1.Obserbation on the effect of the long-term low-dose mifepristone on the treatment of hysteromyoma

Objective To observe the effect of the long-term low-dose mifepristone on the treatment of hysteromyoma.Methods From March 2016 to December 2016 in Haiyan maternal and child health-care center,120 cases with hysteromyoma were selected as the object study and were given long term oral low-dose mifepristone.The uterus size, follicle stimulating hormone, myoma size, luteinizing hormone, estrogen and endometrium were observed Resultsafter treatment, the patients with uterine fibroids situation improved markedly, and appeared amenorrhea.At the same time, in patients with clinical symptoms were improved to a certain extent, six months after a drug follicle-stimulating hormone, luteinizing hormone and estrogen levels significantly decreased, and there is no other significant side effects.In addition, on the analysis of the effectiveness of the treatment,86 cases were markedly improved,28 cases effective,6 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 95%.Conclusion Long-term low-dose mifepristone has worked well in the treatment of uterine fibroids, can effectively reduce uterine fibroids, high security, in the process of follow-up of patients, no recurrence no satisfaction related data, the result can't reach this Conclusion , the authors modify please.Is the ideal way of conservative treatment of uterine fibroids, and is worth popularizing in the process of clinical application.
2.Progress on effect and mechanism of Danhong injection in treatment of coronary heart disease

Coronary heart disease is a kind of serious heart disease, which is caused by the disease of the coronary artery, which leads to the stenosis or obstruction of the coronary vessels.Danhong injection is made of Salvia miltiorrhiza, safflower extract, chemical composition of two drugs is the key to play a role in treatment.Numerous clinical studies show that the red injection can effectively expand the coronary artery, increase the coronary blood flow, relieve the clinical symptoms of coronary heart disease, improve the ECG and improve the clinical effect.In this paper, the pharmacological properties, clinical research and treatment of CHD were reviewed,In this paper, the pharmacological properties, clinical research and treatment of CHD are reviewed, to provide theoretical basis for the treatment of CHD molecular mechanism and clinical application.
3.Clinical Observation on Rhubarb Enema and Glauber's Salt Topical Treating Acute Pancreatitis

[Objective]To discuss the clinical efficacy of Rhubarb Enema and Glauber's salt Topical on acute pancreatitis.[Methods]Select in our hospital from April 2010 to April 2014 60 AP patients were randomly divided into two groups,n=30 for each.The treatment one was treated with Rhubarb Enema and Glauber's salt Topical on the basis of western medicine,the control group only received conventional western treatment.After 7 days,observe clinical symptoms and laboratory parameters changes,e.g.exhaust defecation, bowel sounds, serum amylase and C-reactive protein,and compare the two groups before and after the treatment of APACHEⅡand BISAP score. [Result] The clinical effective rate was 90% in treatment group and was better than the control group 73.33%,the difference was obvious(P<0.05). Treatment group patients exhaust defecation,bowel sounds were obviously improved,serum amylase,c-reactive protein index decreased obviously(P<0.05). APACHEⅡand BISAP score index decreased obviously(P<0.05), the difference was all obvious for the treatment group.But there's no significant statistical differences between before and after treatment for the control group(P>0.05). [Conclusion]Rhubarb Enema and Glauber's salt topical treatment for acute pancreatitis have a significant effect.
4.Icariin attenuates left ventricular remodeling in SHR by up-regulating PPARαand PPARγ

Aim To investigate the effect of Icariin ( Ica) on remodeling of left ventricular in SHR and ex-plore the mechanism. Methods Twenty-one male SHR aged 14 weekswere randomly divided into model group(n=7), low-dose of Ica-treated group(20 mg· kg-1 . bid, n =7 ) , high-dose of Ica-treated group ( 40 mg·kg-1. bid,n=7), and WKY as control group(n=7 ) . Low- and high-dose of Ica-treated groups were given Ica from the age of 14 weeks to 26 weeks. The other rats in the model group and control group were given the same amount of double distilled water. Then, the content of hydroxyproline ( Hyp) was measured by ELISA. The morphological changes of the left ventricu-lar were observed by Masson staining. The mRNA and the protein expression of PPARα and PPARγ were ex-amined by real time RT-PCR and Western blot tech-nique respectively. Results Compared with the nor-mal control group, interstitium fibrosis and myofibrilla were lined up in disorder; the content of Hyp was in-creased and the mRNA and protein expression of PPARα and PPARγ were down-regulated in model group(P<0. 01). Compared with the model group,the myocardial cells were arranged less disorderly and the myocardial fibrosis was reduced; the content of Hyp was decreased in low-and high-dose of Ica-treated groups(P<0. 01 or P<0. 05);the mRNA and protein expression of PPARα and PPARγwere up-regulated in low- and high-dose of Ica-treated groups ( P <0. 01 or P<0. 05 ) . Conclusion Ica may attenuate left ven-tricular remodeling in SHR by up-regulating PPARαand PPARγ.
5.Osthole could attenuate right ventricle remodeling in monocrotaline-treated rats by up-regulating PPARαand PPARγ

Aim To explore the effect of Osthole (Ost)on the right ventricle remodeling in monocrot-alinetreated rats and the possible mechanism.Meth-ods ♂ SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group,model group,low dose of Ost treatment group (10 mg·kg -1 )and high dose of Ost treatment group (20 mg·kg -1 ).All rats were given a single dose of MCT 50 mg·kg -1 subcutaneously to establish the right ventricle remodeling except normal control group.Then the rats in Ost treatment group were ga-vaged once daily.After 28 days of administration,the right ventricle(RV)and left ventricle plus septum(LV+SEP)were weighed separately.RV hypertrophy in-dex (RVHI)were measured by the relative weight rati-o of RV to LV +SEP.The morphological changes of right ventricle were executed by HE staining.The pro-tein expression of PPARαand PPARγwere detected by Western blot.Results Compared with the control group,RVHI was increased obviously (P <0.05 ), myocardial hypertrophy and structure disorders were observed in model group.The protein expression of PPARαand PPARγwere down-regulated significantly in model group (P <0.05).Compared with the model group,the value of RVHI (P <0.05),myocardial hy-pertrophy,structure disorders were improved signifi-cantly in Ost treatment group.The protein expression of PPARαand PPARγwere up-regulated in Ost treat-ment group (P <0.05).Conclusion Ost can attenu-ate the right ventricle remodeling induced by MCT in rats,which may be related to up-regulating the expres-sion of PPARαand PPARγ.
6.The construction of a large ship nursing post system research

Objective To build position system based on a large ship ocean nursing needs.Methods Two rounds of expert consultation were carried out through the literature material method,field survey,comparative research method,and Delphi method to build nursing station system of the large ship.Results The expert authority coefficient was 0.81.Two rounds of expert coordination coefficients were 0.55,0.52.The nursing position system contained three parts:level Ⅰ position,level Ⅱ position and the post job responsibilities.Conclusions The system contains 21 stations,the expert opinions are concentrated with high credibility,it can provide certain theoretical support for the nursing personnel selection,training,and ship jobs management of large ship.
7.Impacts of bicyclo-monoterpene enhancers on transdermal delivery of ligustrazine.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the impacts of bicyclo-monoterpene promoters (i.e., borneol and camphor) on the in vitro permeation of ligustrazine (LGT) through the hairless porcine dorsal skin. Fourier transform-infrared (FT-IR), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and transdermal delivery kinetics in vitro were performed to investigate the effect of the promoters on the biophysical changes to the stratum corneum (SC), the surface changes to porcine skin and the in vitro percutaneous fluxes of ligustrazine through procine skin. FT-IR results revealed that the peak shift and the decrease in the peak area with borneol were higher than those with camphor. SEM studies demonstrated that the morphological change to SC was related to the chosen enhancer. It was observed that the SC lipid extraction with borneol and camphor led to disruption of the SC and the scutella desquamation. Apparent density (AD) was utilized to describe the desquamation extent of the scutella. Percutaneous fluxes of ligustrazine through porcine skin were evaluated in vitro by the Franz-type diffusion cells. Use of borneol led to greater penetration of ligustrazine across porcine skin. It was shown that the permeation enhancement mechanism of bicyclo-monoterpenes to ligustrazine included extracting and disordering lipids which involved the shift changes in C-H stretching and H-bonding action between enhancers and cermaide. The penetration capability of the hydroxy groups in bicyclo-monoterpenes was better than that of the ketone groups.
8.Investigation and prospect of clinical practice patterns for Master of Nursing Specialist

Objective To investigate the status of clinical practice of master of nursing specialist (MNS) and provide references for completing the clinical practice patterns of master of nursing specialist in intensive care units.Methods Totally 56 clinical nursing postgraduate students were investigated from 10 nursing colleges by questionnaire survey.Results 46.43% students were not satisfied with effect of clinical practice;69.64% students though there was little difference between postgraduate and undergraduate students in clinical teaching method; 82.14% students considered clinical teachers couldn't meet their leaming needs; the main reasons affecting the effect of clinical practice included inadequate teaching method (73.21%),impertinent teaching contents (69.64%) and unreasonable time arrangement (51.79%);55.36% students wanted to be nursing educators; 50.00% students wanted to be nursing specialist.Conclusions The effect of clinical practice of clinical nursing postgraduate students did not achieve the target.Clinical teaching couldn't meet the learning needs.Students are lack of recognition to capability and quality of master of nursing specialist.We should highlight the special characteristics of intensive care nursing,regulate the clinical teaching method and strengthen the publicity of master of nursing specialist to optimize structure of nursing talent.
9.Performance Verification of the Detection of AFP and CEA in Roche Cobas 6 0 0 0 Automatic Electrochemical Luminescence Analyzer

Objective To evaluate the performance verification of AFP and CEA detected by Roche Cobas 6000 automatic electrochemical luminescence analyzer.Methods Serum samples in hospital patients during April 1 to 4,2014 were collected and mixed.Samples with the different levels of AFP and CEA were prepared.Referring to CLSI EP files and other docu-ments,the precision,accuracy and the reported linear range of AFP and CEA from Roche Cobas 6000 automatic electrochem-ical luminescence analyzer were verified.Results AFP and CEA in the quality control sera with low and high values were detected by Roche Cobas 6000 automatic electrochemical luminescence analyzer.The coefficient of variations (CV)of inter batch precision were AFP (6.53%,8.38%),CEA (8.15%,7.84%),and the CV of within batch precision were AFP (3.97%,6.51%),CEA (4.77%,4.52%),respectively.10 copies of laboratory quality control were analyzed,issued by the National Center for clinical laboratory in 2013.The largest bias between detection results and“target value”were AFP (-12.62%)and CEA (-10.71%)respectively,which were all within the measurement range of quality assessment.Analysis of measuring range in the linear range experiment were AFP (0.5~1 000 IU/ml),CEA (0.2~1 000 ng/ml),and the clini-cal reportable range were AFP (0.5~1 000 IU/ml),CEA (0.2~1 000 ng/ml),respectively.Conclusion Detection of AFP and CEA from Roche Cobas 6000 automatic electrochemical luminescence analyzer had a good performance.Meanwhile,the Roche Cobas 6000 automatic electrochemical luminescence analyzer could meet the clinical routine testing requirements.
10.Icariin attenuates renal interstitial fibrosis by reducing aldosterone in SHR

Aim To investigate the effect of icariin ( ICA) on renal interstitial fibrosis in SHR and explore its mechanism. Methods Fourteen male SHR of 13-week-old were randomly divided into model group( n=7 ) and ICA group ( n=7 ) , and WKY as control group (n=7). One week after adaptive breeding,the rats in the ICA group were given ICA 40 mg·kg-1,ig,bid to 26-week-old. The other rats in the model group and control group were given the same amount of normal sa-line. Then, the morphological changes of the kidney were observed by HE and Masson staining,respective-ly. The contents of plasma aldosterone andⅢcollagen were measured by double antibody sandwich method. The mRNA expressions of TGF-β1 , Smad2 , CTGF and FN were examined by real time RT-PCR. Results Compared with the normal control group, the kidney structures of model group were disordered,the mesang-ial matrix and the tubular interstitial fibrosis were in-creased. The contents of plasma aldosterone and Ⅲcollagen were increased in model group ( P <0. 01 ) . And the mRNA expressions of TGF-β1 , Smad2 , CTGF and FN in kidney tissues were up-regulated in model group( P <0. 01 or P <0. 05 ) . Compared with the model group,the kidney structures were improved and the contents of plasma aldosterone and Ⅲ collagen were reduced, as well as the mRNA expressions of TGF-β1,Smad2,CTGF and FN in kidney tissues were down-regulated(P<0. 01 or P<0. 05)in ICA group. Conclusion ICA may have anti-renal interstitial fi-brosis effect on SHR,and the mechanism might be re-lated to the reduced plasma aldosterone levels and the down-regulated expression of TGF-β1 and Smad2 .
