The kiwifruit germplasms in Jiangxi province were identified by amplified fragment length polymorphism(AFLP)markers．Four primer pairs that had been selected from 64 ones had detected a total of 190 bands among 31 germplasms of kiwifruit,one hundred and seventy nine bands that representing 94．2％of total bands were polymorphic．The identification rates of 31 germplasms were up to 100％．The result suggests that applying AFLP markers to analyze the kiwifruit germplasms is feasible．Then Clustering analysis the AFLP resuit by UPGMA．The dendrogram indicated that the Dice similarity coefficients of 31 germplasms of kiwifruit ranged from 0．50 to 0．85,it suggested that their genetic relationships weren't near．Thirty one germplasms could divide into four groups according to the Dice similarity coefficient 0．56．Sect．Leiocarpae and Sect．Maculatae clustered into one group；A．Melliana of Sect．Strigosae was one group；A．Chinensis var. Rufopulpa,A．Eriantha,A．Fulvicoma var．Lenata,A．Styracifolia and A．Jiangxiensis in Sect．Stellatae clustered into the same group；but the two germplasms of Sect．Stellatae,A．Deliciosa and A．Chinensis clustered into the other group．Interestingly,the‘Ganmi-5’was in the same rank with A．Chinensis from the dendrogram,but it was the variety of A．Chinensis according to the traditional classification．It is necessary that the‘Ganmi-5’should be further researched in classification．The genetic relationships among the kiwifruit germplasms in Jiangxi province were identified and characterized by themolecular method,which was consistent with the traditional classification in certain degree and provided new evidences for the classification of the kiwifruit germplasms．

Two isomers of nitrochlorobenzene (o-, and p-NCB) were treated by a Pd/Fe catalyst in aqueous solutions through catalytic amination and dechlorination. Nitrochlorobenzenes are rapidly converted to form chloroanilines (CAN) first through an amination process, and then rapidly dechlorinated to become aniline (AN) and Cl(-), without the involvement of any other intermediate reaction products. The amination and dechlorination reaction are believed to take place predominantly on the surface site of the Pd/Fe catalysts. The dechlorination rate of the reductive degradation of the two isomers of nitrochlorobenzene (o-, and p-NCB) in the presence of Pd/Fe as a catalyst was measured experimentally. In all cases, the reaction rate constants were found to increase with the decrease in the Gibbs free energy (correlation with the activation energy) of NCBs formation; the activation energy of each dechlorination reaction was measured to be 95.83 and 77.05 kJ/mol, respectively for o- and p-NCB. The results demonstrated that p-NCBs were reduced more easily than o-NCBs.

Medical postgraduates are the future core force of clinical diagnosis and treatment,scientific research,education and sanitary administration.Therefore,to cultivate qualified professionals,the key of contemporary medical postgraduate education is to pay more attention to comprehensive quality training in order to make students adapt to the continuous development of society and medical model.The First Clinical College in Wuhan University has implemented the hospital administration internship in combination with social needs and explored the education model of contemporary medical students with comprehensive quality.

Objective:To compare the drug release of nifedipine sustained-release tablets from four manufacturers to evaluate the intrinsic quality. Methods:The drug release rate was determined by UV respectively with pH 1. 2 HCl solution, pH 4. 0 sodium ace-tate buffer, pH 6. 8 phosphate buffer and water as the dissolution medium. The dissolution curves were compared by f2 factor. Results:The drug release rate of nifedipine sustained-release tablets from the four manufacturers all met quality standard of our country, al-though the dissolution curves in the different dissolution medium was various. Conclusion:There are differences in intrinsic quality a-mong the nifedipine sustained-release tablets from the four manufacturers. The dissolution examination standard should be improved fur-ther.

Objective To explore surgical methods of removing polyacrylamide hydrogel (PAHG) and the right time of repairing the deformity of breast after removing PAHG.Methods We operated with endoscopy to remove PAHG through the lower mammary areolar incision.According to injection influence,we made the dicision whether to put the silicon gel prosthesis (hereafter referred to as prosthesis) simultaneously,and to fix the porsthesis,and to rebuild the imframammary fold of breast using biological repair membrane (hereafter referred to as membrane).Results In all 46 patients,39 patients' injection and their envelope were removed entirely.7 patients left part of the envelope because of its thin and wide characters.14 of them accepted prosthesis augmentation mammaplasty simultaneously and 5 of these accepted membrane repair.4 patients received prosthesis augmentation in stage Ⅱ.All patients' incision were primary healing.The incision scars were not obvious.1 patient with breast cancer suffered breast excision; 1 patient who received prosthesis and membrane simultaneously appeared prosthesis displacement after 3 months and fixed again.1 patient who received membrane appeared hydrops in residual cavity,and the membrane was removed finally.Conclusions This method with endoscopy through mammary areolae is necessary for cleaning PAHG entirely.We can use prosthesis to repair the deformity of breast after removing PAHG,and if necessary use membrane to fix the implant and rebuild the inframammary fold of the breast.

Objective To evaluate the effects on trabeculectomy combined with implantation of anterior lens capsule.Design Radomized,controlled experimental study.Participants 36 experimental albino rabbits.Methods 36 albino rabbits were divided into 3 groups randomly.The rabbit and human anterior lens capsules were implanted under the scleral flap in trabeculectomy in group A and group B respectively,while only trabeculectomy in control group.The average follow-up period was 12 months.Main Outcome Mea- sures Intraocular pressures(IOP),filtering bleb,complications.Results The postoperative IOP of the experimental groups decreased sig- nificantly as compared with preoperative IOP at 12 week postoperatively.Retention of reflective filtering bleb in experimental groups was longer than that in contral group(5.12?0.43week,5.05?0.59week,2.74?0.32week,P＜0.05).The passage of humor outflow kept open in ex- perimental groups and became closed in control group at 12 week postoperatively.Anterior lens capsule wasn't attacked by T or B lym- phocyte seen with electron microscope.Conclusions Implantation of anterior lens capsule may help to postpone filtering bleb scarring in the trabeculectomy.This study provides experimental basis for the clinical practice.
