1.“Four Methods for Blood Diseases”Applied in Blood Stasis in Chronic Nephrosis
Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2015;(2):125-127
Objective] To discuss the treatment of blood stasis in chronic nephrosis. [Method] With deep study on Tang Rongchuang ’s“four methods for blood diseases”, by combining with author’s clinical practice, it studies the application of it in stasis of chronic nephrosis. [Result] Blood stasis is one of basic pathogenesis and syndromes;hemostasis is the first method for bleeding, paying attention to micro-differentiation of signs of stasis, avoiding the later troubles by removing stasis to activate blood circulation, pointing to the causa morbi, tranquilizing blood to prevent over-active blood, finally tonifying blood to support the essence for good result. [Conclusion] The blood stasis runs through the chronic nephrosis; to smartly apply the “four methods for blood diseases”can be the aim of the simultaneous treatment of principal and subordinate symptoms and radically reforming, worth clinical application.

3.A study on visual P300 evoked by facial expression stimulus in social anxiety disorder
Chinese Journal of Behavioral Medicine and Brain Science 2010;19(11):972-974
Objective To explore the changing indications of visual P300 evoked by facial expression stimulus in social anxiety disorder (SAD). Methods 30 patients with SAD were consecutively recruited, and matched with 30 normal controls (NC). They were evaluated by self-designed demographic questionnaire and Liebowitz Social Anxiety Scale (LSAS), Meanwhile the examination of the visual P300 evoked by five facial expression stimulus included sad, happy, surprise, angry and disgust was administrated to SAD patients and normal controls. Results Compared with NC group, SAD group had higher target P2 amplitudes ( ( 3.73 ± 3.06 ) μV )and higher target P3 amplitudes( ( 9.43 ± 4.01 ) μV ) evoked by angry facial expression (P< 0.05 ) and higher target P3 amplitudes( (9.57 ±4.42) μV) evoked by disgust facial expression (P<0.05). The scores of LSAS in SAD was positively correlated with target P2 amplitudes (P<0.05). Conclusion SAD group has abnormal changing indications of visual P300 evoked by facial expression stimulus.
4.Report on the application of high through-out technologies in lymphoma in the 54th ASH annual meeting
Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2013;22(1):19-20
Since the human gene code had been broken, the high through-out technologies based on genome-wide analysis have been well developed and extensively applied in cancers, which brought the innovation for the discovery of the pathogenesis and targeted drugs development of the cancer. After the successful application of these technologies in lymphomas, for example, gene expression profile in the diffuse large B cell lymphoma and next-generation sequencing technologies in hairy cell leukemia and Waldentr(o)m's macroglobulinemia, more and more researchers have tried to applied kinds of high through-out technologies in lymphomas, expecting to make improvements for the pathogenesis and prognosis of lymphomas. Many of the results had been reported in the 54th ASH annual meeting.

Objective To investigate the effects of direct hemoperfusion with polymixin B-immobilized fiber (DHP-PMX) in patients with sepsis. Methods We searched Pubmed, Embase, Web of Science databases and identified relevant randomized controlled trials (RCT) from January 1995 to May 2010. Meta-analysis of DHP-PMX on mortality and levels of endotoxin in patients with sepsis were conducted using the methods recommended by the Cochrane Collaboration. Results Eleven RCTs were included.Eight of them included the mortality of patients (sample size: 211 DHP-PMX and 178 conventional medical therapy). In total, the mortalities of patients with sepsis in DHP-PMX group and conventional group were 37.4% (79/211) and 68.5% (122/178) respectively. Compared with the conventional medical therapy,DHP-PMX appeared to significantly reduce mortality ( OR =0.24,95% CI 0.16-0.38 ,P <0.000 01 ). The results were similar when two RCTs enrolling patients with methicillin resistant staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) infections were excluded( OR =0. 27,95% CI 0. 17-0. 45, P <0. 000 01 ). When the analysis was limited to the nine studies that reported 28- to 30-day mortality, results were unchanged( OR =0. 29,95% CI 0.17-0.48 ,P <0.000 01 ). Six RCTs had the available data of endotoxin. The level of endotoxin decreased 31 ng/L(95% CI 22.46-39.55 ) after DHP-PMX therapy, and the decreasing was statistically significant (P<0. 000 01 ) ,while the level of endotoxin in patients of conventional group did not change (P =0.94).Conclusions This study suggests a favorable effects of DHP-PMX on mortality and endotoxin decreasing in patients with sepsis. However, lack of enough cases and blinding need to be considered. Further investigation with large sample of high quality RCTs is needed.

Urine provides an alternative to blood plasma as a potential source of disease biomarkers. Exosomes was separated by ultracentrifuge at 200000 g in normal persons and non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients′ urine. For proteomic analysis of urinary exosome, 1D sodium dodecylsulfonate-polyacrylate gel electrophoresis(SDS-PAGE) was carries out and cut the gel 31 kDa-20 kDa bands in normal group and disease group′s. These gel blocks were subjected to in-gel trypsinization, and the extracted peptides were analyzed HPLC-CHIP-MS/MS. Approximately 24 unique proteins were identified in the UniProtKB/SWISS-PORT. The difference expression proteins were found in urinary exosome from NSCLC patients, including three fragment of the immunoglobulin kappa, two kinds of Ras related proteins, glutathione S-transferase A2, serum amyloid P-component precursor and phosphatidylethanolamine-binding protein 1.

Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2012;11(3):313-315
Simulated teaching method is a necessary complement to theoretical teaching of health law, which meets the practical-oriented reform need and cultivates students with the literacy as a legal professional. The teaching method demands more requirements on teachers, students, teaching materials, organizational management, and more attention on contextual design, preparation details, implementation activities and evaluation of teaching.
