Objective To explore the efficacy of foreskin-deglove and shaft-fix procedure combined with Z-plasty of penis and scrotum skin in the treatment of concealed penis. Methods Fifty-eight patients diagnosed as concealed penis were included in the study. All of them underwent the foreskin-deglove and shaft-fix procedure.Foreskin was degloved from 5 mm to 10 mm proximal to corona deep to the root, and bilateral tunica albuginea at this level was sutured to suprapubic scarpas' fascia.Z plasty of penis and scrotum skin was applied to cover penile shaft. Results After follow-up for 6 to 12 months, there was no recurrent retraction of the penile shaft, and all the patients were satisfied with the appearance of penis after plastic surgery.Edema of prepuce occurred in 2 patients, and completely regressed in 2 to 3 months. There was no incision scar hyperplasy, and the function of urination and erection were normal. Conclusion Foreskin-deglove and shaft-fix procedure combined with Z-plasty of penis and scrotum skin can resolve pathologic problems of concealed penis and has favourable aesthetic results with less complications. It is easy to perform and is an ideal procedure in the treatment of concealed penis.

Objective: To observe the effect on Tangzu Heji on diabetic foot rat with blood stasis syndrome and to investigate the mechanism in it. Methods: Combination of streptozocin injection and reduction of ambient temperature was used to duplicate diabetic foot rat with blood stasis syndrome. 60 Male SD rats were randomly divided into 6 groups as normal control group, the low temperature control group, diabetic foot group (model group), three groups of Tangzu Heji treatment with high, medium and low dose respectively. In the first three groups the rats were given normal saline, and in the latter three treatment groups the model rats were given Tangzu Heji as 60gkg, 30g/kg, 15g/kg weight, respectively. After two weeks of treatment, the changes of the weight, water intake, blood glucose, blood rheology, acral gangrene symptoms, Choroid blood vessels of the sublingual and ear, serum vascular endothelial growth factor changes were observed. Results: After two weeks of treatment with Tangzu Heji, compared with the model group, a marked increase in body weight, decrease of water intake were happened to the rats in treatment groups. Erythrocyte aggregation index in the low-dose treatment group decreased significantly (P

Objective To establish a real‐time quantitative PCR method for the detection of cytokine receptor‐like factor 2 (CRLF2) expression .Methods Specific primers amplification target gene CRLF2 and housekeeping genes ABL were designed ,the purified PCR products were performed the TA cloning .After bacterial colony PCR screening and sequencing ,then the recombinant plasmids DNA was extracted and measured by using UV spectrophotometer and converted to copies/mL concentration .Finally it was diluted for preparing the plasmid standard substance ,then the standard curve was drawn for observing the sensitivity and linear rang ,meanwhile the stability of the plasmid DNA was evaluated .This method was initially applied to detect the CRLF2 level of bone marrow mononuclear cells in 10 cases of healthy children and 10 cases of newly diagnosed acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) .Results CRLF2 PCR product had a single specific melting curve;the linear detection range of the standard substance was 103 - 108 copies /ml;the plasmid standard substance by freeze‐thawing for 3 times remained stable;the CRLF2 level of clinical sample was within the linear detection range of standard substance .Conclusion The real‐time quantitative PCR method for CRLF2 established by our laboratory has good specificity ,linearity range and stability ,which can be applied to the quantitative detection of CRLF2 gene in clinical ALL children .

Journal of Forensic Medicine 2015;31(3):191-195
OBJECTIVE:
To explore the application value of postmortem multi-slice spiral computed tomography (MSCT) in cases of fall from height through observing and analyzing the injury features of the fall and reconstructing the process of the fall based on the the above procedure.
METHODS:
One real fatal case due to fall from height was fully examined using MSCT and three-dimensional reconstruction technique. Analyzing the manner and cause of death through combination of MSCT and systemic autopsy was also implemented. The differences between autopsy and MSCT in getting information of injuries were compared.
RESULTS:
Fractures involving multiple body regions and liver rupture were found through MSCT and three-dimensional reconstruction. The autopsy got the same results with imageological examination. The case of death was deduced to be fall leading to systemic polytrauma.
CONCLUSION
Application of MSCT can be used as the complimentary for traditional autopsy in the analysis of injury manner of fall from height.

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2005;20(7):716-718
Objective To explore the personality characteristics of abused children in order to reduce the incidence of child abuse. Methods Two hundred and ninty five middle school students were investigated with general questionnaire and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire of children. Eighty six students experiencing child abuse (CA) last year as study group and one hundred and ninety six non-abuse children as controls (NCA) were analyzed by means of Eysenck Personality Questionnaire of children. Results The score of neuroticism in CA group was significantly higher than that in the control group (55.62±10.60/52.65±10.98,t=-2.114 P=0.035). The score of lie in CA group was significantly lower than that in control group (42.21±9.87/46.04±9.20,t=3.184 P=0.002). On the impact of different sex, the psychoticism score of male was significantly higher than that in the control group(52.37±11.49/48.04±9.97,t=-2.227 P=0.028), and the lie score was significantly lower than that in control group(41.03±9.18/46.18±8.79,t=3.125 P=0.002).The scores of those in the female were not significant. Conclusions There is a close association between the unstable emotion and child abuse in children, so training emotional self-control and emotional expression of children might be a intervention strategy in the future. In addition, the frequency of lie in children is probably one of factors that determine whether children are abused or not.

Objective: To study the effects of procession with wine on the blood-quickening and stasis-transforming actions of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Radix et Rhizoma Rhei. Methods: The blood stasis model of rat was established by Adr or cold. The effects of the processed products of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Radix et Rhizoma Rhei on thrombocyte adhesiveness and aggregaltion, prothrombin time (PT), thrombintime(TT), (PTT) were observed. Results: The raw and mix-fried Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae with yellow wine and white liquor, the steamed Radix et Rhizoma Rhei with wine could obviously decrease thrombocyte adheziveness and aggregation, prolong PT, TT and PTT. The actions of the mix-fried Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae with wine and the steamed Radix et Rhizoma Rhei with wine were stronger than that of their raw products (P
