2.Treatment of chronic prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndrome by noninvasive prostatectomy combined with western medicine

Objective The non intrusive ultrasound combined with western medicine in the treatment of chronic prostatitis prostate/research and analysis of the effect of chronic pelvic pain syndrome.Methods96 cases of chronic prostatitis patients who were treated in our hospital from September 2016 to were randomly divided into the observation group, the control group 1 and the control group2.The observation group was treated with western medicine in the treatment of non intrusive prostate ultrasound;1 patients in the control group were given a single non intrusive prostate ultrasound treatment;control group 2 given a single treatment with Chinese and Western medicine.The clinical symptoms and NIH-CPSI scores were evaluated before and after treatment in each group.ResultsComparison between groups of patients before treatment NIH-CPSI score, no significant difference;after treatment, the NIH-CPSI score has decreased, there are obvious differences (P<0.05);the patients in the observation group were decreased significantly, the total score before treatment (26.21±2.20), the total score after treatment (11.77±1.90), there are obvious the difference (P<0.05).The treatment groups were compared with the efficiency, the total efficiency of observation group was 93.75%, the control group of 1 patients with the total effective rate was 75%, the control group of 2 patients with the total effective rate was 68.75%, there was significant difference in the treatment effect, with statistical significance (P<0.05).ConclusionNon intrusive ultrasound combined with western medicine in the treatment of prostate in compared with non intrusive ultrasound therapy and Western medicine alone in the treatment of prostate, has more significant treatment effect, should strengthen the clinical application and promotion.
3.Effects of beraprost sodium on apoptosis in cultured mouse podocyte induced by angiotensin Ⅱ

Objective To explore the effects of beraprost sodium (BPS) on angiotensin Ⅱ(AngⅡ)-induced podocyte apoptosis and the relationship between BPS and peroxisome proliferator activated receptor δ(PPARδ). Methods Differentiated mouse podocytes were exposed to AngⅡ, further treated with BPS (or GSK0660) for 24 h. Podocyte apoptosis was detected by flow cytometry and AnnexinV-FITC staining. Bax , Bcl-2 and PPARδ mRNA were assessed by RT-PCR. Results AngⅡ promoted podocyte apoptosis and Bax mRNA expression significantly, down-regulated Bcl-2 and inhibited PPARδ mRNA (P < 0.05). Conversely, treatment with BPS reduced AngⅡ-induced podocyte apoptosis and Bax mRNA expression and promoted Bcl-s expression significantly resulting in an increase of PPARδ mRNA expression (P < 0.05). With the inhibition of PPARδ, podocyte apoptosis and Bax mRNA expression increased while Bcl-2 mRNA expression reduced. Conclusion BPS can effectively reduce AngⅡ-induced podocyte apoptosis , which is associated with the activation of PPARδand regulation of Bcl-2/Bax mRNA expression.

5.Experimental study on TCM symptomatological and developmental characteristics of rats with radiation-induced lung injury

Objectives:To explore the possibility of using experimental animal models as a new means for studying the pathogenesis and symptomatologic development of radiation-induced lung injury,and provide theoretical and experimental evidences for early prevention and treatment with the traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:80 female Wistar rats were divided randomly into the model group and control group with 40 rats in each group respectively.The rats in model group were anesthetized and fixed,and a 2cm?3cm area of the right lungs received 6mV X-ray radiation at 3Gy?2/w and a maximal 10/5w.Eight rats randomly selected from each group were sacrificed at the end of weeks of 3,5,8,12 and 26.Diagnostic techniques of TCM were employed to analyze symptomatological and developmental characteristics of TCM in radiation-induced lung injury during exposure by dynamic examination and comparison of living rats,gross lung samples and tissue sections.Results: Signs and symptoms including redness around nose and eyes,yellowish secretion,tachypnea,dry stool,lethargy,sluggishness, inactiveness were observed in model group in early stage of radiation exposure,which consistent with dominant heat in the interior and primordial qi exhaustion syndrome.Swollen lungs,bright redness on surface and red bleeding patches were observed in early stage of radiation;microscopic examination showed interstitial tissues,and readily visible congestion,hemorrhage and edema of pulmonary interstitial tissues,consistent with damaged blood collaterals by heat and blood escaping circulation syndrome.In the later stage of radiation exposure,the lungs showed dark appearance,apparent purple petechia,hard texture and poor elasticity.Microscopic examination showed remote hemorrhage foci,pulmonary capillary stasis or closure,and focal fibrotic clumps,consistent with obstruction of collaterals by blood stasis syndrome.No abnormal changes were observed in the control group.Conclusions:Animal experiments can redeem the clinical inadequacy of traditional inspection,auscultation and olfaction,interrogation and feeling pulse and palpation diagnostic techniques,modern pathological methods can be utilized to study symptomatology of traditional Chinese medicine.Symptomatological and developmental characteristics of'heat toxin impairment in radiation-induced lung injury characterized by heat damaging pulmonary collateral syndrome in early stage and pulmonary collateral stagnation syndrome in the advanced stage'can be revealed at living organism,gross lung sample and microscopic pulmonary tissue levels,thus providing theoretical basis for early prevention and treatment of radiation-induced lung injury using'cooling blood to remove apthogenic heat'.
6.Liquisolid technique for enhancement of dissolution prosperities of tanshinone II(A).

The technique of liquisolid compress is a new technique developed in 1990s, which was considered to be the most promising technique to improve the dissolution of water-insoluble drugs. In this article, tanshinone II(A) and the extracts of the ester-solubility fractions were chosen as the model drugs to evaluate the effects of the liquisolid technique for enhancement of dissolution properties of tanshinone II(A). Several liquisolid tablets (LS) formulations containing different dosage of drugs and various liquid vehicle were pre-pared and for all the formulations, microcrystalline cellulose and silica were chosen as the carrier and coating materials to evaluate their flow properties, such as angle of repose, Carr's compressibility index and Hausner's ratio. The interaction between drug and excipients in prepared LS compacts were studied by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) and X-ray powder diffraction (XRPD). The dissolution curves of tanshinone II(A) from liquisolid compacts were investigated to determine the technique's effect in improving the dissolution of tanshinone II(A) and its impacting factors. According to the results, the dissolution increased with the rise in the dissolution of the liquid-phase solvent. The R-value and drug dosage can significantly affect the drug release, but with less impact on active fractions. This indicated that liquisolid technique is a promising alternative for improvement of dissolution property of water-soluble drugs, and can make a synergistic effect with other ester-soluble constituents and bettern improve the release of tanshinone II(A). Therefore, the technique of liquisolid compress will have a better development prospect in traditional Chinese medicines.

9.Analysis of the clinical treatment and the influence of compliance on amblyopia

AIM:To explore the treatment methods and curative effect of amblyopia in children, and to analyze the effect of compliance on the treatment process.METHODS:The children with amblyopia treatment since January 1st 2010 in General Hospital of Jinan Military Area, were selected and completed follow-up for a total of 129 eyes of 78 patients, including 53 eyes of male in 31 cases and 76 eyes of female in 47 cases, the initial age of 3 to 12 years, the treatment were performed with accurate optometry, reasonable glasses and appropriate to cover the dominant eye based comprehensive therapy and compliance training of the parents and children.The treatment time was 12-36mo, followed up for 3a.The final therapeutic effect was observed and the difference of the stage curative effect between the children with different grade of compliance (good, moderate and poor grade) was compared.RESULTS:In the treatment of 36mo, 106 eyes were cured, 21 eyes were essentially recovered and the total cure rate was 98.4%, which was improved in 2 eyes (1.6%) and was ineffective in 0 eyes (0%);the total effective rate were 100%.The total cure rate was 69% in the treatment of 6mo and there was a significant difference in the cure rate among children with different compliance (overall comparison P<0.001, each comparison P<0.017).In the treatment of 12mo, the total cure rate was 89.1% and the cure rate were significantly different between children with the moderate compliance and the children with good compliance (P<0.05).CONCLUSION:Comprehensive treatment of children with amblyopia can achieve an ideal clinical efficacy.Compliance is an important factor influencing the treatment effect and the treatment process.The parents and children`s compliance training can shorten the course of treatment and improve the curative effect.
