There is still evident gap between the humanity education of medical college in China and the foreign country's.We can find the heart of the matter and explore ways of solving the problem,by comparing the present condition of the humanity education of medical college in China and the foreign country's.
2.Non-linear developable model of skeletal muscle
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2004;10(7):442-444
Objective To discussing the methods used in creating non linear developable biomechanical models of skeletal muscle. Methods One of the basic tools of the analytical approach in analytical mechanics, the principle of virtual work for deformable systems, was used to create the model. By means of method of Lagrange multipliers, the problems of constraints, such as the incompressibility of skeletal muscle, were effectively tackled. Results and Conclusion The biomechanical models of skeletal muscle has been developed. The program of this model can be used to obtain nodal displacement coordinates of given nodal coordinates and parameters.

It has widely developing prospects and clinical significances. This article reviewed its technologic principium, its applications in the early diagnosis of cancer and its potential uses.
4.Identification of human papillomavirus in vulvar intraepithelial neoplasia
Chinese Journal of Clinical Laboratory Science 2006;0(06):-
Objective To evaluate the rate and types of human papillomavirus (HPV) in vulvar intraepithelial neoplasia (VIN).Methods We detected HPV DNA in 67 lesion tissues collected from 40 VIN patients with PCR based reverse line blot hybridization and DNA sequencing. The PCR using GP5/GP6 primers in HPV L1 region resulted in a 150-bp fragment. When the PCR did not amplify the target DNA,another PCR using SPF1/SPF2 primers was performed to amplify the 65-bp fragment. Results HPV DNA amplified with primers GP5/GP6 was positive in 52.2% (35/67) of the lesions. Of the 32 negative lesions,26 (81.2%) were positive for HPV DNA amplified with SPF1/SPF2 primers. The total positive rate was 91.0% (61/67). Ninety percent of the HPV belonged to high risk types. Sequencing data showed that the genotypes of 31 mono-infection lesions were the same as those of the reverse line blot results, yet the sequences in 4 multi-infection samples could not be determined. Of the 26 SPF PCR products,24 could be sequenced. 80.6% (25/31) patients with multiple lesions displayed the same genotype, suggesting HPV in the different lesions from the same patient was monoclonal. Conclusion The high risk type of HPV is associated with vulvar intraepithelial neoplasia and may play an important role in the development of invasive vulvar carcinoma.

Chinese Journal of Cancer Biotherapy 1995;0(02):-
The plysical and chemical characteristics of recombinant human GM - CSF (rhGM - CSF) were studied separatly. rhGM - CSF was treated by GdHCl, reduced by DTT, and the disulfide bond was blocked by idoacetamide. The results showed that the samples aren' t homogeneous in UV absorption spectrum and RP-HPLC analysis after treatment by DTT. There was no remarkable differences in the results of the analysis of SDS-PAGE electrophoresis and western blot between treated and untreated rhGM - CSF samples. The effect of GdHCl on GM-CSF was reversible in all above tests; In peptide mapping analysis, the digestion of the samples with blocked disulfide bond by CNBr and protease is more complete than that without any treatment.

Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2015;35(6):635-637
Twenty-nine medical records of acupuncture and moxibustion at the end of volume in Zhenjiu Dacheng are precious clinical examples. The characteristics of selecting acupoints are less and ingenious with precious matching on the basis of syndrome differentiation and examining pathogenesis detailedly, according to meridians with diseases locations recognized clearly, keeping adopting acupoints on regular meridians combined with extra points and making good use of specific points, and attaching importance to acquired essence with protecting spleen and stomach. Valuable experience is provided for physicians of later generations to treat diseases.

Journal of Third Military Medical University 2003;0(19):-
Objective To explore the manifestation and diagnostic value of CT in retinoblastoma. Methods Twentythree cases of retinoblastomas proven by operation and pathologic examination were collected. Their CT images, clinical symptoms and pathologic results were retrospectively analyzed. Results Twentythree patients of retinoblastomas aged from 4 months to 9 years (mean 2.4 years). CT images showed soft tissue mass (shaped as node, crescentshaped or occupied the entire space of the eyeball) was in the globe of all cases. There was calcification in 19 cases (82.6%), including “small pinch” in 12 cases or “patches” in 7 cases. Five cases were found the optic nerve thickened (21.7%), and 1 case of intracranial invasion through the optic nerve canal (1/23), and 6 cases of retina detachment (6/23). The lesion showed mild or moderate enhancement after intravenous contrast medium were performed. Conclusion CT has an advantage on showing the size, shapes, intrastructures and invasive degree of the lesion, and is meaningful to the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of retinoblastoma.

Chinese Journal of Trauma 2003;0(11):-
Objective To identify the cellular distribution of a my elin-associated protein (Nogo-A) in the central nervous system (CNS) of mice a nd explore its possible inhibition on the CNS axon regeneration after spinal cor d injury. Methods Brain, spinal cord, peripheral tissues and w eight-dropping injuried spinal cord from the adult C57BL/6 mice were studied. N ogo-A protein expression was localized immunohistochemically. Chick E12DRG neur ons were cultured and growth cone collapse assessed. Results N ogo-A protein expression detected was mainly in the oligodendrocyte cell body a nd the myelinated axons surrounded by cell processes rather than in the peripher al tissues. After spinal cord injury, Nogo-A was up-regulated at a moderate de gree in the area around the lesion. Chick E12 DRG growth cone collapse rate was as high as 70%, significantly higher than that in the blank control and vector control groups with a significant difference ( P

AIM: To study effects of hypericin associated with light emitting diode irradiation on nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell line of human in vitro. METHODS: CNE-2 cells were exposed respectively to different concentration of hypericin, and compared with hematoporphyrin as positive control group, and incubated for 6 h in the dark, then accumulative radiated energe of yellow and red light irradiation equivalent to 5. 67 J/cm2 were given throughout 90 min, killing effect and apoptosis of CNE-2 cells were detected by MTT assay after incubation of 24 h and flow cytometry. RESULTS: MTT assay showed that cytotoxicity of hypericin and hematoporphyrin with light irradiation presented in dose-dependent way, their IC50 values were 0. 049 and 0. 650 ?g/mL,respectively. Flow cytometry showed that hypericin with light irradiation could block cell growth at S phase and G2 phase, when CNE-2 cells were exposed to hypericin at 0. 20 ?g/mL for 18,28 and 48 h,the apoptosis rate reached at 9. 97% ,72. 19% and 92. 24% . CONCLUSION: Hypericin with light irradiation could obviously inhibit the growth of CNE-2 cells and induce apoptosis.
