With a survey through questionnaire among the students of the School of Economy and Management in Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in terms of students' attitude towards their majors,students' employment expectation,student's employment psychology as well as the employment channels,the essay analyzes the different employment trends among the students of the three majors in the school and offers some useful suggestions to enhance its work in employment guidance.

Objective To investigate the suitable light intensity of plant growth of Dendrobium Sw.through study on photosynthetic characteristics.Methods The photosynthesis curves of light intensity, chlorophyll fluorescence parameter of different light intensity and inductivity of non-photochemical quenching of chlorophyll fluorescence in 3.0?104 lx on three species of Dendrobium Sw.in Huoshan (D.huo- shanens, D.candium, and D.moniliforme) were determined.Results Three species of Dendrobium Sw.were shadow plants for their response on light intensity, light saturation point, light compensate point, net photosynthesis rate, and apparent quantum efficiency are lower during photosynthesis.The photoinhibitory effect was formed on Dendrobium Sw.leaf when they grew in more than 4.0?104 lx.Conclusion Although three species of Dendrobium Sw.in Huoshan grow in (0.2-2.0)?104 lx normally, they are suitable to grow in (2.5-3.0)?104 lx instead of growing more than 4.0?104 lx.

OBJECTIVE:To establish the quality standard of Yanyan granules of concentrated sugar-free type. METHODS:Scrophularia ningpoensis,Menispermum dauricum,Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae in the granules were identified by TLC,and the content of linarin in Yanyan granules were determined by HPLC.RESULTS:The TLC spots were clear with high resolution.The linear range of linarin was 4.64～69.6 ?g(r=0.999 9) and the average recovery rate was 98.65%(RSD= 0.79%,n=6). CONCLUSION:The established standard is suitable for the quality control of the Yanyan granules of concentrated sugar-free type.

Objective To study the effect of interventional treatment of iliac and femoral vein stenosis concomitant with deep venous thrombosis. Method Fifty-three patients were divided into 5 groups. In group A after placing into inferior vena cava a filter,11 patients adopted Amplatz Trombectomy Device for thrombolysis or ORSIS thrombolysis and persistent thrombolysis through popliteal vein. In group B thrombus was taken out through guiding catheter and then persistent thrombolysis through popliteal vein after placing into inferior vena cava filters in 9 cases. In group C 13 patients adopted persistent thrombolysis through femoral arteries. In group D 8 patients received persistent thrombolysis through popliteal vein. In group E persistent thrombolysis through foot veins was carried out in 12 patients. Seventeen patients received implanted stents and balloon-expansion in iliac and femoral veins. Results Symptoms disappeared in 26 patients(49.0%), significantly improved in 21 patients (39.6%), improved in 3 patients (5.7%), did not improve in 3 patients (5.7%), respectively. The repatency of iliac and femoral vein was achieved in more than 80% of the 17 patients. Complications developed in 3 cases in the course of thrombolysis. Conclusion The effect of mechanical removal of thrombus, persistent thrombolysis through catheter and transluminal angioplasty is safe and satisfactory.

Objective To study the diagnosis and surgical treatment of Mirizzi syndrome (MS).Method The clinical data of patients with Mirizzi syndrome treated in our center from July 2001 to July 2011 were retrospectively studied and the diagnostic methods,operative strategies and outcomes of surgical treatment were analyzed.Results Mirizzi syndrome (MS) was identified in 56 out of 13800patients who received cholecystectomy (0.4％). MS was diagnosed preoperatively in 30 patients (53.6％).There were 29 patients with Mirizzi syndrome type Ⅰ,17 patients with type Ⅱ,9 patients with type Ⅲ,and 1 patient with type Ⅳ using the Csendes's classification.In two patients (3.6％) coincidental gallbladder carcinoma was detected.An initial laparoscopic approach was attempted in 33patients,and 16 were converted to open surgery.The remaining 23 patients underwent open operation.Surgical procedures included cholecystectomy,choledochotomy and T-tube insertion,simple closure and drainage (via T tube) of the biliary fistula,Roux-en-Y hepaticojejunostomy,radical resection of gallbladder and hepaticojejunostomy.Inadvertent bile duct injury occurred in 2 patients who had an initial laparoscopic approach for a preoperative undiagnosed MS. Postoperative morbidities included biliary leak (n =4) and residual common bile duct stone (n=2).All patients recovered completely and there was no hospital mortality.Conclusions Preoperative diagnosis of Mirizzi syndrome is still challenging despite the availability of multiple imaging modalities.Open surgery remains the standard of care,although laparoscopic treatment may be used in selected patients,especially for type Ⅰ Mirizzi syndrome.Patients with Mirizzi syndrome should be managed differently,basing on intraoperative findings and the type of Mirizzi syndrome.

ObjectiveTo investigate the association of single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs)of rs11833579 and rs12425791 on chromosome 12pl3 with cerebral infarction in the Fujian Han population.MethodsA case-control association study containing a total of 216 cases and 279 controls was carried out.The genotypes of two polymorphisms were evaluated by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) and direct DNA sequencing followed by association analysis.Results The frequency of G ＞ A genotype of rs12425791 in patients with cerebral infarction was lower than that in the controls (34. 3％ vs 43.4％ , x2 = 4. 298 ,P ＜ 0. 05 ) after stratified by causes of cerebral infarction, there was no significant difference in this genotype between large-artery atherosclerosis and controls.Association analysis was performed by logistic regression model after adjusting by sex, age, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, dyslipidemia, smoking and drinking. Rs12425791 G ＞ A genotype was significantly associated with both cerebral infarction ( OR = 0. 627, 95％ CI 0. 417-0. 941, P = 0. 024 ) and large-artery atherosclerosis ( OR =0. 613, 95％ CI 0. 396-0. 949 ,P =0. 028). G ＞ A genotype might be a potential protective factor in male( OR =0. 597, 95％ CI 0. 364-0. 978, P =0. 041 ). rs11833579 G ＞ A genotype frequency was similar between cases and controls.Conclusion rs12425791 G ＞ A on chromosome 12p13 might be a genetic marker for atherothrombotic brain infarction in Han population of Fujian.

Objective To study the effect of lipoic acid on apoptosis of neurons during experimental neuronal aging. AIM:To evaluate the application and effect of bandage contact lens in pterygium excision combined with conjunctival transplantation (CAT).METHODS:In a prospective, randomized, controlled clinical study, 110 patients (110 eyes) diagnosed with primary pterygium were collected in PLA NO.474 Hospital from January 2015 to January 2016.The 110 patients enrolled in the study in turn, and divided into two groups by the odd and even number.The odd number divided into bandage contact lens group (CAT + bandage contact lens, n=55), while the even number divided into control group (CAT, n=55).Visual analog scale (VAS) and corneal irritation were evaluated on 1, 3 and 7d after operation.Cornea fluorescent staining testing was carried out on 3d after operation.Following-up all the patients with 1a at least observed the recurrence of pterygium.RESULTS:The score of VAS in bandage contact lens group less than that in control group on 1d (4.13±2.06 vs 5.80±1.93, t=4.391, P<0.001) and 3d (2.09±1.36 vs 3.65±1.65, t=5.422, P<0.001) after operation, while there was no significant difference between two groups on 7d (t=1.295, P=0.198) after operation.The corneal irritation in bandage contact lens group less than that in control group on 1d and 3d after operation (P<0.05), while there was no significant difference between two groups on 7d after operation (P=0.052).Cornea fluorescent staining testing area in bandage contact lens group was less than that in control group on 7d after operation (0.33±0.37mm2 vs 2.73±2.21mm2, t=7.921, P<0.01).There was no significant difference in recurrence rate between two groups after 1a operation (P=1.000).CONCLUSION:Bandage contact lens could significantly release pain and corneal irritation, promote the healing of the corneal epitheliums in the defected area, and increase the postoperative comfort level in patients after operation.

Objective: To explore the mechanism of acupuncture in regulating cognitive deficits in insomnia rats by observing the effect of acupuncture on microglia in thalamic reticular nucleus (TRN). Methods: Thirty rats were randomly divided into a control group, a model group and an acupuncture group, with 10 rats in each group. The insomnia model was established by intraperitoneal injection of para-chlorophenylalanine (PCPA) once a day for 2 d. Rats in the control group were intraperitoneally injected with the same amount of normal saline. Rats in the acupuncture group received acupuncture at Neiguan (PC 6) and Zusanli (ST 36) for 5 consecutive days. The CLOCKLAB 2 data acquisition system was used to dynamically observe the sleep of the rats throughout the experiment. The cognition of rats was evaluated by event-related potentials (ERPs). After intervention, brain tissue was extracted. Immunofluorescence was used to test the fluorescence expression in TRN region. The concentrations of interleukin (IL)-1β and tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results: After intraperitoneal injection of PCPA suspension, the spontaneous activity in light period of rats in the model group and acupuncture group increased significantly compared with the control group (both P<0.01). After acupuncture treatment, the rats in the acupuncture group had much less spontaneous activity during the light period than those in the model group (P<0.01), and the results indicated that acupuncture could effectively improve the sleep quality of insomnia rats. Compared with the control group, rats in the model group showed that the P3 latency, the average optical density of microglia, and the concentrations of IL-1β and TNF-α increased significantly (all P<0.05), and the P3 amplitude decreased significantly (P<0.01). Compared with the model group, rats in the acupuncture group presented that the P3 latency, the average optical density of microglia, and the concentrations of IL-1β and TNF-α were significantly decreased (all P<0.05), and the amplitude of P3 was significantly increased (P<0.05). Conclusion: Acupuncture possesses an ability to improve the cognitive state in insomnia rats. The mechanism may be related to inhibiting the microglial activation, diminishing the levels of pro-inflammatory mediators like IL-1β and TNF-α, and promoting the recovery of central nervous system function.
