Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2013;19(12):1197-1198
Objective To explore the effect of health education path on care and household rehabilitation in children with cerebral palsy (CP). Methods 100 CP children from June to December, 2012 were divided into experimental group (n=50) and control group (n=50). The control group was given conventional health education, while the experimental group along with the health education path. Mastery rates of disease knowledge and family rehabilitation methods, cooperation rate, and care satisfaction rate of parents was assessed before discharge. Results Mastery rates of disease knowledge, family rehabilitation methods, cooperation rate, and care satisfaction rate of parents were higher in the experimental group than in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Application of health education path can rule the health education of nurses, and improve the CP patient's satisfaction and compliance.

Objective To evaluate the safety and efficacy of transcatheter closure of perimembranous ventricular septal defects(VSD) using domestic symmetric double-disk occluders. Methods From March 2003 to July 2007,689 VSD patients were treated with transcatheter intervention using domestic symmetric double-disk occluders and received clinical follow up at 1 month,3 months,6months after the procedure and annually thereafter.Complications including residual shunt, heart rhythm changing, shape of the occluder and the presence of tricuspid/aortic regurgitation were observed thoroughly. Results The overall technical success rate was 98.8%.One patient died of cerebral bleeding 7 days after intervention. One patient suffered complete A-V block and required permanent pacemaker implantation and another patient conversed to open surgery because of moderate tricuspid regurgitation.Asymmetric Amplatzer occluders were used in 6 patients but the intervention failed in 2 patients whom required an open conversion.Comorbidities such as atrial septum defect, patent foramen ovale were treated concomitantly. No other complications were observed during the follow-up period. Conclusion Complication associated with transcatheter closure of perimembranous VSD using domestic symmetric double-disk occluders was relatively low.The procedure was safe and applicable.Meanwhile,it is necessary to stick to the procedural indications and avoid complications such as tricuspid regurgitation etc.

Objective To study the cytotoxicity of the membrane material of heart assist pump. Methods The membrane materials tested incladed polyurethane (group A) and medical polychloroethylene (group B),and a blank control group with none of the material. L-929 cells (the mouse fibroblasts) were cultured on either material in groups A and B,and 6 cell cultures were without any material. After 24,48 and 72 hours, the growth of cell in groups A,B and the control was observed, and the number was counted. Educts of two materials used in groups A and B was respectively added to culture medium, then the OD was measured every 24h and proliferation rate was determined by MTT test. Results L-929 cells grew very well in groups A and B with less death. The cell counts showed no difference between 2 groups at each time. The OD of group A was always higher than that of group B after 24,48 and 72h ( P
5.Tocetaxel combined with cisplatin in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer
Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 2001;0(11):-
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and side effects of the combination of tocetaxel and cisplatin in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods Thirty patients were treated with the combination for two courses. Every three weeks, tocetaxel was administrated on day 1 in a dose of 75mg/m~2 and cisplatin in dose of 30mg/m~2 from day 1 to day 3. Results Complete remission was found in two patients, partial remission in fourteen patients, in seven patients there was no change, and in seven patients there was an advance of the disease. The overall remission rate was 53.3%. The main side effects were suppression of myelopoiesis, gastrointestinal disturbance, alopecia, myalgia and arthralgia. Conclusion The combination of tocetaxel and cisplatin is effective and well-tolerated in the treatment of NSCLC.

Objective To discuss the treatment after orthotopic heart transplantation and the experiences in deal- ing with ins complications. Methods To summarize the postoperative monitoring and management of 9 cases of patients af- ter heart transplantation. Results All 9 cases got out of hospital after recovery with better postoperative cardiac function and life quality.Among of them acute rejection appeared in 1 case earlier and 2 cases later after operation.1 case died later and 1 case had acute renal failure earlier after operation. Conclusion The effective monitoring for immunity and the scientific use of immunosuppressive agents after orthotopie heart transplantation, the active prevention and treannent of complications and its consanguineous follow-up are key factors for improving the survival rate.

Journal of Practical Stomatology 1995;0(04):-
Objective: To observe the oral care effects of finger toothbrush. Methods: The finger toothbrush worn on the index finger was made of silica gel .It was used to brush the in vitro healthy teeth pulled out on the same day and the standard hard plaster tooth model and to brush the in vivo healthy teeth in adults; the bacteria in the finger toothbrush, The dentofacial pluque and the abrasion on the tooth model were tested respectively. Results: After in vivo use the bacteria remained in the finger toothbrush were fewer than those in the commonly used toothbrush(1 683.24?1 355.59 and 2 353.76?1 582.06 respectively). The dentofacial plaque was decreased in the same extent by the two kinds of toothbrushes. The zero rate of abrasion on the tooth model was 93.3%(28/30) by finger toothbrush and 23.3%(14/30) by the commonly used toothbrush. Conclusion: The finger toothbrush worn on finger can remove dentofacial plaque effectively and produce a lower abrasion on tooth.

China Pharmacy 1991;0(02):-
OBJECTIVE:To discusses the influencing factors on the safety and efficacy of pediatric drugs.METHODS:The errors in administration of pediatric drugs were analyzed. The drugs under current use in the pediatric pharmacy of our hospital were classified and compared as per quantity, dosage form, specification, medication safety, direction and medicine evaluation. RESULTS: The influencing factors mainly included the subjective factors(wrong drug treatment) and the objective factors (pharmaceutical factors and social factors) .CONCLUSION: To safeguard the efficacy and safety of pediatric drugs, it' s advisable that an evaluation or control system for rational use of pediatric drugs be established with the participation of the society, the hospital and patients.

Journal of Shanghai Jiaotong University(Medical Science) 2017;37(3):390-393
Objective · To design and build a high-throughput sequencing approach based on targeted panel sequencing (TPS) using for the primary immunodeficiency disease (PID) diagnosis. Methods · By reviewing the literature and querying the relevant databases to determine the known diseasecausing genes of PID, capture probes using for the TPS were designed and customized for all exons and flanking sequences of these genes. A child suspected with PID was diagnosed by the customized TPS. Results · The PID sequencing panel contains a total of 100 known pathogenic genes. The sequencing data of the patient has 16414298 reads. The average coverage depth is 157 X, 98.35% of the target region sequencing depth is greater than 20 X, and 99.97% of the target region sequencing depth is greater than 1 X. Finally, a heterozygous nonsense mutation was found in the exon 2 of the CXCR4 gene (c.1000C>T, p.Arg334*) in the child. The results of Sanger sequencing confirmed the variation in the child and showed that his parents were wildtype at the corresponding sites, indicating the mutation is de novo. Conclusion · This study established a high-throughput sequencing diagnostic approach for PID, with which a case of WHIM syndrome was successfully diagnosed.
