China Pharmacy 2005;0(21):-
OBJECTIVE:To explore the inhibitory effects and mechanism of Rhizoma Sparganii and Rhizoma Curcumae on the angiogenesis of new granulation tissue in sponge.METHODS:The experimental endometriosis in female rats was established with sponge implantation. The effects of Rhizoma Sparganii and Rhizoma Curcumae on the angiogenesis of new granulation tissue in sponge were observed after intragastric medication for 2 consecutive weeks. The staining of endothelial cell specific Ⅷ factor and vascular endothelial cell growth factor(VEGF) was carried out by immunohistochemistry method. The expression of VEGF mRNA was detected by RT-PCR assay.RESULTS:In rats receiving high dosage of Rhizoma Sparganii and Rhizoma Curcumae(SC),the area of new granulation tissue in sponge, the number of blood vessels, the expression of VE-GF and VEGF mRNA were all significantly lower than in model group(P

China Pharmacy 1991;0(02):-
OBJECTIVE:To discuss the necessity and strategies to establish credibility in drug retailing stores.METHO- DS:The general meaning of credibility and its particular meaning in medicine were explained. The significance of establishing credibility in drug stores was analyzed, and the relevant strategies were suggested.RESULTS & CONCLUSION:Now in the vigorous market competition, only through establishing credibility can drug stores survive and develop.
5.Antis-lipid Peroxidation of Zhiganle in Rats with Fatty Liver
China Pharmacy 2007;0(27):-
OBJECTIVE:To explore the therapeutic effect of Chinese herbal compounds Zhiganle on fatty liver induced by high-cholesterol high fat diet in rats and the action mechanism.METHODS:Wistar rats were randomized into 6 groups:normal group, model group,Dongbao gantai group,ZGL groups(high, middle, and low doses).Except the normal group, the other 5 groups of rats were administered with high-cholesterol high fat diet for 12 weeks. On week 13,the ZGL groups were administered intragastrically with Zhiganle(1.5,3.0,4.5 g?kg-1) and rats in Dongbao gantai group with Dongbao gantai(0.3 g?kg-1) qd for 12 consecutive weeks. The hematological indexes were measured and the pathological change in rats was observed.RESULTS:In ZGL groups, serum levels of total cholesterol(T-CH) and triglyceride(TG) and the MDA level in liver were decreased significantly(P
6.The value of fragmentation QRS wave in rat myocardial infarction model
Acta Universitatis Medicinalis Anhui 2017;52(7):1078-1080,1084
To set up rat myocardial infarction model and to investigate significance of fragmented QRS wave in rat myocardial infarction model.40 rats were divided into sham-operated group and myocardial infarction group, these two sets of rats received surgeries under the same conditions.Myocardial infarction models were induced by opening chest and anterior descending branch of coronary artery deligation for rats.Rats in sham-operated group were only threaded without deligation.Recorded the electrocardiogram(ECG) during 10, 60 min and 4 weeks after the deligation(or threading) and analyzed the change rules of the fragmented QRS waves and Q waves.Tissue samples from myocardial infarction area were collected for HE staining 4 weeks after the surgery. The frequency of fragmented QRS wave in myocardial infarction group was significantly increased during 10, 60 min and at 4 weeks after the operation compared with sham-operated group(P<0.01).Myocardial cells of some models in myocardial infarction group arranged in disorder and showed vacuolation according to results of HE staining.By setting up rat myocardial infarction model, we can draw a conclusion that fragmented QRS wave can be used as a new indicator to diagnose acute myocardial infarction and old myocardial infarction predict the severity of the disease.

China Pharmacy 2005;0(22):-
OBJECTIVE:To prepare Xiaocuo emulsion and to study its stability.METHODS:The formula and techniques were optimized with metronidazuo, cimetidine, chloramphenicol and salicylic acid as the chief ingredients, and with the uniformity of emulsion as the indicator. The stability test was performed using storage test and accelerated centrifugal test.RESULTS:The optimized formula was the following,5ml azone,4ml tween-80,1g metronidazole,2g cimetidine,2g chloramphenicol,1g salicylic acid and 100ml deionized water.CONCLUSION:The preparation is reasonable in formula, simple in preparative techniques, stable in quality and feasible in production.

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2008;24(12):30-31
Objective To compare the effect of different coping method on the prevention of shiver reaction in patients after transurethral resection of prostate. Methods 320 patients who were to undergo transurethral resection of prostate were collected and grouped into group Ⅰ, group Ⅱ, group Ⅲ and group Ⅳ.All cases received transurethral resection of prostate under subarachnoid-epidural analgesia. Different prevention methods were adopted in the four groups. The incidence of shiver reaction in four groups was observed. Results The incidence rate of shiver reaction in group Ⅰ and group Ⅲ decreased compared with group Ⅳ. Conclusion increase of temperature physically and intravenous injection of tramadol could decrease the incidence rate of shiver reaction in patients after transurethral resection of prostate.

Chinese Journal of Urology 2001;0(08):-
Objective To reveal the morphologic changes of rats' prostates after castration, and to explore the possible mechanism that causes these morphologic changes. Methods 90 male adult rats were randomized into 9 groups (10 per group), one group as the control, while the others were sacrificed 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 10, 14, 21 days post castration. Prostates were harvested, then fixed, embedded, sectioned, and observed by light microscope and electric telemicroscope. Furthermore, sections of the prostates were detected for apoptosis by TUNEL and PCNA by immunohistochemistry. Sections stained by HE were applied to computer-based imaging analysis system in order to count the area of glands, stroma and the width of the epithelium separately. Results Prostatic glands were atrophied, and the secretion of glands was diminished post castration. Apoptosis and necrosis occurred in the epithelia as well as in the stromal cells and the proliferation index was decreased. Conclusions Weight and volume loss of the prostates after castration was due to the loss and atrophy of the prostate cells as well as the decrease of secretion. Apoptosis and proliferation might play a role in the atrophy of the prostate.

Objective To assess the diagnostic value of NMP22 and BTA stat in the detection of bladder cancer. Methods 82 symptomatic patients suspicious of bladder cancer were asked to have urine NMP22,BTA stat, and cytological examination before cystoscopy. Results 32 patients were pathologicaly diagnosed as transitional cell carcinoma, and 50 cases were other benign urological conditions. The sensitivity of NMP22 (87.5%) was significantly better than BTA stat (65.6%) and urinary cytology ( 21.9 %), P
