Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2017;38(3):145-147
Objective To apply six sigma management method to optimizing flow, enhancing treatment quality, prolonging service life and decreasing purchase cost of the non-coated surgical instrument. Methods The treatment flow of the noncoated surgical instrument was optimized through five steps of six sigma method including defining, measuring, analyzing, improving and controlling. The treatment results before and after flow optimization were compared, analyzed and evaluated. Results The rates for corrosion and rejection were both decreased significantly after flow optimization, while the quality was increased obviously (P<0.05).Conclusion Six sigma management method involved in the treatment of the non-coated surgical instrument saves purchase cost, enhances the efficiency of disinfection supply room and facilitates effective supervision and monitoring.

Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2008;15(2):277-278
Objective To investigate the mental health status and related personality type of psychological clinic adoleScent in general hospital and provide data for psychology treatment and intervention. Methods 219 adolescence consulters in 2006 were tested by symptom checklist(SCL-90) and eysenck personality questionnaire(EPQ).The caseswere separatedthree age groups,A group(16~20 years old),B group(21~25 years old),C group(26~30 years old)and disposed by SPSS 13.0.Results All factor scores of SCL-90 in psychological clinic adolescents were higher than those of youth norm in China(P<0.01).The scores of female consulters were significant higher than those of male in depression(P<0.05).The incident rate of mild mental obstacle(factor score>2)in 3 age groups were significant different. The incidence rate of B and C groups were higher A group(P<0.01).The factor scores were positive associated with P in EPQ and negative associated with L in EPQ.The obsession score of SCL-90 was negative associated with E in EPQ.Conclusions The mental health status of psychological clinic adolescents was not as good as norm adolescents. In psychological consulting and psychological health service, measures in different age and different personality could help build up healthy personality and effectively promote the development of mental health.

Objective: To explore myocardial protection effect of artificial subhibernation therapy on rabbits with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) and its possible mechanism. Methods: A total of 24 rabbits were randomly and equally divided into sham operation group, AMI control group and AMI subhibernation group. Changes of their body temperature, heart rate and respiratory frequency were observed. Serum concentration of creatine kinase isoenzyme (CK-MB) was measured by immunosuppression method, and plasma concentration of norepinephrine (NE) was measured by high performance liquid chromatography-electrochemical method. Percentage of myocardial infarct area in left ventricular area (I/LV) and apoptosis index (AI) were compared between two AMI groups. Results: Compared with control group 4 h after establishment of AMI model, there were significant decrease in body temperature [(37.333±0.427)℃ vs. (34.988±0.488)℃], I/LV [(19.281±1.687)% vs. (16.263±2.275)%] and AI [(36.636±1.671)% vs. (34.521±1.356)%], and concentration of CK-MB [(759.863±64.111)U/L vs. (560.225±65.837)U/L] and NE [(200.475±43.581) ng/ml vs. (143.813±43.383) ng/ml] in subhibernation group, P<0.05,or <0.01, but there were no significant changes in heart rate and respiratory frequency between two groups. Conclusion: Artificial subhibernation therapy possesses significant myocardial protection effect on rabbits with acute myocardial infarction through reducing stress response, inducing low temperature and inhibiting cell apoptosis etc.

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2015;(13):2023-2027
BACKGROUND:After knee joint replacement, patients are often treated with Rivaroxaban and Enoxaparin Sodium for postoperative anticoagulation, avoiding the formation of deep vein thrombosis in lower limbs. OBJECTIVE:To explore the application effects of different anticoagulant drugs in patients with knee joint replacement. METHODS:Ninety patients underwent knee joint replacement in Xiangya Second Hospital of Central South University from July 2011 to July 2014, were randomly divided into two groups, with 45 patients in each group. The experimental group was treated with Rivaroxaban, while the control group was treated with Enoxaparin. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Postoperative drainage volume, total blood transfusion, bleeding index, quantity of blood platelet, activated partial thromboplastin time, thrombin reduction time, whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, D-dimer coagulation index, HSS score at postoperative 2 weeks, average ecchymosis area, average thigh circumference, and average leg circumference were significantly better in the experimental group, than in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of deep vein thrombosis of lower limbs in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Experimental findings indicate that, both Rivaroxaban and Enoxaparin can exert anticoagulation effect during the knee joint replacement, and Rivaroxaban is better.

Journal of Central South University(Medical Sciences) 2011;36(3):203-211
Objective To investigate the role of cyclophilin A (CypA) and CD147 in the process of skin aging. Methods Twenty cases of tissue samples from junior group(<15 years old), middle age group(30-40 years old)or old age group (>65 years old) were collected from photophobic and exposal parts of skin, respectively. Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and in situ hybridization (ISH) were carried out to semi-quantitatively detect the expression level of CyPA and CD147. Results IHC demonstrated that both CyPA and CD147 were expressed in both photophobic and exposal parts of normal human skin in all 3 groups. The expression levels of both CyPA and CD147 were increased with increase in age. There were significant differences in both CyPA and CD147 expression among 3 groups (P<0.05). CyPA and CD147 were also positively correlated in all 3 groups. Similar results were achieved by ISH. Conclusion The interaction between CD147 and CyPA might play an important role in the process of skin aging.

Objective The Children's Revised Impact of Event Scale (CRIES-13) is used for Screening PTSD of children. The reliability and validity of CRIES-13 is good. To research the demarcation points of CRIES-13 (Chinese version) based on the reliability and validity analysis, and to improve the useful value of the scale. Methods In late September 2008, according affected condition, students were choosed who were fit for the research standard as subjects in two middle schools. First, general questionnaire (self-writing) and CRIES-13 were applied to the subjects. Second, according to K-SADS-PL, physician carried out diagnosis meeting and evaluation to 310 students who were classified by stratified rand sampling. Critical point of CRIES-13 was divided by K-SADSPL. The assessment value of it were sensitivity, specificity, veracity, PPV, NPV. The right choice of division was measured by ROC curve. Results When the critical score was higher than 30, the score of Se ( 0. 833 ), Sp(0. 836) and NPV (0.97) was in the high level. Conclusion When the critical score is higher than 30, the scale have a good discrimination for PTSD, non-PTSD and it can be used extensively.
