Primary hypophysitis includes 3 subtypes:lymphocytic,granulomatous and xanthomatous hypophysitis. The primary hypophysitis has a low morbidity and the final diagnosis is mostly determined based on the pathological findings after operation.Now it is considered as an organ specific autoimmune disease.Its clinical manifestations and imaging features are similar to hypophyseal tumor,but the endocrine and pathologic features are different.Glucocortieoid pulse therapy and surgery are the two methods of treatment.

OBJECTIVE: To study the oral absorption of paclitaxel-loaded mixed micelles made of D-α-tocopherol polyethylene glycol 1000 succinate(TPGS) and sodium cholate(NaC) in rats. METHODS: Paclitaxel-loaded mixed micelles were prepared by film dispersion method. The Zeta potential and diameter distribution of TPGS/NaC mixed micelles were measured using laser size scattering determinator. The morphology of micelles was observed by transmission electron microscope. Dialysis method was used to evaluate the release behavior of drug-loaded micelles in vitro. The absorption kinetics was obtained by in situ perfusion method in rats. RESULTS: Most of the mixed micelles were spherical with an average diameter of 24.2 nm and the Zeta potential was -7.84 mV. Compared to the bulk drug, the apparent absorption rate constant (Ka)of paclitaxel-loaded mixed micelles was increased significantly. CONCLUSION: TPGS/NaC mixed micelles can improve the oral absorption of paclitaxel and increase its oral bioavailability.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of erlotinib on advanced NSCLC, and observe its adverse events. Methods An open labeled, expanded access program (EAP) was conducted on 19 pathologically confirmed advanced NSCLC patients who had received at least one regimen chemotherapy.Erlotinib (150 mg) was orally administered daily till disease progression or intolerable adverse events developed.The efficacy was evaluated according to RECIST criteria; the adverse events were evaluated according to NCI criteria.Results In 19 patients, the objective response rate was 21.1% (4/19), and the disease control rate was 84.2 % (16/19); the median progression-free survival time was 7.5 months (3-36 months), and the median survival time was 15.9 months (9-39 months).Adverse events were generally mild (grade Ⅰ or Ⅱ ), including skin rash (84.2 %) and diarrhea (57.9 %). One (5.3 %) patient developed grade Ⅲ elevation of serum glutamate pyruvate transaminase.No grade Ⅳ drug-related adverse event occurred.Conclusion Erlotinib is effective and safe for locally advanced or metastatic NSCLC patients who have failed previous chemotherapy.

ObjectiveTo explore the characteristic and difference of the executive function of the premeditated group and attack group of male juvenile delinquents by the Stroop test.Methods 123 male juvenile delinquents and 128 normal controls were examined by a general information questionnaire,the Stroop test of the Chinese version and impulsive premeditated aggression scale (IPAS).SPSS17.0 statistical software used to analysis the survey results.Results ( 1 ) By Stroop test the premeditated group and impulsive group of juvenile delinquents was found that correct number of test 3( 109.97 ± 1.87),errors number of test 4(4.45 ±4.84),amend number of test 1 and test 4 ( 1.18 ± 1.50 ; 1.50 ± 1.59 ),and completion time of test 4 ( 143.74 ± 28.36) had statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05 ),the others had no significant difference between the two groups.(2) The premeditated group of juvenile delinquents and normal adolescents in Stroop test comparison was statistically significant in completion time of test 1,test 2 (56.49 ± 14.90 ;88.31 ± 20.02)(P ＜ 0.05 ).The impulse group of the juvenile delinquents and normal adolescents was statistically significant in the correct number of test 2 to test 4( 107.20 ± 3.39 ; 109.97± 1.87 ; 102.47 ± 5.62 ),errors number of test 2 ( 1.86 ± 2.27 ),amends number of test 3 ( 1.50 ± 1.59 ),and completion time of test 1 to test 4 (59.96 ± 11.08 ;92.03 ± 20.87 ;62.77 ± 12.31 ; 143.74 ± 28.36) (P ＜ 0.05 ).The others of two groups were no significant difference.ConclusionIt is found that juvenile delinquents exist defects of executive function,and perform functional defects in the attack group of juvenile delinquents is more obviously.

The brain -derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF)plays an important role in the development and function of the nervous system.BDNF controls the neuronal survival,differentiation,growth of dendrites and axons,for-mation of synapse,neuronal plasticity and the basic process of learning and memory through a variety of ways,the dys-regulation of which is probably the important molecular mechanism responsible for the onset of autism spectrum disor-der.The research advance on preclinical research and clinical research between BDNF and autism spectrum disorder is reviewed in this paper.

Objective To study the advantage of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) in diagnosis of complications following liver transplantation.Methods The MRI appearances were analyzed retrospectively in seventy-eight patients with postoperative complications after liver transplantation which was confirmed by operation,hepatic biopsy,angiography and cholangiography.Results The symptoms of skin and sclera jaundice,fever and belly pain were found in sixty-four patients.Liver function was abnormal in laboratory tests.Fourteen were non-symptom with normal liver function.By analyzing the MRI images,the results were found including hepatic portal vein anastomosis stenosis(n=21),hepatic arterial anastomosis stenosis(n=10),inferior vena cava anastomosis stenosis(n=1),bile duct anastomosis stenosis(n=15),bile duct non-anastomosis stenosis(n=5),transplant rejection(n=17),hepatic carcinoma recurrence(n=9).Conclusion MRI can be revealed hepatic vessels and bile ducts stenosis and dilations;it's the best device in diagnosis of complications after liver transplantation.
