The experimental research literatures on traditional Chinese medicines in the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus ( SLE) in recent years were systematically reviewed , which focused on single herb and its effective components , and compound herbs therapy. It is confirmed that Chinese medicines show exact therapeutic activity on SLE with multi-targeting effects.

Object To examine the quality of leaves from the improved Ginkgo biloba L seedling sprout Methods Total flavonoids in the leaves were determined by HPLC Results Flavonoids in the leaves of seedling sprout were apparently higher in June than in August and November, and were much higher than grafting seedling sprout which was also higher in June than in August 2 year old tree contained 2 5 to 3 8 times more flavonoids than 50 year old tree The content of female trees were higher than that of male Conclusion The content of active flavonoids were related to the season, age, breeding, environment and geographic conditions, etc

Object To stuay the quality of seedling leaves cultured from improved variety of Ginkgo biloba L.. Methods The content of terpene lactones in seedling leaves of G. biloba were determined by RP-HPLC-ELSD.Results The content of total terpene lactone producted in Jun. was more than that in Aug., and it was obviously lower in Nov.. The content of terpene lactone in grafting was more than that in seedling. The content of terpene lactone in male trees was more than that in female trees. Conclusion The content of the active components was related to the season of growth, age of tree, raising modes, environment of growth, geographic conditions and others. The evaluation of the content of the main active components BB and GB showed that the quality of seedling leaves cultured from improved variety of G. biloba in Jinagxi is better than that reported by literature.

This paper presents a new medical data visualiz ation method called multi-resolution blending rendering which has been deve lope d for visualizing the large medical volume data sets. Different from those multi -resolution rendering methods which simplify the structures by polygon mesh opt imization technique, the new method uses different resolution levels to represen t different parts of a structure at the same time. So, it can preserve the integ rality of the structure and emphasize the important part of the structure when simplifying the structure. The new method also takes advantage of the good qualit ies of the wavelet transform and constructs the multi-resolution blending model of the structureby orthogonal wavelet transform and transition operator. The experiment proves that our method can effectively simplify the model of the structure, enormously reduce the number of the triangle of the structure and speedup the structure rendering. It is especially suitable for interactive observations on a complex medical structure.

Circular RNA(circRNA)is a novel class of endogenous non-coding RNA with complex biological func-tions,participating in various physiological and pathological processes.Due to their relatively stable stucture and tissue-specific and temporal expression patterns, circRNA have become a recent focus of biomedical research.Heart failure(HF)is characterized by impaired ventricular filling and/or ejection function caused by primary myocardial injury and car-diac overload, leading to the inability of the heart to meet the metabolic demands of the body's tissues. It is the end stage of numerous cardiac diseases.Studies have found that circRNA may play a crucial regulatory role in the progression of HF,particularly in cardiomyocyte hypertrophy, cardiomyocyte apoptosis, autophagy and myocardial fibrosis. This review summarizes the formation, classification, functional forms, and roles in HF of circRNA,aiming to provide new insights for the prevention and treatment of HF.

Objective:To explore the moderating mechanism of mindfulness on perceived stress and job burnout of medical staff. Methods:From November 2020 to March 2022, 1626 medical staff were investigated by questionnaires. Chinese Version Perceived Stress Scale (CPSS), Maslach Burnout Inventory-Human Service Survey (MBI-HSS) and Mindful Attention Awareness Scale (MAAS) were used to evaluate the perceived stress, three dimensions of job burnout[depersonalization (DP), emotional exhaustion (EE), personal accomplishment (PA) ], and mindfulness level of medical staff. The Spearman rank correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between mindfulness and perceived stress, job burnout of medical staff. And the SPSS PROCESS macro program was used to test the moderating effect of mindfulness on perceived stress and job burnout. Results:Among the 1626 medical staff, 57.38% had perceived stress with health risk (933/1626), and 63.84% (1038/1626) had job burnout, among them, with 618 (38.01%), 274 (16.85%), and 146 (8.98%) experiencing mild, moderate and severe job burnout, respectively. The scores of mindfulness among medical staff were significantly correlated with perceived stress and various dimensions of job burnout (EE, DP and PA) ( rs=-0.155, -0.351, -0.315, 0.307, P<0.001). Mindfulness had a moderating effect between perceived stress and job burnout, which was achieved through three moderating pathways: perceived stress-mindfulness-EE, perceived stress-mindfulness-DP and perceived stress-mindfulness-PA (Δ R2=0.073, 0.06, 0.006, P<0.001) . Conclusion:Medical staff have a high level of job burnout, mindfulness plays a moderating role between perceived stress and job burnout. Specific measures can be taken to improve the level of mindfulness in medical staff, so as to prevent and alleviate job burnout of medical staff.
