With the application of monoclonal antibody technology more and more widely, its production technology is becoming more and more perfect. Small molecule monoclonal antibody technology is becoming a hot research topic for people. The application of traditional Chinese medicine small molecule monoclonal antibody technology has been more and more widely, the technology for effective Chinese medicine component knockout provide strong technical support. The preparation of monoclonal antibodies and small molecule knockout technology are reviewed in this paper. The preparation of several steps, such as: in the process of preparation of antigen, hapten carrier coupling, coupling ratio determination and identification of artificial antigen and establishment of animal immunization and hybridoma cell lines of monoclonal antibody, the large-scale preparation; small molecule monoclonal antibody on Immune in affinity chromatography column method is discussed in detail. The author believes that this technology will make the traditional Chinese medicine research on a higher level, and improve the level of internationalization of Chinese medicine research.

OBJECTIVEObserving the effect of phenolic acids from Arnebia euchroma assist mifepristone in anti-early pregnancy of SD rattus norvegicus.
METHODFeed the SD rattus norvegicus with phenolic acids from A. euchroma during the 7 th to 9 th day, and then we observe the restaining rate of pregnancy. At the same time, we determine the progesterone level in blood serum in the ways of radioimmunoassay.
RESULT720 g x kg(-1) enolic aids from A. euchroma can markedly increase the restaining rate of pregnancy (P < 0.05) than that only mifepristone dose (8.0 g x kg(-1)). In addition, the number of everage still bith increase, however, to the pogesterone level in blood serum. It has little effect.
CONCLUSIONThe effect of phenolic acids from A. euchroma assist mifepristone in anti-early pregnancy of SD rattus norvegicus is clear, and it dosen't work in the ways of decreasing the pogesterone level.

Selection and affinities of Cd binding peptides were assayed by phage random dodecapeptide library and affinity chromatography. Two Cd binding peptides were obtained, it was found that the affinities of Cu~ 2+ ,Co~ 2+ ,Zn~ 2+ ,Ni~ 2+ for Cd binding peptides were higher than that of Cd~ 2+ and Cr~ 2+ after detection of the amplified Cd binding peptides displayed phages to different heavy metal-charged resins; the detoxification of E.coli to Ni~ 2+ and Cd~ 2+ was enhanced when infected by Cd binding peptide displayed phages as compared with those of the control. The interaction of Cd binding peptide displayed phages with heavy metals charged resins was also observed under microscope. The work would be of great value and consequences for the study of interaction between heavy metals and proteins(peptides), as well as thedetoxification and bioremediation of heavy metals.

Objective To investigate the optimal scheme about the external loading of resetting tensile stress for clavicular fracture,so as to provide some mechanical references for optimal design of external fixators for clavicular fracture. Methods The shoulder CT scanning data from a volunteer were used to establish the three-dimensional model of human left shoulder by Mimics software. In order to better simulate the actual human shoulder, the ligament tissues were added in the model and the constraints of muscles were considered, and the experimental model for simulation analysis on resetting tensile stress was established.By 3 simulation experiments, the impacts from directions of resetting tensile stress, positions of action points and value ranges were simulated and analyzed, respectively. The resetting tensile stresses obtained from clavicle of the shoulder model under various external loading cases were simulated by orthogonal test methods. Results When the θ (angle between the horizontal plane projection of shoulder force which was loaded by external fixator and the coronal axis) was greater than 45°,clavicle could obtain the resetting tensile stress, which became greater with the angle θ increasing. When η (angle between the sagittal plane projection of shoulder force which was loaded by external fixator and the sagittal axis) was 30°-45°,the resetting tensile stress of clavicle was the maximum. The farther the position on which the loads from external fixator was exerted from the horizontal position of clavicle, the larger the resetting tensile stress of clavicle was. Conclusions The results of orthogonal test show that the optimal resetting tensile stress is produced with parameter combination of θ =65°,η =50°,acting on the center of humerus head of the shoulder.

A in vitro platelet aggregation bioassay was developed for the quality control of XST capsules. The in vitro anti-platelet aggregation effect in rats was observed to detect the bioactivity of XST capsules. Panax notoginseng saponins and Xuesaitong lyophilizedpowder for injection were taken as standard control substances to determine the potency. According to the results, XST capsules showeda significant inhibitory effect on thrombin-induced platelet aggregation in a dose-dependent manner. The in vitro anti-platelet activity oflyophilized powder for injection was stabler than that of Panax notoginseng saponins, and so suitable to serve as a standard control substance. The biological potency of XST capsules compared with standard control substance was detected by using parallel line assay. According to the results, the established bioassay method had a good repeatability (RSD 2.92%). The sample test results could pass thereliability test(linear deviation P > 0.05, parallel deviation P > 0.05). This bioassay method could be used as one of the complementary quality control methods for XST capsules.

10.Effect of microwave thermocoagulation on oral benign tumor.
West China Journal of Stomatology 2004;22(1):49-51
OBJECTIVEThe purpose of this article was to observe the effect of by microwave thermocoagulation on oral benign tumor and to provide theoretical basis for clinic treatment of oral benign tumor.
METHODS165 patients with oral benign tumor were included. There were 83 patients with oral bursa cyst, 42 patients with hemangioma, 19 patients with papilloma, 14 patients with fibrous hyperplasia and 7 patients with epulis. All the patients were treated by WB-100 microwave thermocoagulation.
RESULTS144 patients were effective after the first treatment and 21 patients were effective after the second treatments. No side effect and reoccurrence were found after 3 years.
CONCLUSIONMicrowave thermocoagulation is an effective and safe method in clinic treatment of oral benign tumor.
