1.Clinical Observation in Treatment of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy by Blood-activating and Qufengchushi Chinese Medicine Lavipeditum with Mecobalamin Tablets
Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2014;(12):22-24
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy in treatment on diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN) by Chinese medicine lavipeditum of blood-activating and Qufengchushi with mecobalamin tablets. Methods 65 diabetic patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. The two groups were both undertaking the diabetes diet control, exercise, diabetes education and maintaining previous hypoglycemic program. The patients with hypertension could take nifedipine GITS. Patients in control group only received mecobalamin tablet. Patients in treatment group received the same medication and also lavipeditum with Blood-activating and Qufengchushi traditional Chinese medicine for 12 weeks. Clinical symptom score, Toronto clinical score, motor nerve conduction velocity (MNCV) and sensory conduction velocity (SNCV) of median nerve and peroneal nerve were performed before and after the study. Results After treatment, the mean values for clinical symptom score, Toronto clinical score, MNCV and SNCV of median nerve and peroneal nerve of the tweo groups were all significantly decreased (P<0.05, P<0.01). The values for TCM clinical syndromes in treatment group was 81.81% (27/33), and that in the control group was 65.62% (21/32), with significant difference (P<0.05). The values for western medcine clinical syndromes in treatment group was 84.84% (28/33), and that in the control group was 62.50%(20/32), with significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion Chinese medicine lavipeditum of Blood-activating and Qufengchushi with mecobalamin tablets is safet and effective in treating DPN.

Objective To observe the efficacy of topical indigo naturalis on the serum thyroglobulin antibody (TGAb) and thyroid peroxidase antibody (TPOAb) in Hashimoto's thyroiditis (HT). Methods Sixty-five cases of HT were randomly divided into the treatment group (33 cases) and the control group (32 cases). Hyperthyroidism patients and hypothyroidism patients in the two groups were treated with methimazole 10 mg/d and levothyrocine 25-50 μg/d to control their thyroid function. Based on the basic treatment, patients in the treatment group were treated with topical indigo naturalis local external application, which lasted for 6 months. Results TCM clinical symptoms were improved in both two groups, with statistical significance between the two groups (P<0.05, P<0.01). The efficacy of TCM clinical symptoms was 81.82% (27/33) in the treatment group and 65.63% (21/32) in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.01). The total effective rate of the treatment group was 84.85% (28/33) and the control group was 71.88%(23/32), with statistical significance between the two groups (P<0.05). Compared with that before treatment, the levels of TGAb and TPOAb were lower in both groups (P<0.05), and with statistical significance between the two groups (P<0.01). Conclusion Indigo naturalis can improve efficacy of treatment for HT, and effectively reduce autoimmune antibodies indicators of thyroid.

OBJECTIVE To analyze the risk factors of pulmonary infection after liver transplantation and improve treatment strategy.METHODS Forty six adult patients who underwent liver transplantation were divided into two groups: pulmonary infection group and non-pulmonary infection group. An analysis was performed for the commonly used variables.RESULTS The frequency of pulmonary infection after liver transplantation was 43.5%,the mortality rate in the patients who developed pulmonary infection was 60%.Intraoperative total fluid perfusion, mechanical ventilatory time, serum creatinine, albumin, abdominal bleeding, and hydrothorax after liver transplantation were risk factors of pulmonary infection(P

Long non-coding RNA (lncRNA)is a kind of RNA molecule which is longer than 200 nucleotides and has no capacity of coding proteins.Accumulating evidences have indicated that several lncRNAs,such as HOTAIR,MALAT-1 ,H1 9 and BANCR may promote tumor metastasis by inducing epitheli-al-mesenchymal transition.

Journal of International Oncology 2015;(7):519-521
Urothelial carcinoma associated antigen 1(UCA1)is a highly bladder cancer-specific long non-coding RNA(lncRNA),and it does not have the function of encoding protein. UCA1 differentially expre-sses in various fetal tissues, but its expression is turned off in most adult tissues. It reactivates during tumori-genesis. Researches indicate that UCA1 may regulate cell proliferation, apoptosis, metastasis and chemoresis-tance of tumors, such as bladder cancer, breast cancer and hepatocellular cancer.

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2004;0(09):-
Epilepsy is a common nervous system disease, with a morbidity of 4.8‰-11.2‰,so there has been about 50 million patients globally.Drug treatment is a major mean to treat epileptic patients.Recently, researches illustrated that cellular immunity disorder and humoral immunity disorder were coexist in epleptic patients, but there was no consensus on whether it was induced by anti-epileptic drugs(AEDs) or epilepsy itself up to now. This article is aimed to explain the impact of AEDs on immunity through review recent literature internal and abroad.
10.Effects of 70 pearl flavor pill associating with acupuncture on nerve function in acute cerebral infarction patients
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(7):159-161
Objective To analyse the effect of 70 pearl flavor pill associating with acupuncture on nerve function in acute cerebral infarction patients. Methods A total of 128 patients with acute cerebral infarction were enrolled in this study in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2016 and randomly divided into two group. Two groups were treated with routine treatment, the observation group was treated another with 70 pearl flavor pill combined with acupuncture program. Results The total effective of observation group was 92.19%,higher than that of control group 75.00%(P<0.05).After treatment,NIHSS score,FMA motor function score,Serum S-100βprotein,hs-CRP level of observation group were better than that of control group (P<0.05).Conclusion 70 pearl flavor pill associating with acupuncture on the basis of routine treatment can improve hemorheology, reduce inflammation and improve the therapeutic effect and it has no obvious side effects.
