0.05). CONCLUSION:3M Ketac Molar ultrahard glass ionomer cement is a good substitute for silver amalgam as the filling material for dental cavities, for not only can it repair dental facial defects, but also make teeth good-looking and prevent dental caries.
2.Surgical treatment choice of hepatolithiasis and its curative effect
Journal of Regional Anatomy and Operative Surgery 2014;(1):72-73
Objective To analyze the surgical treatment choice of hepatolithiasis and its curative effect. Methods The clinical data of 120 patients with hepatolithiasis admitted in our hospital were randomly selected and retrospectively analyzed. 43 cases were undergone cho-ledocholithotomy, 37 cases were given merotomy of live, 31 cases were given hepatic duct plasty and choledochojejunostomy, and 9 cases were performed fiber choledochoscope lithotomy. Results All the 120 cases were followed-up from 1 year to 10 years. The postoperative re-sidual stone rate, good rate, and occurrence rate of complications were respectively:42. 23%, 78. 69%, 9. 23% in group of choledocho-lithotomy;8. 05%, 95. 93%, 18. 09% in group of merotomy of live;13. 33%, 87. 33%, 21. 32% in group of hepatic duct plasty and cho-ledochojejunostomy;31. 98%, 78. 04%, 15. 69% in group of fiber choledochoscope lithotomy. The total residual stone rate was 24. 17%, the total good rate was 85. 83%, and the occurrence rate of complications was 15. 83%. Conclusion Choose the suitable operation method according to medical history of patients is the the key to reduce the residual stone rate and the occurrence rate of complications, thus elevating therapeutic efficacy of hepatolithiasis.
3.GANODERMA SPORES REDUCING THE OCCURRENCE OF EMBRYONIC NEURAL TUBE DEFECTS INDUCED BY RETINOIC ACID IN PREGNANT MICE
Acta Anatomica Sinica 1954;0(02):-
Objective To explore whether ganoderma spores could help the neural epithelial cell of embryonic neural tube stagnated by retinoic acid in G-0/G-1 phase reenter the cell cycle, keep on proliferating and differentiating, and could reduce the occurrence of neural tube defects(NTDs). Methods When E7.75d,mice of the control group and the ganoderma spores group were given intragastrically onetime retinoic acid all-trans.Then the ganoderma spores solution was given intragastrically to the ganoderma spores group. At E10.5d,The embryos of the two groups were taken out and the ratio of NTDs was counted respectively Immunofluorescence histochemistry and flow cytometry were applied to examine the expression of nestin, and DNA quantity staining and RT-PCR to detect the mRNA transcriptions of Cdk2 and Cdk4. Results The radio of NTDs in the ganoderma spores group was lower than that in the control group remarkably, but the level of nestin was higher. With the neural tube cell cycles compared the cell radio of G-0/G-1 phase in the control group was higher than that in the ganoderma spores group, while the ratio in the S phase in the control group,it was lower than that of the normal embryos in the ganoderma spores group. The neural epithelial cell of embryonic neural tube in the ganoderma spores group could transcript Cdk4 mRNA normally, with a low transcription rate in the control group. Conclusion Ganoderma spores can reduce the occurrence of embryonic NTDs induced by retinoic acid in pregnant mice.
4.Study on the Professionalism Mode for Qualified Person
China Pharmacist 2017;20(3):531-533
The professionalism view of qualified person and some reasonable proposals for the promotion of the professionalism are put forward. The necessity of the professionalization of qualified person and the effective measures of perfecting the professionalization are studied by the comparative analysis between home and abroad combined with the game model analysis. Under the current national conditions, qualified person are repositioned, and after learning the advanced experience of the EU, the registration system is strictly carried out, which can promote the professionalism of qualified person and make relevant measures in order to restrict the behavior of qualified person.
5.An observation of clinical effects of soaking therapy with traditional Chinese medicine on athlete's foot
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2002;8(8):496-497
Objective To observe effects of soaking therapy with traditional Chinese medicine on athlete's foot. Methods346 cases of the treatment group (175 cases of erosive type and 171 cases of bullous type) were treated with soaking therapy by traditional Chinese medicine and 335 cases of the control group (170 cases of erosive type and 165 cases of bullous type) were treated with 3% Clotrimazolum ointment. Effects of two groups were compared. Results Effect of the treatment group was obviously more superior to that of the control group (P<0.0001). ConclusionsIt shows easy and effective that patients with athlete's foot were treated by soaking therapy with traditional Chinese medicine.

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2006;0(23):-
Integrin is a kind of crucial adhesive molecule on the membrane, and it exerts its function through activating its intra-cellular effectors. One of the most important effectors is integrin-linked kinase (ILK),which is a serine/threonine protein kinase located in focal adhesions and has a key position in transducing many of the biochemical signals. It plays an important roles in regulating fundamental processes such as cell-matrix interactions, growth, proliferation, survival, differentiation, migration, invasion and angiogenesis under both physilogical and pathological processes.
10. Real-time quantitative RT-PCR in measuring Siglec-1 gene expression levels in peripheral blood mononuclear cells of patients with coronary heart disease
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 2010;29(11):1307-1310
Objective: To establish a real-time quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) method for examining the expression of sialic acid-binding immunoglobulin-like lectin-one (Siglec-1)gene in the peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD),so as to explore the relationship between Siglec-1 mRNA expression and the development/progression of CHD. Methods: Based on the fluorescent SYBR Green method, a real-time quantitative RT-PCR was set up. The expression of Siglec-1 gene in the PBMCs of 57 patients with CHD and 38 healthy controls were measured by ABI PRISM 7000 Sequence Detection Systems. The blood lipid levels were determined in all the subjects by routine biochemical examination. Results: The mean Siglec-1 mRNA copy was significantly higher in the CHD group than that in the healthy control group (mean 3.23 folds, ranging 1.28-8.11 folds, P < 0.01). The expression in the acute myocardial infarction group, stable angina and unstable angina group were 3.32(1.38-7.97),2.56(0.88-7.42),and 3.35(1.25-8.96) folds that of the control group, respectively. No significant difference was observed in the normalized Siglec-1 mRNA copy number between CHD group with normal level of serum lipids and abnormal level of serum lipids. Conclusion: A real-time quantitative RT-PCR method for detecting the expression of Siglec-1 gene in PBMCs has been successfully established. The expression of Siglec-1 is dramatically increased in PBMCs in CHD patients.
