Objective To explore the application of steatosis liver donor (SLD) in piggyback liver transplantation (PBLT). Methods Sixty-four cases of SLD were subjected to PBLT and classified into light steatosis liver (S1,22 cases),moderate steatosis liver (S2,25 cases),and severe steatosis liver (S3,17 cases) groups.Eighty cases of non fatty liver selected randomly in the same period served as controls. The liver and renal function at the day of surgery, postoperative liver function recovery, complications one month after surgery, and the death of recipients were recorded. Results There was no significant difference in the liver and renal function between steatosis liver groups and control group at the day of surgery (P>0.05). At 21st day after surgery, the liver function of 95% recipients in control group returned to the normal level, and the liver function recovery rate in S1,S2 and S3 groups was 90.9%,80.0%,and 70.6% respectively.Graft primary nonfunction occurred in 2 cases (11.8%) of S3 group. The incidence of complications such as bleeding, infection, hepatic artery thrombosis, ascites, sepsis in S1,S2 and S3 groups was higher than in control group (P<0.05).One year after operation, there were two deaths in control group, one in S1 group, one in S2 group, and 5 in S3 group, respectively. Conclusion SLD can be used for transplantation, but for the transplantation with severe steatosis liver,it should be carried out carefully.

Objective To study the effect of interventional treatment on the expression of PgP and GST ? in different histopathological types of primary lung carcinoma. Methods One hundred and eighteen cases of histopathologically verified primary lung carcinoma were studied. SCLC was found in 26 cases and NSCLC in 92 cases. The non chemotherapy group had 50 cases, and the interventional treatment group had 68 cases. PgP and GST ? were examined in all specimens with 2 step immunohistochemistry. Results The positive expression rates of PgP and GST ? were 32.0% and 34.0% in non chemotherapy group, respectively, 75.0% and 78.6% in interventional treatment with non embolization group, respectively, and 50.0% and 52.5% in interventional treatment with embolization group, respectively. The positive expression rates of PgP and GST ? had significant difference between non chemotherapy group and interventional treatment with non embolization group( P 0.05). There was a tendency of positive correlation between differentiated degree of carcinoma and the expression of PgP and GST ? in NSCLC. Condusion To detect PgP and GST ? in carcinoma tissue is important and has the instructive significance for chemotherapy of lung carcinoma. The positive rate of multidrug resistant gene is obviously increased in the primary lung carcinoma with bronchial arterial chemotherapy. The inducement to multidrug resistance gene in bronchial arterial embolization with the emulsifying agent of oil anticarcinogen was lower.

Methods:
Data of influenza in Yinzhou District from 2017 to 2021 were collected from the Chinese Disease Prevention and Control Information System. The software ArcGIS 10.8 was employed for spatial autocorrelation analysis, and SaTScan 10.1 was employed for spatio-temporal scanning to analyze the temporal and spatial clustering characteristics of influenza incidence in Yinzhou District.
Results:
Totally 60 543 influenza cases were reported in Yinzhou District from 2017 to 2021, with an incidence of 0.76%. The incidence of influenza peaked in December 2019 (9.35%) and January 2020 (9.28%) during the period between 2017 and 2021. Spatial autocorrelation analysis showed that there was a positive spatial correlation of influenza incidence in Yinzhou District from 2018 to 2021 (all P<0.05), and a high clustering in 2019 and 2021. Zhonghe Street showed a low-high clustering from 2017 to 2020; Jiangshan Town showed a low-high clustering in 2017 and 2020, and a high-high clustering in 2019 and 2021; Shounan Street showed a high-high clustering from 2018 to 2020; Yunlong Street showed a high-high clustering in 2021. Spatio-temporal scanning analysis showed that the class Ⅰ clusters were located in the central region which centered in Dongqianhu Town, with aggregation time in August 2017, in the northwest region with aggregation time in December and January from 2018 to 2020, and in the west region with aggregation time in August 2021.
Conclusion
The incidence of influenza in Yinzhou District from 2017 to 2021 showed a spatio-temporal clustering in the northwestern region in winter and summer.
