Objective To introduce a new technique in reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) by transplantation of autogenous hamstring and fixation with double crossbar (Rigidfix) under arthroscopy. Methods From July 2003 to Spetember 2005, 32 patients with ACL injury were treated with ACL reconstruction. Autogenous semitendinous and gracilis tendons were transplanted, fixed by double crossbar at the femoral end and an Intrafix screw in the tibial tunnel. Knee joint function and stability before and after operation as well as X-ray radiographs were evaluated according to the Lysholm scoring scale and International Knee Documentation Committee (IKDC) rating scale. The reliability of the fixation and its short term effect were analyzed. Results Twenty-eight patients were available for follow-up with duration from 6 to 28 months. The function of knee joint improved greatly. Four cases had unconscious positive findings in physical examination. The average Lysholm scores before and after opration were 53. 0?6. 3 and 90. 0?5. 2, respectively ( P

5.Assessing stroke patients with the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health core sets
Chinese Journal of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation 2009;31(11):748-752
Objective To investigate the functional states of stroke patients using the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF) core sets for stroke. Methods Fifty in-patients with stroke participated in this study. Twenty-five patients less than one month after a stroke were assigned to the acute group, and another 25 patients with more than one month since their stroke were assigned to the sub-acute and chronic group. All the patients were assessed using the Glasgow coma scale, Rankin grading and the Barthel index. The ICF core set for stroke assessment was also used with both groups. The data was analyzed by using a Chi squared frequency test. Results Rankin grades and Barthel indices were significantly different between the two groups, and the functional states in the acute group were better than those in the sub-acute and chronic group. Some of the items, such as consciousness state, functions of structures adjoining the eyes, hearing, substitutive sound, accessory respiration, temperature regulation and protection function of the skin had no significant difference between the groups. The number of patients suffering from disorders of joint motion, joint stability, muscle endurance and control of voluntary movement was significantly greater in the sub-acute and chronic group than in the acute group. Both groups were influenced to different degrees by most of the environmental factors. Conclusion The ICF core sets correctly indicated joint motion, joint stability, muscle endurance and control of voluntary movement difficulties of stroke patients.

Objective To prepare and identify monoclonal antibodies (mAb) against histidine-tag (His-tag ) .Methods Balb/c mice were immunized with polypeptides containing 15 histindine(His)-coupled BSA and this fusion was prepared according to con-ventional methods .Indirect ELISA was used to screen the positive clones and limited dilution for further cloning .After purified with Protein G affinity chromatography ,these antibodies for His-tag were detected for antibody titer ,relative affinity as well as subtypes by using ELISA .The specificity of these mAb was identified by ELISA and Western blotting analysis .Double-antibody sandwich ELISA was composed of these mAb paired with the corresponding recombinant protein of specific antibody ,which was used to de-tect the recombinant protein quantitatively .Results 5 hybridoma cell lines stably secreting anti-His-tag IgG1(κ) were screened .A-mong these antibodies ,1-G2 was of the highest affinity ,reaching 1 .27 × 1010 ,which could combine with different recombinant pro-teins containing His-tag in the experiment of ELISA and Western blotting .1-G2 also could be used to detect recombinant PCT pro-tein containing His-tag quantitatively by using double-antibody sandwich ELISA with antibody of PCT ,the sensitivity of detection reached 4 .6 ng/mL .Conclusion The mAb against for His-tag with high specificity ,affinity and secreted stably are successfully prepared .This prepared antibody could be used in ELISA and Western blotting to detect a variety of His-tag .

Journal of Preventive Medicine 2023;35(8):697-700
Objective:
To investigate the willingness to pay integrated medical and elderly care services and identify the influencing factors among the elderly in Hohhot City, Inner Mongolia, so as to provide insights into promoting integrated medical and elderly care services.
Methods:
The elderly at ages of 60 years and older were sampled using a convenient sampling method from public venues in four districts of Huimin, Saihan, Yuquan and Xincheng in Hohhot City from June to December 2021. Basic characteristics, health and disease burdens, social support and willingness to pay integrated medical and elderly care services were collected, and factors affecting the willingness to pay integrated medical and elderly care services were identified among the elderly using a multiple linear regression model.
Results:
A total of 1 008 valid questionnaires were recovered, with an effective recovery rate of 96.74%. The respondents included 519 men (51.49%) and 489 women (48.51%), and had a mean age of (69.47±6.42) years. The monthly average fees of willingness to pay integrated medical and elderly care services were (2 076.49±36.79) Yuan, and there were 636 participants with 2 000 Yuan and less monthly average fees of willingness to pay integrated medical and elderly care services (63.10%). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that place of residence (β=180.832), satisfaction with housing (satisfied, β=-140.760), physical self-care ability (completely self-care: β=-238.244; mostly self-care: β=-254.557), burdens of disease diagnosis and treatment (able to afford: β=452.488; partly afford: β=228.626), monthly income (β=347.144), expenses of medications (β=0.019) and total score of social support (β=17.116) were factors affecting the willingness to pay integrated medical and elderly care services among the elderly.
Conclusions
The willingness to pay integrated medical and elderly care services among the elderly in Hohhot City is associated with place of residence, monthly income, satisfaction with housing, physical self-care ability, burden of disease diagnosis and treatment, expenses of medications and social support.

China Pharmacy 2017;28(12):1696-1698
OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for the content determination of cabozantinib in its raw material. METHODS:RP-HPLC method was adopted. The determination was performed on Inertsil ODS-SP C18 column with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.02 mol/L ammonium acetate buffer (pH 5.2,52:48,V/V) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. Detection wavelength was set at 241 nm,the column temperature was 38 ℃,and sample size was 20 μL. RESULTS:The linear range of cabozantinib were 9.88-49.40 μg/mL(r=0.9999). The limit of quantitation was 11.46 ng,and the limit of detection was 3.36 ng. The RSDs of preci-sion,stability,repeatability tests were all lower than 2.0%;recoveries were 98.5%-101.7%(RSD=1.2%,n=9). CONCLU-SIONS:The method is simple, accurate and suitable for the content determination of cabozantinib in its raw material.

Objective To explore the extent of agreement between measurements of temporal and spatial gait parameters made with portable gait analysis equipment and in the laboratory. Methods Fifteen healthy young people submitted to laboratory gait analysis using 3D motion analysis apparatus and then on the same day to analysis using the Gait Watch portable apparatus.Cadence, stride length, walking speed and step length were recorded.Intraclass correlation coefficients (ICCs) and Bland-Altman plots were used to evaluate the agreement between the two gait analyses. Results Test-retest comparisons with the Gait Watch apparatus generated ICCs for the temporal and spatial parameters ranging between 0.80 and 0.98,indicating good test-retest reliability.Bland-Altman plots comparing the two measurement systems also showed good agreement.According to paired simple t tests, the stride length, walking speed, and step length assessments with the two systems showed significant differences. All exceeded the minimum detection threshold (stride length =0.05 m,walking speed =0.12 m/s,left step length =0.03 m,right step length =0.04 m).Conclusions Measurements of cadence, stride length, walking speed and step length with the two systems yield acceptable agreement, and either can be used in clinical walking assessment.
