Objective To develop a method for determination of trace organic pollutants in drinking water. Methods The organic pollutants in water were enriched and separated by a solid-phase extraction method with the big form resin of hole pattern as the enrichment of stationary phase and then were detected by GC-MS. Results The ideal test condition and the enriched method of sample were established in the present paper. Many water samples were determined by the newly established method. Over 100 organic pollutants were identified in these samples. Conclusion The newly established method is simple, fast, sensitive and easy to popularize and is suitable for determining organic chemical compounds in tap water, clean underground water and the water of source water.

Objective To analyze the phytosterol content in plant materials commonly used in functional food in China.Method Thirty kinds of food commonly used as medicines and forty kinds of Chinese herbs were chosen as samples. The contents of phytosterols(?-sitosterol,campesterol,stigmasterol,?-sitostanol) were analyzed by GC methods established by our laboratory. Results The frequency of various plant materials used in functional food was different,e-g.hawthorn about 408 times and huangqi 342 times.Phytosterols were contained in all samples analyzed, but were different in contents, some less than 10mg/100g while some more than 380mg/100g.In most samples,?-sitosterol is the largest portion of total phytosterol. Conclusion The phytosterols are important functional ingredients in plant materials frequently used in Chinese traditional medicine. The data of phytosterol contents in plant materials are valuable for utilization and further study in functional food.
3.Analysis of HBV serological pattern and virus variation in HBsAg ELISA-/NAT+
International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2017;38(18):2569-2572,2575
Objective To investigate the relationship between HBV DNA and HBsAg blood group model by analyzing the sero logical and DNA sequences of serum samples. Methods Blood samples from 54 patients were selected from this hospital, collecting blood samples;on the HBV DNA extraction,PCR amplification, purification of PCR products,DNA sequencing,HBV gene analysis and sequence, and the use of bioinformatics software. The results were analyzed and compared the gene mutation. Results The results of PCR amplification,54 specimens in 40 cases showed significant PCR was poor,14 specimens were able to observe the electrophoresis of PCR amplified 1 400 bp specific band;22 cases were HBsAg ELISA positive,14 cases of occult HBV positive,PCR positive amplification for genotype,B genotype accounted for in 81.82 % HBsAg ELISA,C gene in occult HBV positive accounted for 78.57% (P<0.05);occult HBV gene of 14 strains,6 cases in the S area of the area occurred in the gene sequence of point mutations, including 2 cases in 1 base point mutations, the other 3 cases of base point in 2 sites the emergence of mutation;3 cases of HBV genotype C infected gene point mutation,2 cases of genotype B infected gene point mutation;5 cases were in the 9 site of the "a" family decided to base mutation,A-C mutation. Conclusion Blood screening, detection showed HBsAg negative blood qualified, may still have occult HBV infection and missed the window period, were mainly C type,B type and mutant strain is relatively less, but the mutant is relatively high, may escape the existing screening reagent.

ObjectiveTo evaluate the efficacy and safety of Rongjin Tongbi decoction on sciatica caused by lumbar intervertebral disc herniation with liver and kidney deficiency type based on a randomized controlled study. MethodFrom January 2019 to July 2022, 90 patients in the department of Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) of Beijing Jishuitan Hospital who met the inclusion criteria were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table, with 45 patients in each group. During the study, 19 cases dropped out, with 41 cases included in the final observation group and 30 cases in the control group. The observation group was given Rongjin Tongbi decoction orally, and the control group was given Loxoprofen Sodium Tablets orally for 28 days. The differences in the visual analog scale (VAS) scores, the Japanese Orthopaedic Association (JOA) scores, activities of daily living (ADL) assessments, TCM clinical symptoms, subjective symptoms, and clinical signs scores between two groups before and after treatment were observed. Liver and kidney functions and gastrointestinal adverse reactions were detected for safety evaluation. ResultBefore treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in scores between the observation group and the control group. After treatment, the absolute values of the differences in VAS and ADL scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the absolute value of the difference in JOA scores between two groups. The absolute value of the difference in TCM clinical symptom scores in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.01). There was no statistically significant difference in the absolute values of the differences in subjective symptom and clinical sign scores between two groups. The levels of liver and kidney function indicators in both groups before and after the experiment were normal, and there was no significant difference in gastrointestinal reactions. ConclusionRongjin Tongbi decoction can significantly improve the symptoms of sciatica patients caused by lumbar intervertebral disc herniation with liver and kidney deficiency type. After treatment, the patients exhibited significant improvements in pain, activity and other aspects, and it is proven to be safe and reliable, which is conducive to the recovery of physical function.

We report a case of chromoblastomycosis caused by , which was successfully treated by long-pulsed 1064 nm Nd: YAG laser combined with terbinafine. A 60-year-old man was admitted for the presence of a 30 mm×40 mm erythematous plaque on the dorsum of his right hand for about 10 months without any subjective symptoms. Both microscopic examination and tissue biopsy of the lesion showed characteristic sclerotic bodies of chromoblastomycosis. Lesion tissue culture on SDA at 26 ℃ for 2 weeks resulted in a black colony, and slide culture identified the isolate as Fonsecaea species. ITS sequence analysis of the isolate showed a 99% homology with strain KX078407. The susceptibility of the isolate to 9 antifungal agents was determined using the microdilution method according to the guidelines of CLSI M38-A2 protocol, and terbinafine showed the lowest MIC (0.125 μg/ml). We subsequently established a Wistar rat model of chromoblastomycosis using the clinical isolate and treated the rats with long-pulsed 1064 nm Nd: YAG laser (pulse width of 3.0 ms, fluence of 24 J/cm, spot size of 3 mm, frequency of 4 Hz, repeated 3 times at an interval of 30 s) twice a week for a total of 8 sessions. Although the laser treatment alone was not able to eliminate the fungi, histopathological examination showed the aggregation of numerous lymphocytes in the local affected tissue, indicating an immune response that consequently facilitate the regression of the lesion. The patient was successfully treated by long-pulsed 1064 nm Nd: YAG laser once a week combined with terbinafine (0.25 /bid) for 8 weeks, and follow-up for 20 months did not reveal any signs of recurrence.
