Objective:To observe efficacy of Weichangshu in treatment of diabetic gastroparesis(DGP).Methods:96 cases of DGP conformed with the criteria were randomly divided into two groups.They were treated by oral administration of Weichangshu and Mosapride respectively for 4 weeks in addition to original treatment program for controlling blood sugar.Changes of clinical symptoms,FBG and P2hBG,gastric antrum-duodenum interdigestive period migrating motion compound wave(MMC)and electrogastrogram(EGG)before and after treatment were investigated.Results:Clinical symptoms were significantly improved in both groups.The markedly effective rate was 62.50% and the total effective rate was 91.67% in the Weichangshu group,and the corresponding index was 60.42% and 89.58% in the Mosapride group.After treatment,MMC significantly improved in both groups,with significant differences in lasting time of phase Ⅱ,and phase Ⅲ,and the contraction amplitude as compared with those before treatment(P

The effect of the trace elements on retinopathy of prematurity (ROP) were studied. Thirty preterm infants who had potential high risk factors of ROP were selected as observation group and 18 normal infants as control groups. By using atom spectrophotometer, the contents of serum trace elements (Mg, Cu, Zn, Mn, Se) were measured and analyzed statistically. The contents of serum Zn, Cu and Se in observation group were 0.75+/-0.22, 0.41+/-0.20 and (134.07+/-71.57)x10(-3) mg/L respectively, and 0.55+/-0.12, 0.65+/-0.194 and (202.92+/-44.71)x10(-3) mg/L in control group respectively (P<0.01). The contents of Cu and Se were obviously lower and that of Zn higher in observation group than those in control group. The same results were obtained between the infants with ROP and controls (P<0.01). However, there was no significant difference in the contents of serum Mg and Mn between two groups (P>0.05). It was concluded that the contents of serum Cu and Se in preterm infants who had high risk factors of ROP were obviously lower than in the controls. The contents of serum Cu and Se in the ROP infants were also much lower while contents of Zn much higher. Attention should be paid to the detection of the trace elements in preterm infants in order to prevent the deficiencies of Cu and Se. Only in this way can we prevent the deficiencies of Cu and Se, so as to decrease the ROP risk factors and prevent the disease.

Abstract: Objective　To explore the value of real-time shear wave elastography in evaluating the severity of liver fibrosis in hepatitis B, and to analyze the factors that affecting its accuracy. Methods　A total of 196 chronic hepatitis B patients, who admitted to the Third Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu Medical College from February 2018 to October 2020, were selected for retrospective analysis. Demographic indicators such as gender, age, body mass index(BMI), and laboratory indicators such as fasting blood glucose, liver function, and blood lipid composition were collected. The patients were detected by real-time shear wave elastography. Taking the pathological test results as the gold standard, the diagnostic value of real-time shear wave elastography in the severity of liver fibrosis in chronic hepatitis B was analyzed, and the comprehensive effect of various factors on the diagnostic accuracy of real-time shear wave elastography was evaluated by Logistic regression analysis. Background Oxidative stress is thought to be responsible to diabetes-complicated cataract.Our previous study demonstrated that as an iron chelator,deferiprone can protect lens from oxidative damage.Objective This further study aimed to investigate the role of deferiprone on the formation of diabetic-complicated cataract.Methods Forty 6-week-old Wistar rats were included in the study and randomized into 4 groups.Eight of them were used as the normal control group.Diabetes mellitus animal models were established in 22 rats by the carbonhydratediet and fat diet and the intraperitoneal injection of 40 mg/kg streptozocin (STZ).The deferiprone of 50 mg and 100 mg were intragastrically given in 8 model rats respectively after 3 days once a day for 8 weeks.The opacification of lenses was examined under the slit lamp weekly after treatment.The animals were sacrificed and the lenses were obtained at the eighth week of deferiprone injection.The concentrations of water-soluble protein ( WSP),urine-soluble protein (USP) and alkali-soluble protein (ASP) in rat lens suspension were detected by Bradford method.The super oxide dimutese (SOD),malondialdehyde (MDA) and glutathione (GSH) were determined spectrometically using xanthine oxidase,thiobarbituric acid,dithio bis-nitrobenzoic acid.Results No evidently differences were found in the content of the WSP,USP and ASP among the these groups( F=1.73,0.18,0.09,P＞0.05).The contents of MDA in 50 mg deferiprone group and 100 mg deferiprone group were ( 1.05 ± 0.10 ) mmol/g and ( 1.05 ± 0.22 ) mmol/g respectively,showing a significant decline in comparison with diabetic model group (P＜0.05).The SOD and GSH contents in lens were (321.29±16.57) U/mg,(322.07±22.16) U/mg and (7.83±0.65 ) mg/g,(7.70±0.77 ) mg/g respectively in 50 mg deferiprone group and 100 mg deferiprone group and were considerably elevated in comparison with ( 298.70± 14.69 ) U/mg and ( 5.47 ± 1.01 ) mg/g of diabetic model groups ( P＜0.05 ).No significant differences were found in the indexes mentioned above between 50 mg and 100 mg deferiprone groups(P＞0.05).Conclusions Deferiprone can reduce oxidative stress and improve the energy metabolism of the lens in diabetic rats.

An organic solvent tolerant isolate A213 originating from soil samples were successfully isolated via direct plating method using 10g/L of toluene as the sole carbon source and transparent cycle plate assay method.It was identified as Yarrowia based on its characteris- tics.The results in shake flask cultivation showed that the suitable tipase producing media were(g/L):yeast extract 40,vegetable oil 10, MgSO_4?7H_2O1,KH_2PO_4 5.Under optimal culture conditions (27℃and pH 6.5 ),the maximal lipase activity could reach 67.8 IU/ mL The optimal pH and temperature for the hydrolysis of p-nitrophenyl acetate by crude lipase were pH6.5 and 40℃The enzyme was sta- ble under 70℃and pH 5.5～8.5.Then isolate A213 was found to produce the lipase which can synthesize L-ascorbyl palmitate in tert-amyl alcohol validated by the thin-layer chromatography.
