Chinese Traditional Patent Medicine 1992;0(01):-
Wanglaojichongfu Herb Tea was found to possess the following actions: (1)antibiosis and anti-inflammation, (2) diuresis, (3) inceasing the contraction power of smooth muscle of gastrointestinal canal, (4)promoting the peristalsis of intestinum, (5) contracting the trachea link, (6) decreasing the perfusion amount of lung. The toxic test suggested that the maximal tolerance dose of mice with its extract a day was 220 times as much as clinical administration dose.
2.The diagnosis value of histopathological observation combined with tumor markers detection in gastric cancer
International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2014;(11):1439-1440
Objective To evaluate the diagnosis significans of histopathological observation combined with tumor markers detec-tion in gastric cancer. Methods To retrospectively review the pathological data and serum levels of tumor markers of 36 gastric cancer patients(gastric cancer group)and 41 patients with benign gastric disease(gastric disease group),and to compare with tumor marker detection levels of 30 healthy people(healthy control group)and analyze the differences. Results The serum levels of tumor markers in gastric cancer group were obviously higher than those in healthy control group and gastric disease group(P <0.05).The early diagnosed rate for gastric cancer was 55.6% by histopathological observation, which increased to 91.7% when combined with tumor markers detection. And the difference was significant(P <0.05 ).Conclusion Histopathological observation combined with tumor markers detection could improve the diagnosis sensitivity and accuracy in gastric cancers.
3.Exploration on approaches to improve quality of lemology practice of medical interns
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2013;(9):953-955
Medical interns’ indifferences to clinical practice of lemology and changes in infec-tious disease spectrum were analyzed at present. Practical applicability of lemology knowledge should be defined clearly for medical interns in entrance education. Concepts of disinfectant and isolation should be enhanced. Clinical competence, communication skill with patients and medical ethics of medical interns should be cultured in order to achieve better clinical practice and teaching effect.
4.Application of Botulinum Toxin Type A in Urological Field
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2007;13(7):607-610
Injection of botulinum toxin type A (BTX-A) seems to have a positive therapeutic effect in multiple urological conditions, including detrusor external sphincter dyssynergia, voiding dysfunction, painful pelvic floor, bladder overactivity, frequency-urgency syndrome, interstitial cystitis, benign prostatic hyperplasia, and be thought as a novel and promising treatment for a variety of lower urinary tract dysfunctions within the urological field. However, there is a long way to go to assess the clinical efficacy of this form by randomized, double blinded, placebo-controlled trials.

Objective: To study the action of Zhongjiangweiling Capsule (Fructus Amoni, Cortex cinnamoni, Rhizoma Alpiniae officinarum Radix Glycyrrhizae) on the experimental gastric ulcer. Methods: Area of ulcer, gastric juice volume, acidity and pepsin output were measured on experimental gastric ulcer models induced by the ligated pylorus and burned acetic acid and i.p Reserpine in rats. Results: Zhongjingweiling Capule showed to be able to reduce areas of ulcers, gastric juice volume, acidity and pepsin output. Conclusion: Zhongjingweiling Capsule had antiulcer effect in rats.

AIM: To study the effects of Zhongjingweiling Capsule (Fructus Amomi, Cortex Cinnamemi, Rhizoma Alpiniae Galangae, Fructus Foeniculi, Radix Glycyrrhizae, etc.) on analgesia, anti inflammation and gastrointestinal peristalsis inhibition. METHODS: The effect of analgesia was tested by the method of writhes and hot plate on mice. The effect of anti inflammation was tested by injecting acetic acid and implanting cotton pellet and xylene into mice. RESULT: Zhongjingweiling Capsule effectively inhibited the swelling of mouse pinna induced by xylene and the increase of peritoneal capillary permeability caused by the acetic acid injected into mice. The capsule also decreased the proliferation of granuloma caused by implantation cotton pellet significantly and had an abirritant effect on the algesia induced by acetic acid and hot plate. Besides, it effectively inhibited the gastrointestinal peristalsis. CONCLUSION: Zhongjingweiling Capsule is an effective medicine in anti inflammation, analgesia, and gastrointestinal peristalsis inhibition.

Journal of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine 1999;0(02):-
[Objective] To observe the pharmacological action of Ganoderma Lucidum Brewage (GLB) in decreasing blood lipid. [ Methods ] Eighty rats were randimized into 8 groups: blank control (Group A), model ( Group B) high-dose GLB ( Group C), moderate-dose GLB ( Group D), low-dose GLB ( Group E), Ganoderma Lucidum Decoction (Group F), Ganoderma Lucidum Capsule (Group G) and Xuezhi Kang (Group H). So did the mice. Hyperlipidemia mouse models and rat models were induced by yolk and high-fat diet respectively. Effect of GBL in various doses to decrease blood lipid was observed in the two kinds of hyperlipidemia models and was compared with that of Xuezhi Kang, Ganoderma Lucidum Decoction and Ganoderma Lucidum Capsule. [Results] GLB could decrease the serum contents of triglycerides and cholesterol both in model mice and model rats (P

ObjectiveTo study the effect of implantation of the bone marrow cells into infarction myo cardium on the secretion of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF), insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1), transforming growth factor-?1 (TGF-?1 ), interleu kin-1 (IL-1), and interleukin-8 (IL-8).MethodsBone marrow cells were implanted into the region of acute myocardial infarct via topical injection. Specimens were harvested at first, 2nd, 4th, 8th week after implantation for the expression of cytokines and vascular density examination by immunohistochemical analysis and the levels of cytokines by radioimmunoassay. ResultsAt first, 2nd, 4th, 8th week after transplantation, the vascular density in the bone marrow cell implant group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P

Acta Universitatis Medicinalis Anhui 2014;(3):398-401
84 eyes that underwent femtosecond laser-assisted laser in situ keratomileusis ( FS-LASIK) , and 110 eyes that underwent small incision lenticule extraction ( SMILE) surgery were included in this prospective case se-ries study. HOAs included ( total HOAs, spherical aberration, horizontal coma aberration, and vertical coma aber-ration) were measured preoperatively after 1 week, 1 month , and 3 months postoperatively by Pentacam. The ab-errations were described as Zernike polynomials. Significantly increased total HOAs and SA and significantly de-creased vertical coma were noted at 1 week, 1 month, and 3 months after FS-LASIK ( P<0.05 ) . However, no significant increase was found in postoperatively horizontal coma. There were significant increases in total HOAs, SA, and horizontal coma and a decrease in the vertical coma at each postoperative examination in SIMLE group ( P<0.05 ) . The total HOAs and SA were significantly smaller in SMILE group than that in FS-LASIK group at 1 week, 1 month, and 3 months postoperatively. The changes in total HOAs and SA were also significantly smaller in SMILE group than that in FS-LASIK group at each postoperative examination. Compared with FS-LASIK, SMILE can induce fewer total higher-order aberrations and spherical aberration after operation.
