1.Effects of Treadmill Training for One Week on α-actin Gene Expression of Rat Skeletal Muscle
Chinese Journal of Sports Medicine 2001;20(1):16-18
It was well known that the damage of skeletal muscle occurred and exercise performance declined after one prolonged eccentric exercise. But there were few studies on the adaptation to the continuous eccentric exercise in skeletal muscle. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of downhill running once(group B) and for one week(group C ) on α-actin gene expression of rat gastrocnemius muscle.Serum CK and LDH were determined, too.The results showed that the training had obvious effects on α-actin gene expression of rat gastrocnemius muscle in group B and C.In group B, serum CK and LDH recovered obviously 7 days after training, but not to the normal value. In group C, it recovered to the normal. These results suggest that the recovery of the damage after first training had been accelerated by the continuous eccentric exercise, the subjects gradually adapted to exercise.
2.Value of magnetic resonance imaging in diagnosis and prognosis prediction of brain stem injury at acute stage
Chinese Journal of Trauma 2010;26(3):199-202
Objective To study in patients characteristics of head CT and MRI of patients with brain stem injury at acute stage(<7 days)and discuss the relationship of head MRI manifestations and prognosis so as to provide indicators for imaging diagnosis and prognostic evaluation. Methods The patients with brain stem injury from November 2007 to September 2008 were involved in the study.Cranial CT and MRI were performed at early stage after brain stem injury. The patients were followed up for six months to evaluate prognosis and life quality of the patients based on disable rating scale(DRS)and Barthal score. Results MRI could detect more brain stem injuries than CT.The patients with injury at different parts of brain stem showed a statistical difference in regard of prognosis. Conclusions At acute stage of brain stem injury, cranial MRI has higher detection rate and clearer display of the brain stem lesions compared with CT.MRI manifestations can not only help classification of the brain stem injury, but also cater basis for diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of patients with brain stem injury.

Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2017;24(9):1405-1408
Objective To explore the application value of endoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods The clinical data of 74 patients with digestive tract hemorrhage underwent gastroscopy and treatment were retrospectively analyzed. The effect of gastroscopy was compared at different time and different treatment methods. Results Endoscopic examination showed 23 cases of duodenal ulcer disease (31.08%),including 15 cases of gastric ulcer(20.27%),10 cases of acute gastric mucosal lesion (13.51%),8 cases of gastric cancer(10.81%),gastrointestinal complex ulcer in 7 cases (9.46%),4 cases of gastritis (5.41%),anastomotic ulcer or erosion in 4 cases (5.41%),no lesions in 3 cases (4.05 %).71 cases were clearly diagnosed by gastroscopy, the detection rate was 95.95%,the hemorrhage in 48h positive rate was 100.00%,which was significantly higher than 87.50% of the hemorrhage 48h detection rate (x2 =13.33,P < 0.05).71 patients received endoscopic treatment,67 patients were successful, the success rate was 94.37%,the injection of hemostatic success in 16 cases (94.12%),spraying hemostasis successfully in 51 cases (94.44%),there was no significant difference (x2 =-0.01,P > 0.05).Conclusion In the patients with gastrointestinal bleeding, gastroscopy has advantages of high diagnostic accuracy, accurate curative effect, can shorten the bleeding time, improve the success rate of hemostasis, improve the prognosis, with high clinical value.
5.Application of IL-15mRNA determination in the early diagnosis and differential diagnosis of early acute rejection following liver transplantation
Chinese Journal of Organ Transplantation 2005;0(07):-
Objective To evaluate the value of IL15mRNA determination in the early diagnosis and differential diagnosis of acute rejection(AR) after liver transplantation. Methods RT-PCR was used to detect the mRNA of IL-15 in serum and bile on the 30th day after liver transplantation in 43 patients subject to orthotopic piggy-back liver transplantation.Serum and bile of the patients were cultured for bacteria. The acute rejection was confirmed pathologically. Results Acute rejection(occurred) in 16 out of 43 cases as the AR group and bacterial infection(BI) in 12 cases as the BI group. The (remaining) 15 patients were uneventful as the control group. Before diagnosis of AR and BI,the gene expression rate of IL-5 in bile was significantly higher in AR group((62.5 %)) than in BI group((16.7 %)) and control group((13.3 %))(P
6.Determination of Phthalates in Water by Solid Phase Extraction-Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry
Journal of Environment and Health 2007;0(11):-
Objective To establish a method for the determination of phthalates in water by solid phase extraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(SPE-GC-MS).Methods The water samples were extracted and enriched by solid phasse extraction, using 10%methanol-methyl tert-butyl ether as eluant, dimethylphthalate(DMP),diethylphthalate(DEP),dibutylphthalate (DBP)and diethylhexylphthalate(DEHP)were determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry with selected ion monitoring mode(SIM).Results The concentration had a good linear range in the range of 0.00~10.00?g/ml,the correlation coefficient was above 0.998.The detection limit of DMP,DEP,DBP and DEHP were 2.7,2.1,1.6 and 2.5 ng/L respectively, the average recovery rate and the RSD of the method were 78.0%~102.5%and 3.3%~7.8%respectively.Conclusion This method, with small amount of solvent,is simple, fast, accurate and is applicable to the determination of phthalates in water.
7.Study on Microwave Irradiation of Berberine from Rhizoma Coptidis
Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2008;0(S1):-
Objective Ethanol, acid and alkali were used in the traditional Bererine extracting which required quite a few extracting time and polluted the environment. Water instead of ethanol was used. Microwave irradiation was chosen as the extracting method. Methods The best parameters, microwave power, extracting time, solid-liquid ratio were got in the experiment. According to the orthogonal experimental design, the optimum extracting condition was determined. Results Microwave irradiation, compared with the traditional extracting techniques, was with short extracting time. Conclusion The method was practicable and the product possessed the virtue of high purity, safe quality and free pollution.
8.Recent progress in research of protective effects of erythropoietin on cerebral ischemia
Chinese Journal of Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics 2002;0(06):-
It has been proved that erythropoietin has neuroprotective effect and therapeutic action on cerebral ischemia in vivo and in vitro. The mechanisms of these actions may be involved in anti-exitotoxicity of aminoglutaric acid, regulating the synthesis of nitric oxide, antioxidation, antiinflammatory, inhibiting neuron apoptosis, accelerating angiogenesis, neurogenesis, neurotrophy and others. In addition, exogenous erythropoietin can enter brain tissue through blood-brain barrier and exert neuroprotection. So it is indicated that erythropoietin can be expected to be a new drug to prevent and treat cerebral ischemia.
