Objective To analyze the clinical profiles of lupus mesenteric vasculitis (LMV).Methods Thirty-six SLE patients diagnosed with LMV and 72 SLE patients (1:2) without LMV at West China Hospital between October 2009 and January 2012 were enrolled.The imaging,clinical manifestation,laboratory examinations data were analyzed retrospectively.Quantitative differences were analyzed by the Student's t and Z tests and qualitative data were compared with Chi-square.P value less than 0.05 was considered as statistically significant.Results ① The prevalence of LMV in patients with SLE was 1.2％(36/3 051),while 47％(17/36) as the initial symptom of SLE.Thirty-six LMV patients were all female.The prevalence of abdominal pain was 78％(28/36),nausea or vomitting was 58％(21/36),abdominal distension was 50％(18/36),diarrhea was 47.2％ (17/36),intestinal perforation was 3％ (1/36) and incomplete obstruction was 8％ (3/36).Enhanced CT scan showed 81％(25/31) patients suffered from intestinal dilation and (or) mesenteric edema;SLEDAI (17±5),C3 (0.44±0.25) g/L,C4 (0.10±0.09) g/L,Z value on above items were 4.30,-3.85 and-2.94 respectively compared to SLE patients without LMV,and all P＜0.05,the differemces were significant.In addition,Also,the proportion of ANA and anti-ENA antibody showed no significant difference.68.6％(13/36) patients were also diagnosed with lupus nephritis;61％(22/36) patients were treated with methylprednisolone more than 200 mg/d resulting in relief of symptom.Conclusion Female patients with SLE may be more likely to suffer from LMV;Enhanced abdominal CT scan is still essential to the diagnosis of LMV.LMV is correlated with urinary system malfunction.LMV always occurs in active lupus with low C3 and C4 level.More than half patients should be treated with corticosteroid and cyclophosphamide pulse therapy.

Clinical records of a patient with olfactory neuroblastoma presented with hyponatremia as initial symptoms were analyzed and the literatures were reviewed. At initial onset, the patient presented with hyponatremia. After pathological examination, the diagnosis was olfactory neuroblastoma. The blood sodium has been normal after operation and radiotherapy. The incidence rate of olfactory neuroblastoma is low, and it is easily misdiagnosed. Its diagnosis relies on pathological examination. We should pay more attention to the unspecific symptoms of patients with hyponatremia, which can help to improve early diagnosis and the prognosis.

OBJECTIVETo discuss the curative effect of traditional treatment and combination therapy for senile hip fracture.

METHODSUsing prospective methods to choose 300 cases of elderly patients with hip fractures from February 2011 to December 2012, which were randomly divided into comprehensive treatment group and conventional treatment group. After screening, 148 case were in comprehensive treatment group,including 62 males and 86 females with an average age of (78.76 +/- 7.32) years old ranging from 60 to 88; 45 cases were intertrochanteric fracture of femur, 103 cases were fracture of neck of femur; Singh index > or = IV in 74 cases, < IV in 74 cases;preoperative Harris score was 39.90 +/- 2.28. There were 146 cases in conventional treatment group,including 60 males and 86 females with an average age of (80.00 +/- 7.06) years old ranging from 66 to 96; 50 cases were intertrochanteric fracture of femur, 96 cases were fracture of neck of femur; Singh index > or = IV in 75 cases, < IV in 71 cases; preoperative Harris score was 40.10 +/- 2.81. Preoperative general situation,leaving bed time and hospital stay, the incidence of postoperative 12 weeks Singh index > or = IV and DPD/Cr value, Harris score at 12 months after operation and the incidence of fracture again of two groups were observed and compared.

RESULTSIn comprehensive treatment group 140 patients were followed up for 12 to 18 months with an anverage of 14.80 +/- 1.85. In conventional treatment group 132 patients were followed up for 12 to 14 months with an average of 12.75 +/- 0.79. There were no significant differences in age, gender, the classification of fracture, preoperative Harris hip score, preoperative Singh index > or = IV level and DPD/Cr value between the two groups (P > 0.05). Comprehensive treatment group had shorter leaving bed time and hospital stay, smaller postoperative 12 weeks DPD/Cr value and higher postoperative Harris score, higher incidence of postoperative 12 weeks Singh index > or = IV level, lower incidence of fracture again than conventional treatment group, there was statistically significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05).

CONCLUSIONFor the anti-osteoporosis effect, the comprehensive treatment group has more advantage than traditional treatment group in elderly hip fracture, which can further improve the elderly hip fracture treatment and provide the reference of evidence-based medicine cooperate with rehabilitation department.

Objective This article is to discuss the best injection time after alcohol disinfection during the prophylactic immunization,provide theoretical support to guarantee the effect of disinfection in practical work,also guarantee the effect of vaccination especially for the vaccination of attenuated live vaccine at the same time reduce the side effect in disinfection.Methods Choosing the vaccination objects as experimental subject,each period contained 40 people,who were named as group A,B,C,D,E,with a total of 200 people.Using sterile cotton swab sampling and agar plate cultivation method,counting bacteria.Selecting vaccine either in liquid or in lyophilized form,counting the time of picking up the vaccine,dissolving it,suction and preparing the injector.Results After alcohol disinfection,there was 1 person and 1 colony growth in group A within 25 s.There were 1 person and 4 colonies growth in group B within 40 s.There were 3 persons and 3 to 12 colonies growth in group C within 60 s,there were 5 persons and 2 to 8 colonies growth in group D within 80 s,there were 8 persons and 3 to 13 colonies growth in group E within 100 s.The difference between group A,B,C and D was not statistically significant.All four groups mentioned above had significant difference compared with group E.The time of whole process for vaccine either in liquid or in lyophilized form was 1.05 min and 29 s.Conclusions During vaccine injection,especially injectable attenuated live vaccine,it is safe time to finish injecting within 25 to 45 seconds.In the operating process of vaccine inoculation,the freeting and drying dosage-form vaccine,the operation sequence must be set as dissolve the seedlings,disinfection,checkup information again and injections.For water dosage-form vaccine,the operation sequence is to disinfection,pulling out seedlings,checkup information again and injections.

Objective To examine the levels of fractional exhaled nitric oxide in bronchial asthma and the cor-relation between fractional exhaled nitric oxide and pulmonary function tests as well as the value of pulmonary function tests in curing the children with bronchial asthma. Methods Seventy - two asthmatic children came from Guiyang Ma-ternal and Child Health Hospital were studied. They were divided into 2 groups:mild - to - moderate asthma group(36 cases)and serious asthma group(36 cases). Fractional exhaled nitric oxide level and the lung function were measured and the correlation analysis was analyzed by SPSS 13. 0 software. Results The fractional exhaled nitric oxide concen-tration of the serious asthma group was significantly higher than that of the mild - to - moderate asthma group[(47 ± 26)ppb vs(29 ± 15)ppb,t = 3. 543,P ﹤ 0. 01],1 - second rate,maximum mid - expiratory flow(MMEF),and peak expiratory flow(PEF)in mild - to - moderate asthma group were significantly higher than those in serious asthma group[(99. 74 ± 9. 81)% vs(87. 17 ± 13. 30)% ,(87. 12 ± 35. 61)% vs(68. 90 ± 30. 88)% ,(99. 97 ± 10. 83)% vs (94. 31 ± 17. 69)% ](P ﹤ 0. 01,0. 05,0. 05). Abstract: Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of pulmonary tuberculosis (PTB) in Ankang City from 2011 to 2021, so as to provide a scientific basis for the formulation of PTB prevention and control strategy. Methods Descriptive statistics were used to analyze the epidemiological characteristics of PTB in Ankang City from 2011 to 2021, and a time series model was established to quantitatively predict the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis in 2023. Results The incidence rate in Ankang City showed a significant upward trend from 2011 to 2017, and a more obvious downward trend in 2017-2021 (P<0.05), and the decrease rate in 2021 was 40.36% compared with that in 2017. The proportion of etiological positivity increased from 12.5% in 2014 to over 50.00% after 2019. The incidence season was mainly concentrated in the first quarter, accounting for 28.39% of the annual incidence. High incidence areas were concentrated in the south of Ankang: Langao County, Ziyang County and Zhenping County, with 128.32/100 000, 117.07/100 000 and 110.44/100 000, respectively. Low incidence areas were located in the north of Ankang: Ningshan County, with 60.62/100 000. Farmers and students were the high incidence groups, accounting for 81.80% and 4.97% of the total cases respectively. The incidence of young children was relatively low, but cases were reported every year. The incidence rate of male was 2.39 times that of female. The age of onset increased significantly from 15 years old, and the peak incidence was in the age group of 60-<80 years old, followed by the age group of 45-<60 years old, the average annual incidence was 136.44/100 000 and 104.47/100 000, respectively. The model ARIMA(0,1,1)(0,1,1)12 predicted that the incidence of the disease generally increased from October 2022 to March 2023, then steadily decreased, and increased again in December. Conclusions The incidence of tuberculosis varies in different areas of Ankang City, and males, farmers, students and the elderly are all factors of high incidence of tuberculosis. Therefore, different prevention and control strategies should be adopted according to the characteristics of population in different areas. The number of cases in Ankang City in 2023 showed an overall downward trend, which can provide a reference for the prevention and control of PTB.

AIM: To analyze the results of phacovitrectomy with internal limiting membrane(ILM) peeling to treat foveoschisis in ultra-high myopia.METHODS: Totally 32 eyes of 32 ultra-high myopia patients with foveoschisis were selected retrospectively.The preoperative refractive errors ranged from-12.00D to-20.00D with the mean of-15.78±2.16D.The best corrected visiual acuity(BCVA) were converted to LogMAR acuity, and the average BCVA was 4.1±0.4.Conventional phacovitrectomy with ILM peeling by ICG dying were performed.Gas tamponade were performed to end the operation.The BCVA and the foveoschisis cavity were observed by 1-9mo after the surgery, with the mean of 4.5mo.RESULTS: The foveoschisis cavity of 30 eyes were healed with BCVA increased and visual distortion alleviated distinctly (94%)(t=-7.91, P<0.05).CONCLUSION: Phacovitrectomy with ILM peeling is useful in treating foveoschisis in ultra-high myopia with visual function preserving.
