1.Inhibitory Action of Sarcandra Glabra Injection on the Growth of SGC-7901 Transplantation Tumor in Nude Mice and Its Induction on Apoptosis
China Pharmacy 1991;0(06):-
OBJECTIVE:To study the inhibitory action of Sarcandra glabra injection (ZJF) on tumor growth of SGC-7901 transplantation tumor in nude mice and its induction on apoptosis. METHODS:SGC-7901 transplantation tumor nude mice model was established then the model mice were assigned to blank, positive control,ZJF high-dose and low-dose (3,1.5 g?kg-1) groups. After treatment with ZJF for 14 days, the indexes of thymus and spleen, numbers of peripheral red blood cells, white cells and platelet were measured; the tumor-inhibition rate was computed; the ultrastructure of tumor tissues was observed, and the apoptosis of implanted tumor cells was observed. RESULTS:As compared with blank group,no significant change was noted in the indexes of thymus and spleen and peripheral hemogram. The differences between high-dose ZJF group and low-dose ZJF group were greatly significant in both the inhibition rate of SGC-7901 transplantation tumor (42.8% vs. 39.9%) and the apoptotic rate of tumor tissues [(9.3?0.15)% vs.(8.18?0.08)%].One or more apoptotic bodies formed after medication. CONCLUSION:ZJF can promote the presence of apoptotic body and induce apoptosis thus inhibiting the growth of SGC-7901 transplantation tumor in nude mice; however,it had little impact on the thymus and spleen and peripheral hemogram.
2.Disscussion on Hospital Medical Engineering Discipline Construction and Development
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2003;0(11):-
A prototype of the hospital medical engineering construction and development is introduced. Functions and tasks of medical engineering are described, and its construction and development are also analyzed. Constructive opinions and views are put forward for further discussion. Detailed descriptions of the medical engineering staffing, equipment configurations are also provided. Issues such as the scientific management system and information technology in the building of archives management, technical and operational training, reward and punishment system, and intiatives of staff are focused on. The management level of medical engineering thus has been furtherly improved.
3.Preparation of curcumin liposome and preliminary study on its stability
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1986;0(04):-
Objective:To prepare curcumin liposome and investigate its stability. Methods:Curcumin liposome was prepared by the reversed-phase evaporation method and purified by exclusion chromatography with Sephadex-50.The optimum formation was selected by means of orthogonal design of experiment;Centrifugal acceleration experiment and determination of leakling ration were served to proved the liposome stability. Results:The optimum formula was as follows:the ratio of lecithin to drug was 60∶1;lecithin:cholesterol was 4∶1;pH of PBS was 6.5,ultrasonic time was 5min.The average entrapment efficiency for curcumin was 95.06%.Conclusion:The selected formulation and preparation technique of curcumin liposome is reasonable in prescription, practicable in techniques, high in encapsulation efficiency and good in stability.
4.Development of Medicament-Induction Tumor Therapeutic Apparatus
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2004;0(07):-
Objective To develop a medicament-induction tumor therapeutic apparatus, which is a new method for curing some kinds of tumors(liver cancer, lung cancer, intestinal tract cancer, cancer of the pancreas, etc.) Methods Based on medicament induction theory and combined with iatrology, electronics and computer technologies, microprocessor was utilized to realize data processing and treatment control. Results The medicament-induction tumor therapeutic apparatus was practical. Conclusion This apparatus is controlled by monolithic integrated circuit to induce medicament into human body through electropores and skin pores.
5.Analysis on the network pharmacology of Yinchen-Erchen Decoction in the treatment of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis
International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2021;43(4):376-382
Objective:By adopting network pharmacology to study the mechanism of Yinchen-Erchen Decoction in treating non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH). Methods:TCMSP was used to collect the chemical constituents of Yinchen-Erchen Decoction, and the effective active ingredients were obtained. Then the target of action was speculated. GeneCards database was used to collect the related genes of NASH. The visualized network of drug-target and disease-target was established by the Cytoscape software. After the analysis of key target genes, PPI network map was established to enrich GO and KEGG pathways based on key target proteins. Results:A total of 45 active ingredients and 114 drug target proteins, 463 NASH related genes and 33 drug and disease targets were obtained from the main chemical constituents of Yinchen-Erchen Decoction. The protein interaction network found that IL6, CASP3, MYC may be the key targets of Yinchen-Erchen Decoction in the treatment of NASH. GO and KEGG enrichment analysis identified 34 and 79 signal pathways related to inflammation, cell apoptosis, diabetes, NAFLD, cancer and so on. Conclusions:Yinchen-Erchen Decoction has multi-pathway and multi-target characteristics in treating NASH. It reveals the key targets, biological processes and signal pathways involved, and provide reference and basis for the following study.

International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2015;23(4):301-305
As a special type of subarachnoid hemorrhage, the prognosis of non-aneurysmal perimesencephalic subarachnoid hemorrhage (NAPSAH) is good.In recent years, with the development and popularization of neuroimaging technology, people have gradually deepened the awareness of the disease. This article reviews the progress in the diagnosis and treatment of NAPSAH.
10.All-arthroscopic rotator cuff repair versus mini-open for the treatment of rotator cuff injury:aMeta-analysis
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2016;20(20):3022-3031
BACKGROUND:There are controversies about the efficacy of al-arthroscopic rotator cuff repairversus mini-open for the treatment of rotator cuff injury.
OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the efficacy of al-arthroscopic rotator cuff repairversusmini-open for the treatment of rotator cuff injury by conducting a meta-analysis.
METHODS:A computer-based online search was conducted in PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library and CBM databases from January 1966 to November 2015 to screen the relevant articles usingthe key words of“rotator cuff, arthroscopy, mini-open”. Meta-analysis was performed using Revman5.3 software.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:A total of 11 studies, including 6randomized controled trialsand 5 cohort studies, were selected. The meta-analysis results showed that there were no significant differences in the function and strength of the shoulder joint, pain, motor range, recurrence of rotator cuff avulsion, the incidence rate of ankylosis between both two groups (P> 0.05). These results suggest that the efficacy of al-arthroscopic rotator cuff repair does not differ from those of mini-open for the treatment of rotator cuff injury. However arthroscopic rotator cuff repair induces less soft tissue injury and early incision pain, but better function recovery.
