To design the lecture introduction of the sketch of RPD in prosthodontics by the following ways: such as textbooks, teaching aim, the key and difficulty points in teaching, the arrangement of the lecture, the preparation of teaching aids, learning, teaching methods process, preparation, situation creation, leading-in of new lessons, discussion, impartment and points, case demonstration, display of blackboard-writing, summary and conclusion as well.

Objective To evaluate the value of using fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH)technique for the detection of chromosome aberration of urine exfoliated cells for the diagnosis of bladder tumor.MethodsFISH technique were used to detect the abnormalities of chromosome 3,7,17 and 9p16 site from 20 normal people, and to establish the threshold.The morning's first urinations were available from 75 patients with bladder cancer and 25 patients without urothelial tumor, then were detected using FISH technique and urine cytology respectively.The sample was considered positive if two or more probes results higher than the criteria,or one probe has two or more abnormal results.Results The sensitivity of single using were 73.3％ (55/75),76.0％ (57/75),62.7％ (47/75) and 62.7％ (47/75) for the 4 probes (3,7, 17 and 9p16)respectively.The sensitivity of combined detection was 85.3％ (64/75) and specificity was 96.0％ (24/25) The sensitivity and specificity of urine cytology examination was 9.3％ (7/75) and 100％ (25/25) .The sensitivity of FISH examination was significantly higher than that of urine cytology examination (85.3％ vs 9.3％ ,x2 = 57.00, P ＜ 0.001) .Sensitivity of FISH examination was not correlated with cancer pathologic grading(low vs high : 84.2％ vs 86.5％, x2 = 0.08, P ＞ 0.05)and clinical stage (ta-tl : 82.9％, t2-t4 :87.5％, x2 = 0.32 ,P ＞ 0.05) .ConclusionFISH technique is a non-invasive and effective method for the early diagnosis of bladder tumor and is more sensitive than urine cytology.Furthermore, FISH technique can be used to predict the tumor's biological behavivor and prognosis.

OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for determining the content of Ornidazole gel by first-order derivative spectrophotometry.METHODS:The first-order derivative spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of Ornidazole gel at a wavelength of 259nm and 299nm.RESULTS:The linear range of Ornidazole was 4.01～44.1?g?mL-1.The average recovery was 101.6%,with RSD of 1.3%.CONCLUSIONS:This method can meet the requirements for quality control of Ornidazole gel both in terms of precision and accuracy.

Objective To investigate the effects of mitochondrial division inhibitor 1 (mdivi-1) in rats after cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and its mechanism.Methods Fifty Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats were randomly (random number table) divided into sham group (n =8),cardiac arrest (CA) model group (n =14),dimethyl sulfoxide post-treatment control group (DMSO group,n =14),and mdivi-1 post-treatment group (mdivi-1 group,n =14).Asphyxial CA was reproduced in animals,and they were resuscitated by CPR.In the mdivi-1 group or DMSO group,the animals were given mdivi-1 (1.2 mg/kg) or DMSO (0.1％) intravenously after restoration of spontaneous circulation (ROSC).The neurological functions were assessed using neurological deficit score (NDS) determined at 24,48 and 72 hours after CPR.The brain tissues were harvested at 72 hours after CPR.The histopathologic changes were assessed by hematoxylin and eosin (HE) staining,and the normal neuron was counted.The neuronal apoptosis was assessed with terminal dexynucleotidyl transferase-mediated dUTP nick end labeling (TUNEL) staining,and the expressions of cytochrome C (Cyt-C) protein in mitochondria and cytoplasm from hippocampus were determined by Western Blot.Results NDS in all experiment groups was gradually increased after CPR,and they were significantly lower than thoseo.f the sham group at 24,48,and 72 hours (51.5±3.7 vs.80.0±0.0,59.3±3.6 vs.80.0±0.0,66.7±2.6 vs.80.0±0.0,all P ＜ 0.05).The number of normal pyramidal neurons in the hippocampal CA1 region was markedly reduced (cells/HP:4.4± 1.1 vs.23.1 ± 4.0,P ＜ 0,05),the apoptotic index was significantly increased [(86.9 ± 6.9)％ vs.(3.4 ± 0.8)％,P ＜ 0.05],the expressions of Cyt-C in mitochondria were significantly decreased (A value:0.46±0.18 vs.1.00±0.00,P ＜ 0.05),and the expressions of Cyt-C in cytoplasm were significantly up-regulated (A value:6.65±0.21 vs.1.00±0.00,P ＜ 0.05).Compared with the CA group,NDS at 24 hours and 48 hours in mdivi-1 group was slightly increased (55.2 ± 3.3 vs.51.5 ± 3.7,64.7 ± 2.4 vs.59.3 ± 3.6,both P ＞ 0.05),and it was significantly increased at 72 hours (74.5±2.3 vs.66.7 ± 2.6,P ＜ 0.05),the number of normal pyramidal neurons in the hippocampal CA1 region was markedly increased (cells/HP:16.2±2.4 vs.4.4± 1.1,P ＜ 0.05),the apoptotic index was dramatically reduced [(42.3 ± 3.9)％ vs.(86.9 ± 6.9)％,P ＜ 0.05],the expressions of Cyt-C in mitochondria were significantly increased (A value:0.83 ± 0.22 vs.0.46 ± 0.18,P ＜ 0.05),and the expressions of Cyt-C in cytoplasm were significantly decreased (A value:3.84±0.47 vs.6.65±0.21,P ＜ 0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in above indexes between CA group and DMSO group.Conclusion By inhibiting mitochondrial Cyt-C apoptotic pathway to reduce neuronal apoptosis in rats after CA-CPR,mdivi-1 can improve brain function after CPR.

Objective To analyze the feasibility and the diagnostic yield of double-balloon enteroscopy (DBE) examinations for small bowel bleeding (SBB). Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 52 cases with small bowel bleeding between June 2015 and July 2016,and all was treated with DBE. therapeutic outcome, complications and follow-up were compared. Results The study included 52 patients (28 males and 24 females) with an average age of (51.0 ± 17.0) years (16~82 years) and onset time (8.3 ± 4.0) days (1~14 days) . 25 using oral route and 21 using the anal route, 1 using the colon ifstula route, a combination of using oral and anal (n=4).The bleeding source was identiifed in 40 of 52 patients (76.9%), complication rate was 5.8%(3/52), and rebleeding rate was 16.7%(2/12). The endoscopic treatments included polypectomies (n=5), argon plasma coagulation (APC, n=2), surgical treatment (n=14, 26.9%), and foreign-body extraction (n=1). Patients were diagnosed with the following:tumors (n=9, 17.3%), ulcers (n=9, 17.3%), Crohn’s disease (n=7, 13.5%), polyps (n=5, 9.6%), diverticulum (n=4, 7.7%). Patients with small bowel bleeding were followed up for a mean period of (8.3±2.0) months (range 4~10 months), 2 deaths were dying from small bowel cancer. Conclusions DBE is a safe endoscopic technique for patients with small bowel bleeding and can be safely carried out even after Roux-en-Y operation. Tumors, ulcers and Crohn’s disease are very common causes of SBB. The rebleeding rate after a negative DBE is considerable, especially small bowel vascular lesions.

OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for avoiding the recurrence of medical safety(adverse)events or inducing more severe medical accident. METHODS:The medical safety(adverse)events reported by a class A grade 3 hospital from July 2013 to March 2016 were studied retrospectively,and excluded purely adverse drug reactions and transfusion reactions to analyze the rea-son and characteristics. RESULTS:Of 747 events,there were 578 medical,nursing and drug-related medical safety (adverse) events,accounting for 77.38%;among 175 medical related medical safety(adverse)events,top 3 reasons were basic skills defi-ciencies,defects in the system processes,inadequate communication and education, accounting for 32.00%,24.00%,19.43%. The occurrence of medical safety (adverse) events were closely related to working life and qualifications;among 578 medical, nursing and drug-related medical safety (adverse) events,the incidence of adverse events was 71.11% in 5-year working life group,and that was 73.18% in junior titles group. CONCLUSIONS:Various professionals should strictly implement procedure and regulations,strengthen communication and education in daily work,and improve professional knowledge and skills so as to prevent the occurrence of adverse event completely.

Objective: To observe the effect of moxibustion on acupoints Zusanli (ST 36) and Liangmen (ST 31) on cell proliferation and cell apoptosis of gastric mucosa in rats with stress ulcer, investigatethe mechanism of moxibustion in promoting the repair of gastric mucosal injury at cellular and molecular levels. Methods: Sixty healthy Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into four groups: the restraint control group, model group, moxibustion on acupoints group and moxibustion on non-acupoints group. Water immersion and restraint stress (WRS) was used to copy the stress ulcer model of rats, radio-immunoassay was used to detect the content of transforming growth factor (TGF-α), and S-P immunohistochemical assay was adopted to determine the HSP70 expression, the proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) and cell apoptosis index in gastric mucosa. Results: For the WRS-induced gastric ulcer model of rat,the gastric mucosal injury (gastric ulcer index, UI) was increased, the content of TGF-α was decreased, PCNA was also decreased, HSP70 expression and cell apoptosis index were all increased (P＜0.01). Moxibustion on acupoints Zusanli (ST 36) and Liangrnen (ST 31) could decrease UI, increase the content of TGF-α, promote the expression of PCNA and HSP70,decrease cell apoptosis index in gastric mucosa, with significant differences when compared with the model group and control group (P＜0.01). Conclusions: Moxibustion on acupoints Zusanli (ST 36) and Liangmen (ST 31) had protective effect on the gastric mucosa of stress ulcer, its mechanism may be promoting the TGF-α synthesis, stimulating cell proliferation in gastric mucosa and inhibiting cell apoptosis in gastric mucosa, and this process is related to the moxibustion-induced HSP70 expression.

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of non-invasive cardiac output parameters:cardiac index (CI) and minute distance (MD), in premature infants with patent ductus arteriosus (PDA) and determine the cut-off value. Methods Clinical data of 98 premature infants admitted to the neonatal intensive care unit from January 2015 to June 2015 were collected. These premature infants were divided into the treated PDA group (n=30),the untreated PDA group (n=28) and the normal premature group (n=40) based on the results of echocardiogram in the first three days after birth and the use of drugs. Non-invasive cardiac output parameters were measured in the first three days after birth. The data were analyzed by t test, analysis of variance and SNK-q test. The diagnostic value of CI and MD for PDA was analyzed by the receiver operating characteristic curve. Results By preliminary analysis of the ROC curve,CI and MD were the most representative parameters for the diagnosis of PDA which need to be treated clinically, we thus chose CI and MD in this study. The aortic and pulmonary arterial CI and MD in the treated PDA group were significantly higher than in the untreated PDA group and the normal premature group (all P<0.05). There were no significant differences between the untreated PDA group and the normal premature group in the aortic and pulmonary arterial CI and MD (all P>0.05). The cut-off value of the aortic CI and MD was 2.95 L/(min·m2) and 21.50 m/min, respectively, while that of the pulmonary arterial CI and MD was 4.55 L/(min·m2) and 26.50 m/min, respectively. The sensitivity and specificity of the combined aortic CI and MD for the treated PDA group were 0.90 and 0.82, and those of combined pulmonary arterial CI and MD were 0.87 and 0.82;and those of combined aortic and pulmonary arterial CI and MD were 0.80 and 0.88, respectively. Conclusions The non-invasive cardiac output parameters CI and MD have good diagnostic value for the PDA needing clinical treatment, and the combined use of the two parameters can improve specificity, and help formulate the early treatment strategy for premature infants with PDA. When aortic CI was ≥ 2.95 L/(min·m2) and MD was ≥ 21.50 m/min, a preliminary diagnosis of the PDA needing clinical treatment, can be made, and simultaneously when the pulmonary arterial CI was ≥4.55 L/(min·m2) and MD was≥26.50 m/min, the arterial duct should be closed timely.
