Objective:To investigate the effect of simvastatin on cardiomyocyte apoptosis and cardiac dysfuction after myocardial infarction.Method:Simvastatin was administrated to the rats with myocardial infarction which was modeled by left anterior descending coronary artery ligation. After 7days, the apoptotic myocyte cells were quantified by TUNEL staining;left ventricular function index was measured by echocardiography and the level of serum lipid was measured by biochemical method.Results:Compared with infarction group, apoptotic myocyte cells in simvastatin group significantly decreased in infarction zone,border zone and non-infarction zone(P0.05).Conclusion:Simvastatin inhibits cardiomyocyte apoptosis and improves cardiac function after myocardial infarction.

Objective To investigate the clinical manifestations and imaging features of moyamoya disease (MMD).Method The clinical manifestations and the results of CT angiography ( CTA ) and digital subtraction angiography (DSA) examinations of 162 cases diagnosed with M MD were analyzed retrospectively.Results In 162 patients with MMD, 132 cases (81.48% ) had stroke, in which cerebral infarction and transient ischemic attack (TIA) were 20 cases, intraventricular hemorrhage were 48 cases, cerebral hemorrhage were 52 cases, subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) were 10 cases and acute subdural hemorrhage were 2 cases; 8 cases(4.94%) had simple migraine and 22 cases(13.58%) had simple epilepsy.All the patients were with typical imaging findings: ( 1 ) The central branch of the internal carotid artery,bilateral internal carotid artery clinoid segment and proximal arterial stenosis or occlusion was the main performance of MMD.(2) Abnormal vascular network in the skull base was the most feature of MMD changes.(3) The performance of collateral circulation.Conclusions CTA and DSA can be used for the diagnosis of MMD patients.DSA is the gold standard for diagnosis of MMD.

To investigate the prevalence and the antibiotic resistance of bacteria isolated from 25 miniature pigs. 45 bacterial strains were isolated, which were identified by biochemical assays, amplification of 16S rRNA genes by PCR and sequence analysis, and were evaluated for resistance to 30 antibiotics. The identification results showed that these bacteria belonged to Campylobacter (Campylobacter jejuni), Helicobacterium (Helicobacter pylori), Klebsiella (Klebsiella pneumoniae), Escherichia (Escherichia coli, Escherichia fergusonii), Pseudomonas (Pseudomonas aeruginosa), Stenotrophomonas (Stenotrophomonas maltophilia), Staphylococcus (Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus haemolyticus, Staphylococcus simulans), Streptococcus (Streptococcus pneumoniae, Streptococcus suis, Streptococcus vestibularis, Streptococcus mitis, Gemella measles, Aerococcus viridans) and Bacillus (Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus licheniformis, Bacillus alvei, Bacterium megaterium). These bacteria were all susceptible to aztreonam and cephalothin. However, the resistence to furazolidone was found. Microbial population carried by miniature pigs in China had characters of diversity. Results of this study provided scientifical accordance for the microorganism monitoring of miniature pigs in China.

Objective The questionaires of the ONFH aegers who were hospitalized in Kanggu hospital,during 2005-2008 ,were collect-ed to evaluate the therapeutic effects of acupotomy by proper statistical methods. Methods Four indexes according to the criteria of Therapeutic effect of adult ONFH recovery and reconstruction (ZHAO Dewei, 1996) were measured to evaluate the effect of the treatment. Results Monofac-torial analysis showed that the treatrnent was effective,but some phenomena could not be correctly explined in specialized field. This problem was re-solved appropriately by structural equation model(SEM). Conclusion By the method of SEM, the confounding factors could be better controlled and the evaluation was more reliable.

[Objective]To observe the clinical effect of the treatment of hyperplastic nonunion of the tibia with interlocking intramedullary nailing,fascia pedicled callus flap and bone grafting.[Method]Twelve cases of nonunion of the tibia were treated with intramedullary interlocking nailing,fascia pedicled callus flap and bone grafting,and there were 8 males and 4 females.The patients age ranged from 26 to 64 years,with an average of 45 years.[Result]All cases were followed-up for an average of 48 months and achieved a solid union within 4～6 months.[Conclusion]Intramedullary interlocking nailing,fascia pedicled callus flap and bone grafting have the design of the reasonable biomechanics,the function of untispinning and unticurtailing,less partial blood decompose.The fascia pedicled callus flap and iliac bone grafting could result in solid union and it is a recomment method for promoting bone-healing up after grafting and forming.

Objective To study the effect of gemcitabine combined with cisplatin in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer.Methods 100 cases of non-small cell lung cancer patients who were treated in our hospital from March 2015 to August 2016 were selected as the subjects in this study.They were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, with 50 cases in each group.The control group were treated with gemcitabine combined with cisplatin, and routine nursing care was used.The experimental group were given psychological intervention on the basis of gemcitabine combined with cisplatin treatment, pay attention to the psychological status of patients, medical staff should strengthen communication, inform the relevant knowledge of disease, eliminate the negative emotions, improve the treatment compliance.Anxiety scores and satisfaction between the experimental group and the control group were compared.Results After the corresponding nursing, the treatment satisfaction of the control group was 72.0%, which was lower than that of the experimental group, and the satisfaction rate was 92.0%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After the intervention, the anxiety score of the experimental group(36.83±4.23)was significantly lower than that of the control group(42.12±3.41), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in survival rate between the two groups after a follow-up of 1 years.Conclusion Gemcitabine Combined with cisplatin in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer, the application of psychological intervention nursing can help patients to eliminate anxiety in a large extent, improve patient satisfaction, with further clinical promotion and application significance.

Objective To analyze the effect of polydatin on cardiac function and mitochondrion of platelet in peripheral blood of patients with severe hemorrhagic shockpolydatin.Methods 60 patients with severe hemorrhagic shock from January 2010 to May 2015 in the hospital were selected.The control group adopted the intravenous therapy of normal saline and transfusion therapy and observation group adopted polydatin (10mg/kg) and transfusion therapy.After treatment, the cardiac function index including heart ejection fraction and and cardiac output, protein kinase C (PKC), ATP levels in mitochondria of platelet, platelet mitochondrial membrane potential and lipid peroxide ( LPO ) in platelet were compared between two groups.Results After treatment, the ejection fraction and cardiac output of two groups increased compared with pre-treatment ( P <0.05 ) , and the above indicators in observation group increased compared with control group (P<0.05).After treatment, PKC content in cell membrane and cytoplasm increased compared with pre-treatment (P<0.05), and the above indicators in observation group increased compared with control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the ATP level in two groups increased compared with pre-treatment (P<0.05), and the above indicator in observation group increased compared with control group ( P <0.05 ).After treatment, platelet cell rate of low mitochondrial membrane potential in observation group decreased compared with pre-treatment (P<0.05), but there was no significant difference in control group, the above indicator in observation group was lower than that in control group (P<0.05).After treatment, LPO content in observation group decreased compared with pre-treatment (P<0.05), but there was no significant difference in control group, the above indicator in observation group was lower than that in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The injury of mitochondrion plays an important role in occurrence and development of severe hemorrhagic shockpolydatin.The function of peripheral blood platelet mitochondrion could be seen as a simple index of judging the state of shock.After the application of protective agent of mitochondrion, the function of mitochondrion is protected.The cardiac function is also improved.It has an important significance for the diagnosis of severe shock.
