Objective:To evaluate the curative effect of electroacupuncture on postapoplectic incontinence of urine.Methods:One Hundred and fifty-five patients were randomly allocated into a treatment group of 102 cases and a control group Of 51 cases.The treatment group was treated with electroacupuncture and the control group with Wlestem medicine.The curative effects were evaluated after 1-2 months.Resuits:The basic cure rate.marked eriective rate,effective rate and inelyective rate were 47.0%,27.5%,1 8.6% and 6.9% respectively,with a total effective rate of 93.1%in the treatment group and 7.9%,1 7.6%,1 7.6% and 56.9% respectively,with a total effective rate of 43.1% in the control group.There was a statistically significant difference in curative effect between the two groups(P＜0.05).The curative effect was significantly beaer in the treatment group than in the control group.Conclusion:Electroacupuncture has a good curative effect on postapoplectic incontinence ofurine.

Objective:To evaluate the predictive value of 3 methods, namely plasma paraquat concentration, severity index of paraquat poisoning (SIPP), and acute physiology and chronic health evaluation (APACHE II) in severity evaluation and prognosis of acute paraquat poisoning. Methods:A total of 73 acute paraquat poisoning patients with oral administration were collected. Paraquat concentration in the plasma and other parameters on admission for SIPP and APACHE II were taken from medical records. According to the clinical outcome in the hospital or 7 days atfer the discharge, discrimination and calibration test were performed to evaluate the prognosis of the 3 methods. Results:Discrimination of the 3 methods was greater than 0.8, and the area under the receiver operator curve for SIPP (0.938) was greater than paraquat concentration in the plasma (0.857) and APACHE II (0.801) with statistical signiifcance (z=2.429, 2.021;P=0.015, 0.043). Difference in plasma paraquat concentration (0.857) and APACHE II (0.801) had no statistical signiifcance (z=0.755, P=0.450). Hosmer-Lemeshow good fit test suggested better calibration value with statistical signiifcance for the 3 methods (P>0.05). Conclusion:hTe 3 methods are valid in the severity evaluation and prognosis of acute paraquat poisoning. SIPP is the most preferred method, followed by paraquat concentration on admission. When there is no facility to measure paraqut concentration, APACHE II can be used as a reference for the death risk in acute paraquat poisoning.

Objective: This study aims to investigate the clinical effect of bronchoscopic interventional cryotherapy in the treatment of bronchial tuberculosis (BTB). Methods:158 patients admitted into our hospital from October 2012 to October 2015 were randomly divided into observation group (n=80) and control group (n=78). The control group was treated with standardized systemic chemotherapy, and the observation was treated by bronchoscopic interventional cryotherapy based on the control group in order to compare the negative rate of sputum bacteria, clinical efficacy and adverse reactions. Results: After treatment, the turn rate of the observation group was 98.75%, significantly higher than that of the control group (89.74%) (x2=5.964, P<0.05). Clinical effective rate was 97.50% in the observation group, significantly higher than the control group (84.62%) (x2=8.119, P<0.05). The adverse reactions of the observationt group were 5.00% and they were 12.82%in the control group. There was no statistical significance between the two groups (x2=2.236, P>0.05). Conclusion:It has obvious clinical curative effect of bronchoscopic interventional cryotherapy in the treatment of BTB. With simple operation, it has a higher negative rate of sputum bacteria and lower incidence of adverse reactions. It also can effectively improve the pulmonary function and protect lung tissue, which is worth popularizing in clinical application.

Induced pluripotent stem cell ( iPS cell ) , similar to embryonic stem cell, can be repro-grammed to the pluripotent state by ectopic expression of specific transcription factors. The iPS cells have pluri-potency and can be induced into neuron cells,which represent a promising cellular tool to study human neurode-velopmental disease,drug screening,diagnosis and personalized treatment. This article reviews the latest progress on iPS cell and its applications in neural developmental disease.

Objective To evaluate the myocardial microvascular obstruction induced by occlusion of single coronary artery (OSCA) and stenosis of multi-coronary arteries (SMCA) using first-pass perfusion cardiac MRI. Methods We studied 33 patients who had acute myocardial infarct and received emergency coronary angiography and angioplasty. Coronary angiogram confirmed that 15 patients had complete occlusion of the single coronary artery and 18 patients had multi-coronary artery stenosis without occlusion. Cardiac MRI (CMRI) exam was performed at 6-12 weeks after diagnosis. Results CMRI demonstrated that 15 patients had first-pass perfusion defect in the endomyocardium. The signal intensity (SI) of the perfusion defect was significant lower than that in the normal myocardium. The maximal slope of SI showed that the there were 11 patients with occlusion of the single coronary artery and 4 patients with stenosis of multi-coronary arteries. Conclusion CMRI can show the microvascular obstruction limited in the region of endomyocardium. CMRI suggests that the occlusion of the single coronary artery may induce more severe myocardial microvascular obstruction than the stenosis of multiple coronary arteries.

Objective To study the expression of RASSF1A gene in gastric cancer tissues and cell lines and to investigate its clinical roles. Methods Immunohistochemistry was employed to detect the expression of RASSF1A gene in 39 cases of human gastric cancer tissues and 18 cases of normal human gastric tissues, and RT-PCR was used to examine the expression of RASSF1A mRNA in 4 gastric cancer cell lines, normal gastric cell lines GES-1 and positive control Hela cells. Correlations between expression of RASSF1A gene and clinicopathological characteristics of gastric cancer were also analyzed. Objective To investigate the feasibility of self-made quality control materials on chemiluminescence analyzer .Meth-ods Residual serum in blood bags were collected and served as matrixes .Complex quality control materials of tumor markers [car-cinoembryonic antigen ,alpha-fetoprotein ,carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125) ,CA199 ,CA153 ,human chorionic gonadotrophin and total prostate specific antigen ] and hormonal markers (luteinizing hormone ,follicle-stimulating hormone ,estradiol ,testosterone , progesterone and prolactin) were prepared .The monthly average value ,coefficient of variation(CV)% value ,cumulative average value and the number of out-of-control of each marker during the 12 months were calculated .Results All self-made quality control serum which stored and packaged separately showed appearance of clear and transparent after freezing and thawing ,without turbidi-ty and sedimentation .Difference of monthly average value and cumulative average value of each marker had no statistical significance (P>0 .05) .Compared with monthly average value and cumulative average value of each marker ,no obvious drift and trends were found .Monthly indoor imprecision of each hormonal marker were controlled within the allowable range .36 times of out-of-control alarm were monitored during a year ,among them ,25 for system error and 11 for random error .Conclusion Self-made quality con-trol materials has good stability and may find the instability factors of detection system timely to guarantee the reliability of test re-sults of chemiluminescence analyzer .

Objective To analyze the drug resistance of Escherichia coli isolated from urinary tract infection and risk factors of quinolone resistance strains.Methods A total of 705 cases (strains) with Escherichia coli drug resistance isolated from urine specimens were divided into quinolone sensitive group [474 cases(strains)] and quinolone resistance group [231 cases(strains)].The risk factors of the quinolone resistance strains were analyzed.Results The sensitivity rate of amoxicillin/clavulanic acid,cefalotin,ceftazidime,aztreonam,piperacillin,amikacin,compound sulfamethoxazole,ciprofloxacin,gentamicin,levofloxacin,cefepime in quinolone resistance group was higher than that in quinolone sensitive group [50.2％(238/474) vs.78.8％(182/231),11.6％(55/474) vs.48.5％(112/231),17.9％(85/474) vs.63.2％(146/231),15.0％(71/474) vs.57.6％(133/231),3.2％(15/474) vs.27.7％(64/231),80.8％(383/474)vs.93.1％(215/231),16.0％(76/474) vs.49.8％(115/231),0 vs.100.0％(231/231),32.5％ (154/474)vs.70.6％ (163/231),3.8％ (18/474) vs.98.7％ (228/231),18.6％ (88/474) vs.63.2％ (146/231),P ＜0.05].Logistic regression analysis showed history of using the third generation cephalosporins and quinolones,urinary drainage and bacterium producing extra-broad spectrum beta-lactamase was independent risk factor for quinolone resistance Escherichia coli (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions The epidemic of quinolone resistance Escherichia coli isolated from urine specimens is extremely serious.The quinolone resistance is strong,and infection patients have a high medical cost and average length of stay.The quinolone resistance Escherichia coli infection has multiple independent risk factors.To strengthen the control of the independent risk factors can effectively prevent quinolone resistance strains infection spread.

Objective To discuss the correlations between hemoperfusion(HP) times and therapeutic effects/prognosis in patients with severe acute organophosphorus poisoning(AOPP). Methods According to the frequency of HP,82 patients with severe AOPP were divided into three groups:non HP(25 cases),HP1(27 cases) and HP2(30 cases)groups. The non HP group received only routine treatment,on the basis of routine treatment,the HP1 group accepted once HP within 12 hours after poisoning and the HP2 group underwent twice or more times of HP,the interval between each time being 24 hours. The comparisions of clinical indexes,incidences of complications and rates of mortality among the three groups were performed. Results With the increase of HP times,the dosages of atropine and pralidoxime chloride were significantly reduced,the times of serum cholinesterase(ChE)activity recovery,consciousness recovery,hospitalization and mechanical ventilation were significantly shortened,the score of acute physiology and chronic health evaluation Ⅱ(APACHE Ⅱ)score in 48 hours after admission,incidence of complications and mortality were evidently decreased(all P<0.05). Compared with those in HP1 group,the dosages of atropine(mg:164.57±68.82 vs. 256.81±97.06)and pralidoxime chloride(mg:6.95±1.40 vs. 8.76±1.64) in HP2 group were significantly reduced,the times of ChE activity recovery(day:9.03±2.46 vs. 10.96±3.44), consciousness recovery(hour:23.83±6.29 vs. 39.93±8.24),hospitalization(hour:9.57±2.39 vs. 11.52±3.02) and mechanical ventilation(hour:40.50±16.55 vs. 65.74±18.88)in HP2 group were significantly shortened;APACHEⅡscore during 48 hours after admission(11.97±3.47 vs. 14.26±2.88)was obviously decreased,and the incidences of complications,such as intermediate syndrome(10.0% vs. 18.5%),rebound phenomenon(3.3% vs. 25.9%),arrhythmia(13.3%vs. 44.4%),multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS,6.7%vs. 29.6%)and mortality rate(6.7% vs. 18.5%)in HP2 group were markedly decreased(all P<0.05). Conclusion It is recommendable that combined with routine treatment,early and multiple HP application would enhance the therapeutic effect and decrease the mortality in patients with severe AOPP.
