Hepatic endometriosis is a rare form of atypical endometriosis, only 30 cases were reported worldwide. Most cases of hepatic endometriosis were misdiagnosed due to the lack of typical symptoms. One patient with space-occupying lesions in the liver diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasonography were admitted to the Fuzhou General Hospital of Nanjing Military Command on November 5,2012.The patient was preliminarily diagnosed as with hepatic echinococcosis and then received operation. The result of postoperative pathological examination confirmed hepatic endometriosis.

Objective To evaluate the effect and clinical value of ultrasonography-guided Argon-Helium targeted ablation on treatment of liver tumor. Methods By means of ultrasound inducing,217 patients of liver tumors were selected for percutaneous Argon-Helium targeted cryoablation. Results All of liver hemangioma shrank in different degrees after cryoablation; 12 cases of small hepatic cancer were followed up for over one year, the one-year survival rate was 83.3% (10/12). 82.1% (165/201) advanced patients became better and clinical symptom ameliorated. One hundred and seventy-five cases of advanced patients were followed up for over one year, the one-year survival rate was 69.7% (122/175).The common complications after Argon-Helium cryoablation treatment were hemorrhage( 3.7% ,8/217), pleural effusion( 2.8% , 5/217). Conclusions Ultrasound-guided Argon-Helium targeted ablation in treatment of liver tumor is simple, safe and effective.

Objective To observe the effect of Salvia TMP on the therapeutic, blood lipids, inflammatory cytokines and cardiac function in treatment of patients with unstable angina pectoris ( UAP) .Methods Eighty cases of patients with UAP treated in the hospital from May 2013 to May 2015 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group ,40 patients in each group. The control group received routine medical treatment, observation group supplemented Salvia TMP injection on the basis of conventional therapy. After two weeks for a course of treatment, the difference between the two groups of patients on therapeutic, blood lipid, inflammatory cytokines and cardiac function related indicators were compared. Results Compared with control group post-treatment, the symptom control and ECG effective rate of observation group were significantly higher (χ2 =8.658,P=0.026), the levels of triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C),TC/high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) and LDL-C /HDL-C in observation group were lower(P<0.05),the level of HDL-C was higher(P<0.05), the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6), high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) in observation group were significantly lower (P<0.05), the levels of stroke volume (SV), left ventricular systolic pressure (LVSP) and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF)were higher(P<0.05), the levels of N-terminal pro-brain natriurelic peptide (NT-proBNP) and cardiac troponin I (cTnI) were lower (P<0.05).Conclusion Salvia TMP injection could effectively regulate blood lipids in patients with UAP,control inflammation cytokines and promote the recovery of cardiac function , which has a good role in improving the symptoms of angina patients, promoting the recovery of disease.

Objective To determine the effect of tumor necrosis factor ?(TNF ?) on p38 mitogen activated protein kinase (MAPK) activation in human pulmonary microvascular endothelial cells (HPMEC) in vitro Methods HPMEC was isolated and cultured in vitro Expression and activation of p38 MAPK were detected by western blot and immune complex kinase assay Results TNF ? induced phosphorylation and activation of p38 MAPK in HPMEC in a time/dose dependent manner which was suppressed by SB203580,a specific inhibitor of p38 MAPK Conclusion TNF ? plays a important role in activation of p38 MAPK and signal transduction in HPMEC

Journal of International Oncology 2017;44(2):125-128
Cancer associated fibroblast (CAF) is the most important component in the tumor environment, and some researchers even propose that CAF can be the new target in cancer therapy. However what make it difficult for researchers are the various origins of the CAF,such as resident fibroblast, epithelium, endotheliocyte, mesenchymal cell, stem cell and so on.The various origins define their different phenotypes and functions.Further understanding about the origins of the CAF will help us to explore a novel approach for cancer therapy.

Objective To explore the efficacy of low dosage of olanzapine combined with fluoxetine in the treatment of depression. Methods A 8-week study was conducted in 130 patients met the diagnostic criteria for de- pression.Subjects were randomly assigned to two groups:fluoxetine(20mg/d)alone and olanzapine(2.5~5 mg/d) plus fluoxetine(20mg/d).They were evaluated with Hamilton depression scale(HAMD).Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA)at baseline, the 1 week,2 weeks,4 weeks and 8 weeks subsequently.Results(1)There were significant differences in the total scores and reduction rates of HAMD between two groups in every interview.(2)The combi- nation group had greater reduction in depressive and anxiety symptoms than that in fluoxetine group.(3)The re- sponse rate in combination group was higher than that of fluoxetine group in 1 week,2 weeks and 4 weeks. There were no significant differences in response and remission rate between combination group and fluoxetine group.Con- clusion The combination of olanzapine with fluoxetine demonstrated a rapid, effective antidepressant action.

Objective To analyze the clinical manifestations, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of patients with splenic abscess.Method The clinical data, including baseline clinical data, clinical features, past history, pathogen culture result, treatment and the prognosis were retrospectively analyzed in the patients with the discharge diagnosis splenic abscess from January 1991 to March 2012 in Peking Union Medical College Hospital. Results The media time from onset to Peking Union Medical College Hospital of the 19 patients were 29 days.Among them,9 patients were cured,8 were improved and 2 died.Risk factors, such as tumor burden, diabetes, and using immunosuppressive agents etc,can be found in most patients with splenic abscess. All the 19 patients had splenic image changes and non-specific clinical features. The most common three clinical symptoms were fever(18 cases),chills (12 cases) and shivering (11 cases). The most common three signs were abdominal tenderness (9 cases),left upper quadrant sensitive to percussion (7 cases) and splenomegaly (4 cases). The most common etiological culture results were gram negative bacilli (9 cases),gram positive coccus (8 cases),and fungi (4 cases). Conclusions Clinical features are non-specific in splenic abscess patients.Related exam such as ultrasound should be performed on patients with splenic abscess risk factors to avoid misdiagnosis.Empiric antibiotic administration should begin right after the diagnosis based on the image.Pathogen culture should be timely conducted after pus collection.Individual therapeutical protocol should be chosen according to patient's condition.

Objective To explore the preventive effect of early bowel intervention on the gastrointestinal dysfunction in patients with invasive mechanical ventilation. Methods Sixty patients with invasive mechanical ventilation were equally randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.patlents in the control group were treated by conventional nursing care, while Patients in the observation group were given the early bowel intervention including abdominal massage and stimulation of rectum. The two groups were compared in terms of gastrointestinal dysfunction.Result The rate of gastrointestinal dysfunction in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The early bowel intervention may effectively promote intestinal peristalsis, protect the intestinal digestion, absorption of nutrients and mucosal barrier function and prevent gastrointestinal dysfunction in patients with invasive mechanical ventilation during enteral nutrition.
