Tumor 2009;(7):684-686
Objective:To investigate the clinical characteristics and prognostic factors of primary signet-ring cell adenocarcinoma of lung. Methods:The clinical features of 22 patients with primary signet-ring cell adenocarcinoma of lung from the year 1981 to 2007 were analyzed retrospectively and made a statistical analysis on the prognostic factors. Results:Postoperative pathologic examination was an important method to confirm the primary signet-ring cell adenocarcinoma of lung and surgery was the main therapeutic approach. The 1-, 3-, and 5-year survival rates were 63.0%, 53.3%, and 37.7%, respectively. Statistical analysis indicated that smoking, tumor size, complete resection, and tumor staging were the independent prognostic factors for patients with primary signet-ring adenocarcinoma of lung. Conclusion:The primary signet-ring cell adenocarcinoma of lung has higher malignancy. Invasion and migration frequently occur. Its prognosis is poor.

Objective To compare the difficult degree, differences in gastric pouch volume, the complications, and postoperative weight loss effect of two gastric pouch practices in laparoscopic gastric bypass for bariatrics. Methods We retrospectively analyzed laparoscopic gastric bypass surgery in 76 bariatrics cases from May 2010 to May 2012.Two methods were used to create gastric pouch, among which 39 cases were operated with the dissection landmark method (called dissection),and 37 cases with bougie airbags 30 ml (called the bougie).Parameters were compared between the 2 groups including operation time for gastric pouch, the amount of staple cartridges, intraoperative complications, blood loss, and postoperative excess weight loss percentage (EWL %),the postoperative bleeding, obstruction, fistula and other complications. Results All patients were followed up for more than one month. The dissection group used longer time in creating gastric pouch than that in the bougie group [(58 ± 27) min,(42 ±21) min,P < 0.01].The number of staple cartridges used were significantly different between the two groups [(6.2 ±3.0),(4.3 ± 2.0),P < 0.01].There were 10 cases of complications in the dissection group (26%),and 3 cases in the bougie group (8%) (P <0.05).One month after the surgery, one each patient had transient hematochezia. There was no gastric pouch-related complications in the two groups postoperation. There was no difference in excess weight loss (P > 0.05).Conclusions The two methods can achieve the same effect on excess weight loss. The bougie method used less time in creating the gastric pouch, less consumable materials, and less complications occurred in creating gastric pouch.

Objective To explore surgical methods of removing polyacrylamide hydrogel (PAHG) and the right time of repairing the deformity of breast after removing PAHG.Methods We operated with endoscopy to remove PAHG through the lower mammary areolar incision.According to injection influence,we made the dicision whether to put the silicon gel prosthesis (hereafter referred to as prosthesis) simultaneously, and to fix the porsthesis, and to rebuild the imframammary fold of breast using biological repair membrane (hereafter referred to as membrane). Results In all 46 patients,39 patients' injection and their envelope were removed entirely.7 patients left part of the envelope because of its thin and wide characters.14 of them accepted prosthesis augmentation mammaplasty simultaneously and 5 of these accepted membrane repair.4 patients received prosthesis augmentation in stage Ⅱ.All patients' incision were primary healing. The incision scars were not obvious.1 patient with breast cancer suffered breast excision; 1 patient who received prosthesis and membrane simultaneously appeared prosthesis displacement after 3 months and fixed again.1 patient who received membrane appeared hydrops in residual cavity, and the membrane was removed finally. Conclusions This method with endoscopy through mammary areolae is necessary for cleaning PAHG entirely. We can use prosthesis to repair the deformity of breast after removing PAHG,and if necessary use membrane to fix the implant and rebuild the inframammary fold of the breast.

Chinese Journal of Immunology 1985;0(01):-
Target cells K562 were labeled using two different isotopes,~(51)Cr and ~(125)I-UdR,for detecting NK activity of peripheral blood mononuclear cells in normal subjects. The NK activity was higher in ~(51)Cr release assay in comparison with ~(125)I-UdR release assay. After six-hour incubation, the percentage release of ~(51)Cr was around 60% whereas that of ~(125)I-UdR was only 30% in 20 hours. ~(125)I-UdR release could be enhanced by trypsin treatment.
