0(06):-
Objective To evaluate the damage to the brochial plexus produced by pulsed radiofrequency (PRF)and radiofrequency thermocoagulation(RFTC).Methods Fifty-five male Wistar rats weighing 250-300 g were randomly divided into 3 groups:groupⅠPRF(n=25):groupⅡRFTC(n=25)and groupⅢnormal control(n=5).The animals were anesthetized with intraperitoneal chloral hydrate. The left brochial plexus was exposed and PRF or RFTC was applied to the left brochial plexus. The voltage and current of the minimal stimulation which elecited muscle twitching and the impedance before and after operation were recorded in group PRF and RFTC.The nerve function was scored according to Tarloo(0=flaccid paresis,5=normal gait)before and at 3d after operation. The animals were killed and the left brachial plexus was removed immediately and at 1, 7,14,30 d after operation(n=5 at each time point)for determination of histopathological changes using microscope. Results The impedance and Tarlov score were significantly decreased after operation as compared to the baseline values before operation in group RFTC and were also significantly lower than in group PRF. Microscopic examination showed that the myelinated nerve fibers exhibited Wallerian degeneration and axon regeneration and the cytochondria in cylindraxile were severely injured or disappeared in group RFTC.The myelinated nerve fibers and the cytochondria in cylindraxile were significantly less injured after operation in group PRF than in group RFTC and returned to normal at 7 d and 30 d respectively. Conclusion The injury to brachial plexus produced by PRF is slighter than that produced by RFTC.

China Pharmacy 1991;0(05):-
OBJECTIVE:To study the solubilization effect of different surfactant on amphotericin B.METHODS:Surfaceactive solution with series of concentrations were prepared by several agents including span-20,tween-40,tween-60,tween-80 and poloxamer 188 as non-ionic surfactant, hexadecyltrimethylammonium chloride (HTMAC) as cationic surfaceactive agent, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate (SDBS) and sodium deoxycholate as anionic surfaceactive agent, lecithin as bi-ionactiveagent.The solubilization effect of surfactant on amphotericin B was determined by UV spectrophotometry with maximum solubilization percentage as index.RESULTS:Maximum solubilization ratio in the range of 0.2~4.0 mg?mL-1 were as follows:1 365.44% for span-20 (4 mg?mL-1),353.46% for tween-40 (0.8 mg?mL-1),1 165.30% for tween-60 (4 mg?mL-1),973.46% for tween-80 (0.4 mg?mL-1),1 527.95% for poloxamer 188 (4 mg?mL-1),1 199.16% for sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonat (4 mg?mL-1),1 671.68% for hexadecyltrimethylammonium chloride (4 mg?mL-1),88.62% for sodium deoxycholate (4 mg?mL-1) and 314.36% for lecithin (4 mg?mL-1).CONCLUSIONS:Surfactant span-20,tween-60,tween-80,poloxamer 188,sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonat and hexadecyltrimethylammonium chloride have remarkable solubilization effect on amphotericin B.But tween-40,sodium deoxycholate and lecithin have unapparent solubilization effect on amphotericin B.
