Objective To investigate the effects of DNaseⅠ-treated streptococcal antigens on peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMC)proliferation in psoriasis patients. Methods PBMC from 15 patients with psoriasis and 10 healthy controls were stimulated with three concentrations(2,10,25?g/mL) of streptococcal antigens(SA), nd DNaseⅠ-treated streptococcal antigens(DNaseⅠ-SA).After 72 h of culture, cellular proliferation was determined by ~3H thymidine incorporation. Results The DNaseⅠ-SA,at all the concentrations tested, was less potent than the corresponding concentrations of SA(P0.05),however,the lower concentrations(2,10?g/mL) of DNaseⅠ-SA were less potent than those of SA(P0.05).Also,the extent of proliferation response to SA and DNaseⅠ-SA was higher in the patients than in the controls(P

Acta Anatomica Sinica 2002;0(05):-
Objective To study the expression of substance P(SP) and substance P receptor(SPR) during the development of mice brains. Methods The expression of SP and SPR during the development of mice brains from embryonic day(E) 11 to postnatal day(P) 0 days was analyzed by immunohistochemical method. Results The expression of SP began at E11 and gradually increased until birth. The expression of SPR began at E11 and maintained stable expression until birth. SP mostly expressed at striatum and SPR mostly expressed at medullary raphe. Conclusion The expression of SP and SPR during the embryo brain stage may indicate that SP could be an important factor involved in the early organization and maturation of neuron.

Objective To determine the effect of pnehyclidine hydrochloride as anticholinergic drug during the treatment of severe acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning(SAOPP)and evaluate the safety. Methods 78 SAOPP patients was divided into control group(n=37)and test group(n=41).Atropine was as anticholinergic drug in control group and was replaced by pnehyclidine hydrochloride in test group. The persistence time of mus- carinic action, drug adverse reaction, severe complication, healing rate and therapeutic time of detoxification after these drugs being administered were observed in the two groups. Results The persistence time of muscarinic action was shorter in rest group than in control group(P

Journal of Interventional Radiology 1992;0(01):-
The ?-radioactive seed brachytherapy source has been widely employed in the implantation therapy for the prostatic carcinoma and the ophthalmic lesions. In this study the dosimetric parameters for characterization of a low-energy interstitial brachytherapy source 125I were calculated according to dose calculation formalism recommended by AAPM TG-43U1.For data processing,a 0.28 cm active length was used for the geometry function. The dosimetry parameter air-Kerma strength, dose rate constant, radial dose function and anisotropy function were estimated by means of the EGS5 Monte Carlo code. The results obtained from this study are in good agreement with the corresponding values recommended by TG-43U1 and with the data reported by Dolan,et al.

International Eye Science 2014;(8):1531-1532
AIM:To evaluate the feasibility and significance of nasal endoscope combined with Neodymium-doped Yttrium Aluminium Garnet ( Nd:YAG ) laser in the treatment of recurrent dacryocystitis.
METHODS: Forty-eight cases (48 eyes) with recurrent dacryocystitis were treated by nasal endoscope combined with Nd:YAG laser. The tubes were kept in place for 3-6mo after operation. The follow-up time was 3-18mo.RESULTS: Symptoms was completely resolved in 46 eyes and improved in 2 eyes, the cure rate was 100%. There were no other complications.
CONCLUSION: Nasal endoscope combined with Nd:YAG laser provides an ideal therapeutic for recurrent dacryocystitis because of its many advantages such as a few complications, simple operation, no scars on face and so on and is fit for clinical application in primary hospitals.

Journal of Forensic Medicine 2015;31(2):112-116
OBJECTIVE:
To determine the chlorpyrifos in human blood by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry and to validate its application in poisoning cases.
METHODS:
The samples were extracted by a simple one-step protein precipitation procedure. Chromatography was performed on a Capcell Pack C18 MGII column (250 mm x 2.0 mm, 5 μm) using an isocratic elution of solvent A (0.1% formic acid-water with 2 mmol/L ammonium acetate) and solvent B (methanol with 2 mmol/L ammonium acetate) at 5:95 V:V).
RESULTS:
The linear ranged from 5 to 500 ng/mL (r = 0.998 7). The limit of detection (LOD) and the lower limit of quantification (LLOQ) were 2 ng/mL and 4 ng/mL, respectively. For this method, the precision and accuracy of intra-day and inter-day were < 10% and 97.44%-101.10%, respectively. The results in stability test of long-term frozen were satisfied. The matrix effect, recovery and process efficiency were 64.97%-86.81%, 76.70%-85.52%, and 55.57%-66.58%, respectively.
CONCLUSION
This method can provide a rapid approach to chlorpyrifos extraction and determination in toxicological analysis of forensic and clinical treatment.

Objective To observe the of changes of cerebral blood flow and electroencephalography in chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency (CCCI) treated with fastigial nucleus stimulation (FNS) and hyperbaric oxygen (HBO). Methods 144 cases of CCCI were divided into 4 groups: 36 cases were treated with FNS and HBO, 36 cases with FNS, 36 cases with HBO, 36 cases without any treatment as control group. The blood velocity of anterior, middle, posterior cerebral arteries, vertebral artery and basilar artery were measured with transcranial Doppler (TCD) and the brain waves (α, β, δ, θ) were recorded with electroencephalography (EEG) before and after the treatment. Results Compared with the control, the brain blood velocity and α wave increased in all the treatment groups, especially in the HBO+FNS group, while β, δ, θ waves decreased (P<0.05). Conclusion FNS and HBO can increase cerebral blood flow and improve the cerebral function respectively.
