The contents of the individual fractions of glucose oligosaccharides were determined simultaneously by means of reversed-phase HPLC. The sample was dissolved in water and filtered and the filtrate was used directly for the analysis. The sugar was separated on a column of u-Bondapak C18 using water as the mobile phase and determined refractometrically. The method was applicable to the analysis of glucose oligosaccharides from monomeric glucose through polymeric maltooctose. Quantitative results were obtained for glucose, maltose, maltotriose, maltotetrose, maltopentose and maltohexose in the samples prepared in our laboratory. Recovery tests revealed this method reliable.

Objective To explore surgical methods of removing polyacrylamide hydrogel (PAHG) and the right time of repairing the deformity of breast after removing PAHG.Methods We operated with endoscopy to remove PAHG through the lower mammary areolar incision.According to injection influence,we made the dicision whether to put the silicon gel prosthesis (hereafter referred to as prosthesis) simultaneously, and to fix the porsthesis, and to rebuild the imframammary fold of breast using biological repair membrane (hereafter referred to as membrane). Results In all 46 patients,39 patients' injection and their envelope were removed entirely.7 patients left part of the envelope because of its thin and wide characters.14 of them accepted prosthesis augmentation mammaplasty simultaneously and 5 of these accepted membrane repair.4 patients received prosthesis augmentation in stage Ⅱ.All patients' incision were primary healing. The incision scars were not obvious.1 patient with breast cancer suffered breast excision; 1 patient who received prosthesis and membrane simultaneously appeared prosthesis displacement after 3 months and fixed again.1 patient who received membrane appeared hydrops in residual cavity, and the membrane was removed finally. Conclusions This method with endoscopy through mammary areolae is necessary for cleaning PAHG entirely. We can use prosthesis to repair the deformity of breast after removing PAHG,and if necessary use membrane to fix the implant and rebuild the inframammary fold of the breast.

[Objective]To study whether Cervus and Cucumis Polypeptide(CCP ,Lugua polypeptide) can treat osteoporosis or not. [Methods]Forty 4-month-old female SD rats were randomized into four groups(10 in each group) ,including SHAM,0VX, OVX+CCP1 and OVX+CCP2 groups. Male rats in OVX groups take the ovariectomized surgery. Since the 13th week, rats in groups A and B got 0.9% physiological saline injection once in a day, group C was treated with CCP 0.4mL/(kg·d)injection and group D treated with CCP0.8mL/(kg·d) injection once one day. Twelve weeks later, al rats were sacrificed for obtaining specimen. Took right femurs, measured the bone biomechanical properties. [Results ]After 12 weeks since injection, the biomechanical property of right femurs in group OVX was significantly lower than that of the SHAM group( P<0.01); parameters such as maximum load and elastic load in group OVX+CCP1 and OVX+CCP2 were higher than that of group OVX(P<0.05), but lower than that of group SHAM(P<0.05). The distinction of the above parameters was significant( P<0.05)between group OVX+CCP1 and OVX+CCP2. [Conclusion]1.CCP can significantly im-prove the bone internal biomechanical properties in ovariectomized(OVX) rats, so it has function to treat osteoporosis caused by drop in estrogen level. There are differences of bone biomechanical properties aspects when treated with different dosage of CCP, which shows the tendency of dose-dependent effect. So we can conclude that CCP may have dose-dependent effect.

Objective To investigate the risk factors of delayed gastric emptying (DGE) after pancreaticoduodenectomy,in order to provide a theoretical basis for prevention and treatment of this complication. Methods The term DGE was searched in Pubmed,Medline,EMBASE,Cochrane Library,CNKI,Wanfang, and published literatures were collected to determine the risk factors of DGE after pancreaticoduodenectomy. The Review Manager 5.3 software was used in the analysis. Results A total of 52 articles were included. The results of Meta-analysis showed that age and preoperative bilirubin levels did not significantly influence the incidence of DGE.Preoperative cholangitis (OR =3.39,95% CI 1.97 ~ 5.82),hypoalbuminemia (OR =2.53,95% CI 1.59 ~4.02),and intraoperative blood loss of more than 1 L (OR =1.98,95% CI 1.18 ~ 3.33) significantly increased the incidence of DGE.Pyloric resection (RR =2.06,95% CI 1.05 ~4.05),antecolic reconstruction (RR =0.74,95% CI 0.56 ~ 0.99) and Braun enteroenterostomy (OR =0.36,95% CI 0.17 ~0.77) significantly decreased the risk of DGE.When compared with Roux-enY enteroenterostomy,Billroth Ⅱ enteroenterostomy reduced the incidence of clinically relevant DGE (RR =0.30,95 % CI 0.11 ~ 0.79).Postoperative pancreatic fistula (OR =3.84,95 % CI 2.71 ~ 5.44) and intraabdominal infection/abscess (OR =3.95,95% CI 2.87 ~ 5.43) were significantly associated with a high incidence of DGE.Conclusions Hypoalbuminemia, cholangitis, large blood loss, and postoperative abdominal complications were the risk factors of DGE.Pyloric resection, antecolic reconstruction,Billroth Ⅱ enteroenterostomy, and Braun enteroenterostomy significantly reduced the incidence of DGE.Subgroup analysis showed that differences on DGE definition in studies might be an important cause for the heterogeneity in the results of the different studies.
