Objective To construct an effective network machine room (NMR) in hospital. Methods According to Computer Room Design Standard (GB50174-93), the NMR of XiJing hospital was designed and configured in reason with special equipment in such aspects as fitment, power distribution, air conditioning, monitoring, lightning proof, etc. Results The improvement of network machine running condition provided better support to network equipment and ensured the nicety and reliability of the database of XiJing hospital. Objective To study the effect of calcium gluconate oral solution combined with psychological intervention on preventing the advertise reaction in blood donation by plateletpheresis.Methods From February 2015 to February 2016, 114 cases were collected in Shaoxing downtown blood bank, and were divided into the control group and the experimental group 57 cases in each group.In the blood collection process, the control group were not given any treatment, the experimental group was given calcium gluconate oral liquid combined with psychological intervention.The total incidence adverse reactions and SAS scores in the two groups was compared.Results Before blood donation, Before blood donation, SAS scores in the two groups has no statistically significance.After blood donation, the SAS scores and the total incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the differences in the two groups were statistically significant.(P<0.05).Conclusion Calcium gluconate oral liquid combined with psychological intervention can prevent the adverse reactions in the process of blood donation by plateletpheresis, which is worthy of promotion in the process of plateletpheresis.

From the background of setting up of the pharmacy administration program,and in combination with the characteristics of the program,this thesis suggested that five principles should be followed to the course system construction,and expounded the concrete conditions of the curriculum setup and the next step assumption.

A new method for the determination of peptide antibiotics in sediment from aquaculture environment by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry was developed. The target analytes in sediments were ultrasonically extracted twice with citrate buffer solution and methol mixture (3∶ 4, V/ V), followed by complexation with 0. 5 g of Na2 EDTA, purification with 5 mL of methyl isobutyl ketone, and clean-up with HLB-SPE column. The analytes were separated on a MGII C18 column by gradient elution with 0. 1% formaic acid-0. 1% formaic acid acetonitrile as mobile phase, detected in multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) with electrospray ionization (ESI) under positive ion mode, and quantified by external standard method. The calibration curves were linear (R2 >0. 999) over a concentration range of 10 -10000μg / L for colistin and bacitracin and 4-4000 μg / L for virginiamycin M1 . The limits of detection (S / N = 3) were 5 μg / kg for colistin and bacitracin and 2 μg / kg for virginiamycin M1 . The limits of quantification (S / N=10) was 10 μg / kg for colistin and bacitracin and 4 μg / kg for virginiamycin M1 . At three spiked levels, the recoveries ranged from 79. 7% to 91. 6% (RSD=1. 9% -10. 8% ), showing high sensitivity, good reproducibility and wide applicability.

AIM: To study the compatible stability of cefepime with 0.5% metronidazole injection.　METHODS: Dual wavelength spectrophotometry and K-ratio spectrophotometry were described for the determination of cefepime with metronidazole injection during 6 h. 　RESULTS: There was no evident variation in content during 6 h at room temperature. The average recovery rates of cefepime and metronidazole were (100.9±0.4)% and (99.8±0.6)% (n=5).　CONCLUSION: The compatiblity of cefepime with metronidazole injection is stable. The method of using dual wavelength spectrophotometry and K-ratio spectrophotometry to determine the compatible stability of cefepime with metronidazole is simple, accurate and usable.

Objective: To collect the view of sex of contemporary colleg e studen ts. Methods: To provide questionnaire made by Chen Jialin to 12 00 college studen ts from three universities in Hangzhou, Zhejiang. 1130 of them (94%) were compl e ted and fit for study standard. Results: College students' view of sex tends to be more open but still had some controversy. The difference of views on topics s uch as the purpose of sex, illegal sex and chastity between boy students and gir l students was quite significant, while the students from urban and those from c ountryside shared similar view of sex. Conclusion: Sex educatio n is still at its primary step in Chinese college students.

Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of anesthetizing patients with propofol-remifentanil given by TCI targeting effect-site vs plasma. Methods Forty-four ASA Ⅰ - Ⅱ patients aged 20 -65 yr undergoing laparascopic cholecystectomy were randomly divided into two groups : group P targeting plasma concentration (n = 22) and group E targeting effect-site concentration ( n - 22) . The patients were given midazolam 1 mg and scopolamine 0.3 nig i. v. in the operating room before anesthesia. Auditory evoked potential, BP, HR and SpO2 monitoring were started before induction of anesthesia. Anesthesia was induced with propofol and remifentanil given by TCL using two Graseby 3500 infusion pumps. The target concentration of propofol was set at 4 ?g ? ml-1 and remifentanii at 2 ng ? ml -1 . Remifentanil infusion was started 2 min before propofol infusion. When the patients lost consciousness (no response to patting and request for eye-opening), succinylcholine 2 mg?kg-1 was given i. v. to facilitate intubation. Intubation score was assessed. The time required for loss of consciousness after TCI of propofol was started (TLOC), the amount of propofol and remifentanil infused and auditory evoked potential index (AAIs) when the patients lost consciousness were recorded. The patients were mechanically ventilated (VT 8-10 ml, RR 10 bpm) and PETCO2 was maintained at 30-40 mm Hg. Anesthesia was maintained with N2O inhalation, TCI of propofol - remifentanil and intermittent i.v. boluses of vecuronium. Propofol -remifentanil target concentrations were titrated against AAIs value below 20 during maintenance of anesthesia. At the end of operation quality of anesthesia was evaluated. The total amount of propofol and remifentanil consumed were recorded. Aldrate post anesthetic recovery score and postoperative pain score were also assessed.
