2.Research progress on role of chemokine receptor CCR3 signaling in allergic airway diseases.
Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2012;26(23):1099-1101
Allergic airway diseases have been identified as chronic inflammatory diseases of respiratory membranes, characterized by infiltration of many inflammatory cells, especially eosinophils. The expression of CCR3 is abundant on the cell surface of eosinophils. Increased accumulation of CCR3-driven inflammatory cells is thought to favor the development of allergy. In this review, we survey the properties of CCR3 and its ligands and highlight the roles of CCR3 signaling in allergic airway diseases.

Polymorphonuclear neutrophil leukocyte (PMN) is an important member of the human immune cells. Recentyears, the recognition of the PMN function and the relationship between PMN and periodontitis have been updated. Besidesthe pathogens killing and phagocytosis, PMN also play an important role in immunoregulation and proresolving. The maintaining of PMN homeostasis is an intricate process and the precondition of defense function, which involves activation, adhesion, recruitment, apoptosis and efferocytosis. The regulatory mechanism of PMN homeostasis called neutrophil rheostat, it works through several cytokines and cells. Any factors that break the homeostasis will result in the damage of host immunity, and may relate to the occurrence of periodontitis. Moreover, PMN dysfunction, because of host factors or microorganism factors, is closely related to periodontitis, especially those associated with systemic diseases and gene defect.

6.Related biomarkers in the diagnosis of prostate cancer.
National Journal of Andrology 2015;21(10):937-940
Prostate cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in the male urinary system as well as the second leading cause of cancer death in men. Prostate specific antigen (PSA) screening is the main method for the early diagnosis of prostate cancer, but has a low specificity for its detection. In recent years, a variety of tumor markers with high sensitivity and specificity have been found. This review focuses on some of the more promising tumor biomarkers such as prostate cancer antigen 3, early prostate cancer antigen, prostate-specific membrane antigen, alpha-methylacyl-CoA racemase, and vascular endothelial growth factor.

7.Effects of Quercetin on Human Umbilical Vein Endothelial Cell Undergoing Endothelial-to-mesenchymal Transition Induced by TGF-β1
Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2017;24(2):65-69
Objective To investigate the effectsof quercetin on human umbilical vein endothelial cell (HUVEC)-12 undergoing endothelial-to-mesenchymal transition (EndMT) induced by TGF-β1; To discuss its mechanism of action. Methods Cell activity of intervening by quercetin with different concentrations and TGF-β1 for 72 h was detected by CCK-8 method;RT-PCR and immunofluorescence staining were used to detect the transition of endothelial and stromal markers; Western blot was used to detect the signal transduction pathway; RT-PCR was performed to detect the transcription factors that play crucial roles in the process of transformation. Results The results of RT-PCR and immunofluorescence double staining showed that TGF-β1 (10 ng/mL) stimulated HUVEC-12 cells for 72 h to induce fibroblast phenotype, showing more interstitial markers and less endothelial markers;Western blot and RT-PCR results showed that quercetin inhibited the phosphorylation of smad2/3 in a concentration-dependent manner; After TGF-β1 stimulation, the downstream transcription factors EndMT of snail1, twist1, twist2, ZEB1, and ZEB2 significantly increased, while 100 μmol/L quercetin could down-regulate the five downstream transcription factors. Conclusion Quercetin has anti-fibrosis effects through inhibiting HUVEC-12 cells undergoing EndMT.

Chinese Journal of Radiology 1994;0(06):-
Objective To investigate the indication, preoperative evaluation, technical tip, prevention and treatment of complications, effect, and clinical use of the embolization of intracranial aneurysms by using GDCs. Methods From July 1998 to February 2000,93 patients with 118 intracranial aneurysms were embolized using GDCs, including 84 ruptured aneurysms (Hunt-Hess grade, Ⅰ 18 cases, Ⅱ 29 cases, Ⅲ 25 cases, Ⅳ 10 cases, Ⅴ 2 cases). 72 patients were treated at emergency, and 48 patients had CTA examination preoperatively. The operations were completed under the DSA monitoring. Continuous lumbar subarachnoid drainage was instituted and standard 3H treatment was given postoperatively. Results Total occlusion was achieved in 104 aneurysms(88 14%), over 90% in 11aneurysms(9.32%), less than 90% in 3 aneurysms(2 54%), with 3 patients (3/93, 3 23%) died in the cohort. One case rebleeded after 1.5 months and was cured by surgical clipping, 2 patients experienced enlargement of the aneurysmal neck and were reembolized. Following-up was performed from 2 to 22 months, 1 had severe disability, 7 had mild neurological deficit symptoms. Conclusion The results of short-term follow-up suggested that embolization of intracranial aneurysms with GDCs be microtraumatic, safe, effective, and reliable. Partial packing may result in continuous enlargement, rupture, and bleeding, while tight coil packing in aneurysms was reliable. The ruptured aneurysms need emergency embolization, and postoperative continuous lumbar subarachnoid drainage can enhance curative effect significantly.

Chinese Journal of Radiology 2000;0(11):-
Objective To report the treatment of intracranial fusiform or wide-necked aneurysms with combined endovascular stenting and Guglielmi detachable coils packing, and to evaluate its indication, technique, outcome, and complications. Methods The coronary stents were implanted across the necks of 5 fusiform aneurysms and 12 wide-necked aneurysms. Microcatheters were introduced into the aneurysmal sac through stent mesh, and GDCs were used to embolize the aneurysms. Results The stents were deployed in 16 cases, and total occlusion was obtained in 13 cases, while more than 90% in 3 cases. One aneurysm was embolized with GDCs alone after the attempt of stenting was failed. All the patients recovered well with patency of the parent arteries. Conclusion Endovascular therapy combined with stent implantation and microcoil placement may be a valid alteration for the treatment of intracranial fusiform or wide-necked aneurysms. Further study was necessary for long-term outcome.
