OBJECTIVE:To investigate the status quo of clinical hospital pharmacy in hospitals in Fujian province.METHODS:A total of 575 questionnaires were given out in 10 general hospitals to investigate the status quo of clinical pharmacy and the role of physicians and nurses(primary nurses)in the pharmaceutical care.RESULTS:The hospitals in Fujian attached great importance to clinical pharmacy,but physicians and nurses(primary nurses)had a poor knowledge on the clinical pharmaceutical care and lacked trust in pharmacists' capability.CONCLUSION:The status quo of clinical hospital pharmacy in hospitals in Fujian province is far from perfect,the key to improve clinical hospital pharmacy level is to improve pharmacists' professional quality.

Objective To observe the efficacy of biofeedback behavioral cognitive and vestibular re-habilitation treatment in patients with chronic subjective dizziness( CSD) . Methods 60 patients with chro-nic subjective dizziness were divided into two groups: study group ( 30 cases) treated with drug,vestibular rehabilitation and biofeedback behavioral cognitive therapy,and the control group (30 cases) was treated with drug treatment by random number table method,and all the 60 patients in the study were assessed by DHI,HADS and SF-36. Results After four and six weeks of treatment,the DHI and HADS scale scores of the study group were(4 weeks:DHI(9.07±3.18),HADS(3.17±1.56);6 weeks:DHI(4.67±3.08),HADS (2.03±1.10)),and the scores of the control group were(4 weeks:DHI(13.20±4.48),HADS(4.90±2.40);6 weeks:DHI(12.13±3.60),HADS(4.57±2.06)),and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After 6 weeks treatment,SF-36 scores in eight aspects about physiological function,role-physical,bodi-ly pain,general health,vitality,social-functioning,role-emotional,and mental health,in the study group were (96.17±5.20),(95.00±5.72),(96.67±4.79),(95.17±5.33),(95.50±5.14),(94.58±9.10),(88.90± 18.21),(96.67±4.59)and the control group were(85.33±11.29),(82.67±9.07),(88.53±8.63),(80.83± 7.44),(88.00±8.47),(80.00±14.90),(64.44±27.60),(81.73±14.04),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The study indicates that vestibular rehabilitation and biofeedback behav-ioral cognitive therapy can significantly improve symptoms of dizziness,anxiety,depression and quality of life.

Aim To investigate the effect of pentoxifylline(PTX) on rat mesangial cells(MCs) proliferation and the expression of connective tissue growth factor(CTGF) protein cultured in high glucose concentration. Methods The MCs were divided into 4 groups: ①normal glucose group(NG,5 mmol?L -1 D glucose),②high glucose group(HG, 30 mmol?L -1 D glucose),③HG+0 36 mmol?L -1 PTX,④HG+1 08 mmol?L -1 PTX. 72 hours later, the proliferation activity of mesangial cells was observed by MTT assay, the expression of CTGF protein was detected by Western blot. Results Compared with normal glucose group, high glucose significantly increased MCs proliferation activity and the expression of CTGF. PTX of different concentration suppressed the proliferation of the MCs and down regulated the expression of CTGF. Conclusion PTX can suppress the proliferation activity of MCs cultured in high glucose and decrease the expression of CTGF, which implies PTX probably decreases the accumulation of extracellular matrix(ECM) and slows the progression of glomerular hypertrophy and glomerulosclerosis in this way. Thus it demonstrates the protective effect of PTX in diabetic nephropathy(DN) from a new angle.

Objective To investigate the therapeutic efficacies for pure galactoma by injecting absolute ethanol compared with the pure pouch cavity puncture separately pulls out the fluid law.Methods Patients of pure galactoma examined by ultrasonography were divided into two groups from March of 2005 to February of 2007 in mammary gland special clinic of our hospital.Absolute ethanol jet method and the pure pouch cavity puncture separately pulls out the fluid law were given respectively and the effect was evaluated within one year after operation.Results Of 89 cases pure galactoma using absolute ethanol jet method,71cases(79.78%)were convalesced,15cases(16.85%)were effective and 3 cases(3.37%)were noneffective.The effectiveness was 96.63 %.Of 86 cases using pure pouch cavity puncture separately pulls out the fluid law,44cases(51.16%)were convalesced,33 cases(38.37%)were effective and 9 cases(10.47%)were noneffective.The effectiveness was 89.53%.The cured rates of two groups had significant difference through chi-square test,?2=15.38,P

Objective To investigate the incidence,clinical manifestation and prognosis of fungus infections in AIDS patients hospitalized in Fuzhou Infectious Diseases Hospital in the past 20 years.Methods Retrospective study was performed to assess fungus infections in hospitalized AIDS patients from February of 1987 to December of 2007.The patients who had fungus infections were given antifungal drugs.Results Of the total 430 AIDS patients 213 cases(49.3%) were diagnosed as complications with fungus infections which included 55 cases of hospital-acquired infection(25.8%) and 158 cases(74.2%) of community-acquired infection.Especially,105(49.3%) cases had fungus infections affecting multiple organs.The risk factors for fungus infections included old age,TB infection,chronic viral hepatitis,low CD4T cell count(

Objective To develop a method to determine molybdenum in radix puerariae and the soil. Methods A method for determination of trace molybdenum in radix puerariae and the soil where it growth by single sweep polarography has been used. Results The linear range was 0.010-1.0 ?g/ml, r=0.999 0, the detection limit was 6.0?10-3 ?g/ml, the recovery rates were 98.0%～106.0%, RSD was 2.2%-4.8%. Conclusion This method is suitable for the determination of molybdenum in radix puerariae and the soil. The content of Mo in radix puerariae is related to that in the soil.

OBJECTIVE:To provide references for improving the governmental drug pricing,especially for brand-name drugs.METHODS:With the statistical data listed in the governmental drug price catalogs,the price difference rates between brand-name and generic injection were computed.RESULTS:Only 26%of the drugs were in line with the requirement on price difference rate(35%for injections)specified in governmental drug price principle,and the highest price gap between brand-name drug and generic drug was as high as over 500%.CONCLUSIONS:It is advisable for government to adopt mild method of gradual reduction of drug prices,control the preferential degree for the price of the brand- name drugs,establish a dynamic price control system,and promote the balance on the benefits of both brand-name drug manufactures and the generic drug manufacturers.

Objective:To observe the e ects Of Jianpitongmai soup in regulating blood fat.Methods:120 cases of hyperlipidemia patients were randomly divided into two groups:Jianpitongmai group with 60 cases and simvastatin control group with 60 cases.To compare the treatment e cacy after 8 weeks.Results:Jianpitongmai soup can signi cantly improve indicators of blood fat(P0.05).Conclusions:Jianpitongmai soup can control blood fats comprehensively,and the e ect will be cumulative with the continuation of treatment.
