China Pharmacy 2015;26(36):5083-5084
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the correlation of patients with end stage renal disease(ESRD)and antibiotics encepha-lopathy after giving ceftazidime. METHODS:Data of 20 ESRD patients with antibiotics encephalopathy were retrospectively ana-lyzed and included into observation group, and also 20 ESRD patients with no antibiotics encephalopathy were included into con-trol group. Patients with no improved conditions in observation group were given hemodialysis associated with hemoperfusion after 2-5 days of ceftazidime withdrawal. The hemoglobin(Hb),albumin(Alb),serum creatinine(Scr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN), total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),parathyroid hormone(PTH),use time and cumulative dose of ceftazidime in observa-tion group were detected and compared with control group. RESULTS:The age,use time and cumulative dose of ceftazidime in ob-servation group were significantly higher than control group,Alb level was lower than control group, the differences were statisti-cally significant(P<0.05). 19 patients in remission and 1 died in observation group. CONCLUSIONS:The antibiotic encephalopa-thy in ESRD patients has correlation with elderly, hypoalbuminemia, use time and cumulative dose of ceftazidime.

Objective To study the effect of multi drug combination therapy of children allergic purpura. Methods 80 cases of children with Henoch Schonlein purpura in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2016 were selected, these children were randomly divided into methylprednisolone, cimetidine and loratadine treatment group(treatment group)and methylprednisolone treatment group(control group),40 cases in each groups, the clinical curative effects, rash regression time, joint pain relief time, abdominal pain relief time, hematochezia disappeared time, urine recovery time, hospitalization time, incidences of adverse reaction and recurrences of the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results The total treatment efficiency of the treatment group was 95%(38/40),which was significantly higher than the control group 70%(28/40),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the rash regression, joint pain relief time, abdominal pain relief time, hospitalization time of the treatment group were significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05),but the differences the stool disappear time, urine recovery time, incidences of adverse reactions, recurrence rate between the two groups were not significant. Conclusion The effect of multi drug combination therapy of children with allergic purpura is better than single drug alone, can shorten the time of disappearance of symptoms of patients, reduce hospital stay.
5.Analysis on Essential Drug Centralized Bidding Purchase Implementation Plans of 30 Provinces
Chinese Health Economics 2014;(7):75-78
To provide suggestions for perfecting essential drug centralized bidding and purchasing system. Methods:Using literature method to analyze comparatively essential drug bidding purchasing implement plans of 30 provinces in China. Results:Bidding mode in most provinces was double envelope system. Most evaluation methods did not distinguish the quality level, while there were great differences among provincial evaluation standard and scores of economic, technical and business bidding. Conclusion: To explore scientific and reasonable evaluation standard, it needs to establish an authoritative evaluation system for reference, choose the objective index as far as possible and properly increase the amount of bidding manufacturer.

7.The correlation of serum ghrelin level with the total BMC,LM and body weight in premenopausal women with different thyroid functional status
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 2000;0(07):-
AIM:To investigate the relationship between serum ghrelin level and body composition including bone mineral content (BMC),fat mass(FM) & lean mass(LM) in premenopausal women with different thyroid functional status.METHODS:We measured the serum ghrelin levels by radioimmunoassay (RIA),the serum levels of free triiodothyronine (FT3),free thyroxine (FT4) and sensitive thyroid-stimulating hormone (sTSH) by chemiluminescene immune assay. The total body composition including total BMC,FM and LM was measured by dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry (DXA) in 71 premenopausal women with different thyroid functional status (33 hyperthyroidism,18 hypothyroidism and 20 normal subjects).RESULTS:(1) The level of serum ghrelin in patients with hyperthyroidism was significantly lower than that in patients with hypothyroidism (P0.05).The serum ghrelin level was correlated negatively with FT3(r=-0.318,P0.05).CONCLUSION:The serum ghrelin level in the premenopausal women with different thyroid functional status may correlate with the total BMC,LM and body weight.

Objective In a randomized double blind study, we have compared the analgesic efficacy and safety of PCA with buprenorphine and PCA with morphine after abdominal hysterectomy. Methods One hundred and fifty-four patients aged 25-55 yr undergoing abdominal hysterectomy were included in this study. Patients with severe cardiac, cerebral, hepatic and renal disease and those who had recently taken monoamine oxidase inhibitor were excluded. Anesthesia was induced with propofol 1.5-2.0 mg?kg-1 and intubation was facilitated with succinylcholine 1.5 mg?kg-1 or vecuronium 0.1 mg?kg-1 . Anesthesia was maintained with inhalation of l%-2% isoflurane and 50% nitrous oxide in oxygen supplemented with intermittent iv boluses of vecuronium 1-2 mg, fentanyl 2?g?kg-1 and droperidol 1-2 mg. The patients were randomly divided into 2 groups: 1 buprenorphine group (B, n = 77 ) and 2 morphine group (M, n = 77) . In group B, patients received PCA with buprenorphine (bolus dose 0.03 mg, lockout interval 14 min, 24 h dose limit 1.2 mg); in group M patients received PCA with morphine (bolus dose 1 mg, lockout interval 5 min, 24 h dose limit 40 mg). Intensity of pain was assessed using VAS with 0 representing no pain and 10 representing the worst pain. Pain intensity difference before and after PCA and pain relief (PAR) (0 = not relieved, 4 = completely relieved) , patient satisfaction and adverse effects were recorded. Results The two groups were comparable with regard to age, body weight, duration of operation, the time when postoperative pain started and PCA was commenced, and the intensity of postoperative pain. There was no significant difference in pain intensity before and after PCA and PAR between the two groups. The incidence of nausea and vomiting was significantly higher in group B than in group M ( P
