Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2004;10(7):442-444
Objective To discussing the methods used in creating non linear developable biomechanical models of skeletal muscle. Methods One of the basic tools of the analytical approach in analytical mechanics, the principle of virtual work for deformable systems, was used to create the model. By means of method of Lagrange multipliers, the problems of constraints, such as the incompressibility of skeletal muscle, were effectively tackled. Results and Conclusion The biomechanical models of skeletal muscle has been developed. The program of this model can be used to obtain nodal displacement coordinates of given nodal coordinates and parameters.

3. Excipient Formula Research of Nicotinate-Curcumin nanoparticles Prepared by Film Ultrasonic Method
Chinese Pharmaceutical Journal 2017;52(6):462-467
OBJECTIVE: To optimize the film-ultrasonic technique for preparing nicotinate-curcumin nanoparticles. METHODS: An HPLC method was established for determination of nicotinate-curcumin. Using the entrapment efficiency of nicotinate-curcumin as the evaluation indicator, the optimum excipient formula was selected through the Box-Bebnken reponse surface design of three factors (amounts of nicotinate-curcumin and lecithin and concentration of tween-80) at three levels. RESULTS: With the established optimal formula, ie 80 mg stearic acid, 150 mg lecithin and 20 mL tween-80 (0.6%), the entrapment efficiency of nicotinate-curcumin approached 65%. The mean particle size was 190 nm. CONCLUSION: The nicotinate-curcumin nanoparticles prepared by the film ultrasonic technique optimized by central composite design test have high entrapment efficiency, indicating that the technique is feasible.

Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2014;34(5):487-490
The painless needle insertion technique, summarized by Professor WU Lian-zhong during his decades of acupuncture clinical practice is introduced in this article, which is characterized as soft, flexible, fast, plucking and activating antipathogenic qi. The Sancai (three layers) lifting and thrusting manipulation technique is adopted by Professor WU for getting the qi sensation. And features of 10 kinds of needling sensation such as soreness, numbness, heaviness, distension, pain, cold, hot, radiation, jumping and contracture are summarized. Finger force, amplitude, speed and time length are also taken as the basis of reinforcing and reducing manipulations. Moreover, examples are also given to explain the needling technique on some specific points which further embodies Professor WU's unique experiences and understandings on acupuncture.

International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2009;17(8):573-576
Objective To investigate the expression of neuronal extracellular signal-regulated kinase 1/2 (ERK1/2) and its significance after cerebral isehemia reperfusion in diabetic rats. Methods Seventy-two healthy adult SD rats were randomly divided into sham-operation, normal glucose with cerebral ischemia and diabetes with cerebral ischemia groups. Each group was redivided into ischemia 15 minutes and reperfusion 1, 3 and 6 h subgroups according to the different time points of ischemia reperfusion (n = 6 in each subgroup). Streptozocin was used to induce diabetes, and a global cerebral ischemia model of diabetic rat was established by the bilateral vascular occlusion combining with bloodletting, TUNEL and immunohistochemistry were used to observe neuronal apoptosis and the expression of the phosphorylation of ERK1/2 in hippocampal CA4 region. Results The incidences of neuronal apoptosis in hippocampal CA4 region for ischemia 15 minutes and reperfusion 1, 3 and 6 h in the diabetes with cerebral ischemia group were significantly higher than those in the normal glucose with cerebral ischemia group (P < 0. 05); the expressions of the phosphorylation of ERK1/2 at all time points in the diabetes with cerebral ischemia group were higher, and reperfusion 1 and 3 h were significantly higher than those in the normal glucose with cerebral ischemia group (P < 0.01). Conclusions ERK1/2 might involved in the mechanism of neuronal injury after diabetes aggravating cerebral ischemia-reperfusion.

OBJECTIVETo explore the effect of 3-n-butylphthalide pretreatment on the delayed neuronal death(DND) and the expreesion of heat shock protein70 (HSP70) in rat hippocampus after ischemia/ reperfusion.
METHODSAll rats were randomly divided into sham group (n = 36), total cerebral ischemia (TCI) group (n = 36), butylphthalide (NBP) group (n = 6), NBP + TCI group( n = 36), quercetin + NBP + TCI group (n = 6), dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) + NBP + TCI group (n = 6). The model of total cerebral ischemia/reperfusion was established by blocking vertebral arteries and carotid arteries. In sham group, TCI group and NBP group, the animals were further divided into instantly, 6 h, 12 h, 1 d, 3 d, 5 d groups according to the time interval after sham operation or TCI. Histological changes of the hippocampus were evaluated using thionin staining under light microscope by determining the delayed neuronal death (DND) and the expression of HSP70 was assayed using immunohistochemistry.
RESULTSNBP pretreatment could reduce delayed neuronal death in CA1 of hippocampus induced by TCI-reperfusion injury in rats, and up-regulated the expression of HSP70 in CA1 hippocampus of brain ischemic/reperfusion for 5 days. Quercetin blocked the acquirement of the brain ischemic tolerance induced by NBP preconditioning.
CONCLUSION3-n-butylphthalide (NBP) prevents the neurons from ischemia/reperfusion injury through upregulating the expression of HSP70.

Tianjin Medical Journal 2013;(11):1106-1110
Objective To explore the role of Kupffer cells in high fat diet induced hepatic insulin resistance. Meth-ods Eighty-four C57BL/6J mice were divided into two groups: normal chow (NC) group (7 subgroups) and high fat diet (HFD) group (7 subgroups). Glucose tolerance tests were performed at feeding time of 1,2,4,8,12 and 16 weeks in one NC group and one HFD group. The mice livers at the same feeding time were obtained in other 6 NC groups and 6 HFD groups respectively. The expression levels of IRS1-ser307, Akt-ser473, S6K1-thr389 and p-JNK were detected by Western blot as-say. The values of MCP-1,TNF-α,IL-1βand IL-10 mRNA were examined by qRT-PCR. Results Compared with NC group, the impaired glucose tolerance was found from the first week in HFD group (P < 0.05). The hepatic expressions of IRS1-ser307, S6K1-thr389 (4-16 weeks ) and p-JNK(2-16 weeks ) increased and Akt-ser473(8-16 weeks )decreased in HFD group than those of NC group. The same results were gained by analysis of protein relative expression (all P<0.05). The hepatic pro-inflammatory factor MCP-1,TNF-αand IL-1βmRNA expressions were higher in HFD group than those in NC group during 2-16 weeks (all P < 0.01). The anti-inflammatory factor IL-10 mRNA was significantly lower in HFD group than that in NC group during 4-16 weeks (all P<0.01). Conclusion High fat diet maybe play a role in the hepatic insulin resistance by stimulating M1 Kupffer cells to secrete pro-inflammatory factor and inhibiting M2 Kupffer cells to se-crete anti-inflammatory factor.

Cancer Research and Clinic 2006;0(11):-
There are many progresses in the therapy of MM with ASCT. ASCT improves the ratio of CR,EFS and OS,compared with conventional chemotherapy.Myeloma patients with renal failure or old age also can be candidate for ASCT.Tandem autologous transplantation improves the ratio of CR. Its impact to long-term EFS and OS still need to be judged. To improve conditional project,to choose suitable time,and- toselect consolidation schedule can boost therapeutic effect.
