Objective:To investigate the effects of Mycobacterium Phlei on functional states of Th_1/Th_2 in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD),and clinical effects on the prevention of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases(AECOPD).Method:60 patients with COPD of gradeⅡwere randomly divided into a treatment group and controlled group. The controlled group were given a routine therapy, while the treatment group were given utilins in addition to the routine treatment. The contents of?-interferon(IFN-?) and interleukin-4(IL-4) in their peripheral blood and their clinical efficacy were observed before and after the treatment.Result:Before and after the treatment, IFN-?/IL-4 ratio in the treatment group was 1.39?0.20 and 1.94?0.31 respectively(P

Objective To explore the method and evaluate the effect of locking compression plate (LCP)fixation of intraarticular unstable distal radial fractures. Methods Thirty patients with intraarficular unstable distal radial fractures were treated with LCP.According to AO/ASIF classification, there were 6 cases of type B2 fractures,7 cases of type B3,7 cases of type C1,8 cases of type C2,2 cases of type C3.Results After 6 to 24 months(average 12 months)following up,there were 15 cases graded as excellent,10 eases as good,3 cases as fair, and 2 cases as poor, according to X ray and wrist function assessment. The overall satisfaction rate was 83.3%.Conclusion Volar LCP fixation is a safe and effective treatment for intraarticular unstable distal radial fractures. It could effectively prevent loss of reduction, avoid tendon irritation and other complications if selecting implant angle for locking screw according to the specific intraoperative circumstances.

Objective To explore the association of CT perfusion parameters to plasma levels of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and CD105 in patients with lung cancer to provide a reference for the treatment of patients with vascular targeting anti-selection.Methods Forty eight consecutive patients with diagnosed solitary pulmonary nodules underwent perfusion by 64-slice spiral CT.Among them,31 patients were diagnosed as lung cancers and 17 diagnosed as benign lesions.Statistical methods were used to analyze the differences of CT perfusion parameters [blood flow (BF),blood volume (BV),permeability surface (PS),and mean transit time (MTT)] between benign and malignant lesions, and to observe the correlation between cancer perfusion parameters and VEGF,and CD105.Results Compared to the group of benign lesions, the perfusion parameters BF,BV,and PS in the group of lung cancers were significandy higher than the group of benign lesions (P < 0.05).MTT was not different between two groups (P > 0.05).There were positive correlations between the expressions of VEGF or CD105 and perfusion parameters (BF,BV,and PS) of lung cancers. There were no correlation between perfusion parameter MTT and VEGF or CD105 (P > 0.05).Conclusions CT perfusion parameters BF,BV,and PS can help in differentiating malignant from begin lesions. There is positive correlation between the perfusion parameters (BF,BV,and PS) and VEGF,and CD105 of lung cancers. It indicates that CT perfusion imaging is closely related to tumor angiogenesis, which may provide a non-invasive method to evaluate the blood supply.

Objective To explore the effect of scanning time on CT perfusion (CTP) imaging quality and the accuracy of parameters in acute stroke patients. Methods CTP data of 30 patients with unilateral acute cerebral infarction were investigated retrospectively.CTP data with scanning times of 56 s,52 s,48 s,44 s,40 s and 36 s were analyzed for image postprocessing, the time density curves (TDCs) of the superior sagittal sinus (SSS),perfusion maps and the parameter values of ROI were obtained, and the first passage time of SSS was recorded. Results Compared with 56 s group, there was no significant difference of the image quality in the scanning time of 52 s group and 48 s group (both P>0.05).The image quality was significantly negatively correlated with the first passage time of SSS in 52 s group,48 s group,44 s group,40 s group and 36 s group.Compared with 56 s group, there were significant differences in partial parameters of ROI when the scanning time was 44 s (all P<0.05).Conclusion Decreasing whole-brain CTP scanning time reasonably can ensure the image quality and the accuracy of parameters and reduce the radiation dose. The whole-brain CTP with delay of 8 s,and scanning time of 48 s are recommended.

Objective:
The aim of this study was to evaluate the influence of concomitant carcinoma in situ (CCIS) on tumor survival for the upper tract urinary carcinoma (UTUC) through systematic review and meta-analysis.
Methods:
In the light of Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analysis (PRISMA) guidelines, a systematic search of Web of Science, PubMed and EMBASE China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) and Wanfang database by key words "upper urinary tract urothelial carcinoma" "renal sputum cancer" "concomitant carcinoma in situ" , and "radical ureterectomy" were performed for all reports that included detailed results on the predictors of CCIS. The search deadline is June 2019, and the search terms are English and Chinese. Methodological quality evaluation was performed using the QUIPS tool, and statistical analysis of the relevant data was performed using Stata 12.0 and RevMan 5.3 software.
Results:
Sixteen articles were included in this study and all published between 2012 and 2019. A total of 11 131 patients with UTUC, including 1 774 (15.9%) patients with CCIS. According to our final results, there was a significant correlation of CCIS with worse cancer-specific survival (CSS) (

Objective To systematically evaluate the expression of microvascular invasion (MVI) in predicting the clinical prognosis of patients with non-metastatic renal cell cancer (nmRCC) after surgical operation. Methods The relevant search strategy, including and excluding criteria for the relevant literature were developed by two independent researchers.Pubmed,EMBASE,China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI),and Wanfang databases were searched from the inception to May 2018 for the study of tumor prognosis in the patients of nmRCC with MVI following surgical resection. The search language was English and Chinese. The methodological quality of the included studies was assessed by the NOS.Stata 12.0 software and Review Manager 5.3 were used to perform a clinical meta-analysis of relevant literature data. Results A total of 25 related clinical studies were included, published from 2004 to 2018.There were 6 741 patients with nmRCC,of which 1 768 cases of MVI,with a proportion rate of 26.2%.The results showed that the patients with MVI in pathological sections had a lower cancer-specific survival rate (CSS) [HR =1.51,95% CI(1.41-1.62),P <0.001],recurrence-free survival rate(RFS) [HR =1.47,95% CI (1.26-1.71),P<0.001] and overall survival rate(OS) [HR=1.37,95%C1(1.19-1.57),P< 0.001].Egger's publication bias analysis showed no significant publication bias in terms of CSS (t =1.43,P=0.176),RFS (t =1.21,P=0.253) and OS(t =0.37,P=0.725).Conclusions MVI had a significant poor outcome in patients with surgical resection of nmRCC.It can be used as an independent risk factor to evaluate the postoperative prognosis of those patients.
