Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2013;(9):1078-1079
[Objective] To observe Yishi Oral Liquid effect on treating middle and old aged asthenopia. [Method] Choose 125 cases of middle and old aged asthenopia, and randomly divide them into observation group 65 cases treated wutg Yishi Oral Liquid, and control group 60 cases with Mingmu Rehmannia Pil;meanwhile both groups reduced the time with the eye and made massage on the acupoints around the eyes. [Result] With 2~4 weeks of treatment, in the observation group, 23 cases were cured, 25 had marked effect, 13 effective, 11 had no effect, the total effective rate was 93.85%;for the control one, they were respectively 14,19,16,11 and 81.67%. The comparison showed the observation group was better than control one. [Conclusion] Yishi Oral Liquid treating middle and old aged asthenopia has good clinical effect, can obviously relieve the symptoms of blurred vision, phengophobia, lacrimation and aningerestling eyes, helpful to recovering eyesight.

Journal of Chinese Physician 2001;0(03):-
Objective To explore the relationship between the pathological classification and clinical manifestations of lupus nephritis(LN)in children by renal biopsy and laboratory examination. Methods Renal biopsy and routine laboratory tests were performed in 35 cases of LN . The pathological classification of LN was made according to the criteria of WHO1982. Results Type Ⅳ of LN was most common(37.4%), and type Ⅴ(31.7%) and type Ⅲ(20.0%) were next. Type Ⅳ and type Ⅴ usually appeared as nephritic syndrome, while Type Ⅱ and Ⅲ mainly appeared as nephritis syndrome. The frequency of hypertension and renal dysfuction was the highest in type Ⅳ. Generally the renal interstitial injury of LN was mild, but that of type IV of LN was relatively obvious. There was a positive correlation between serum creatinine level and the degree of renal interstitial injury. Conclusion Lupus nephritis in childhood possessed some features in renal pathological change and clinical manifestations. Renal biopsy was important to diagnosis, treatment and prognosis evaluation of lupus nephritis.

Chinese Journal of Microsurgery 1998;0(01):-
Objective To investigate the surgical technique of establishing a reliable rat model of orthotopic liver transplantation and prevention of operational complication. Methods The model was established with modified cuff technique. The donor was perfused through the abdominal aorta with 20ml cold perfusate. The anastomosis of the suprahepatic vena cave(VC)was sutured end-to-end with 8-0 nylon line, and the continuity of infrahepatic VC and portal vein (PV)were established by means of cuff method respectively. The bile duct anastomosis was performed by internal stent. Results Three hundred and sixty case of rat orthotopic liver transplantation were performed and the successful rate of the mode was 91.3%.In non-intervention group, the survival rat was satisfactory, with a 86.5%of 1 week survival and a 80.7% of long-term survival (longer than 3 months). Conclusions The sophisticated microsurgical technique and the delicate surgical manipulation is the prerequisite of preventing operational complication, and shortening the anhepatic phase of recipient as soon as possible is the key to animal survival.

Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 2000;0(07):-
Hepatic ischemia/reperfusion injury (HIRI) exists in lots of process of clinical pathology and operation. Apoptosis is an active process controlled by some gene and factors such as Fas/FasL, Caspases and Bcl-2 families. More and more studies suggest that HIRI is associated with apoptosis. This article summarized the mechanisms and gene modulation of apoptosis during HIRI and the significance of suppressing apoptosis in preventing HIRI.

When an extract of the leaves of Ligustrum robustum was given to anesthetized rats intravenously at doses of 0.098, 0.140, 0.200 g/kg the BP of the animals decreased rapidly by 37.7,38.6 and 50.2% respectively. But without any effect when given intragastrically to conscious rats at 1.36g/kg (qid ? 3d ). When conscious spontaneous hypertensive rats were given this extract intragastrically at 1.08 and 2.16g/kg (qid ?5d) their BP decreased to 18.1 ?0.9 and 16.6? 0.7kPa from 24.3?0.5 and 24.3?0.6kPa res pectively (P

Objective To identify a rapid and efficient fungal genomic DNA extraction method for PCR amplification. Methods Genomic DNA was extracted from Penicillum marneffei,Rhizopus microsporus,Cryptococcus neoformans and Candida albicans by heating pyrolysis, microwave, repeated freezing and thawing, lysozyme digestion, overnight snail enzymatic and Qiagen kit methods.DNA electrophoretogram was observed by gel imaging system. The concentration and purity of extracted DNA were determined with an ultramicro nucleic acid protein tester and the yields were calculated.PCR amplification and sequencing were also performed.ANOVA and SNK-q test were used for data analysis. Results There were statistical differences in concentrations and yields of the fungal DNA extracted from Penicillum marneffei (hyphal phase and yeast phase),Rhizopus microsporus,Coptococcus neoformans and Candida albicans by six methods (F=750.83,220.95,669.35,132.01,510.20 and 1658.35,287.10,963.64,1147.77,4521.22,all P <0.01).Of six methods, microwave method gained the highest DNA concentration and yield, followed by heating pyrolysis method, while Qiagen kit method obtained the lowest concentration and yield. All DNA extracted by 6 kinds of methods were positive in PCR amplification. Conclusion All of the six methods can be used for fungal DNA extraction which is sufficient for PCR amplification, but microwave and heating pyrolysis methods are more easy and simple to perform.

Microbiology 1992;0(05):-
The medium for fermentation has been selected by means of orthogonal designs. The number of cell has reached 10~(11)/ml, and spore forming rate is 70—80%. LC_(50) of mosquito larvicied is lower than 0.125 ppm. Three targets are obviously better than those of previous report. The stable results are proved by studying of fermentation in shaking flask and further in 50L~3-bench fermenter. The production cost of per ton is decreased by 33%.

OBJECTIVE:To prevent and reduce the occurrence of nosocomial deep mycosis.METHODS:The medical records of patients with nosocomial deep mycosis in the period from January2001to December2002in this hospital were ret?rospectively analysed.RESULTS:There were43patients with nosocomial deep mycosis, which accounted for10.54%of all nosocomial infections in the same period. The predilection sites were respiratory tract(34.88%)and digestive tract(30.23%). The main pathogen was Candida albicans(77.78%).All patients had serious underlying diseases and were treated with broad-spectrum antibiotics, and some of them had received adrenocortical steroids.CONCLUSION:Rational use of broad-spectrum antibiotics and adrenocortical steroids is the most important way to prevent deep mycosis and improve the prognosis.

Chinese Journal of Health Management 2010;04(5):282-285
Objective To investigate the effect of multidisciplinary intervenient on survival of patients with malignant tumor. Methods Six hundred and thirty-nine malignant tumor patients were randomly assigned to the intervenient and the control group. A total of 584 completed the follow-up study. The intervenient group received comprehensive treatment for 2 years, while the control group was in a process of self-rehabilitation. The 2-year survival rate was compared between the groups by using Cox proportional hazard model. Results The 2-year survival rate was 94. 74% (108/114) or 80. 67% (121/150) in II stage patients of the intervenient or control group, respectively ( P < 0. 01 ) . The 2-year survival rate was 88. 03% (163/177) or 82. 8% (184/222) in early and medium stage patients of the intervenient or control group, respectively(P <0. 01). Conclusion The multidisciplinary intervenient may help to improve the 2 year survival of early or moderate stage malignant tumors.
