Objective Applyingthe traditional Chinese medical knowledge service and sharing system, to explore the medication rules of ankylosing spondylitis in the medical records. Methods The ankylosing spondylitis medical records in the traditional chinese medical knowledge service and sharing system has been searched and 149 prescriptions were identified. The medication frequency, association rules, herbal combination and the cluster analyses were explored. Results Among the 149 prescriptions with 210 drugs, the use of high frequency drugs wereGouji, Baishao, Danggui, Duzhong, Weilingxian, and other medication whose frequency was more than 20 times were good at tonifying liver and kidney, activating blood circulation, clearing heat and promoting diuresis, dispelling cold and removing dampness. The high frequency of drug combinations included Sangjisheng and Gouji, Duzhong and Gouji, Baishao and Gouji, Guizhi and Baishao, Gancao and Danggui. Conclusions The treatment of ankylosing spondylitis with Chinese medicine is mainly based on tonifying liver and kidney, supplemented with drugs for warming Kidney Yang, dispelling cold and dehumidification, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, clearing heat and promoting diuresis, dispelling wind and cold.

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of pediatric massage based on"Siming points"in the intervention of mild to moderate myopia. Methods Eighty children aged 6-12 years with mild to moderate myopia were randomly divided into the"Siming points"based pediatric Tuina group and the general Tuina group. The observation group was given"Siming points"-based pediatric Tuina intervention, while the control group was given ordinary Tuina intervention, once every other day,3 times a week,6 times a course. After the intervention,we observed the changes of naked eye visual acuity, refraction and eye axis length after ciliary muscle paralysis before and after the intervention, and counted the difference of efficacy between the two groups. Results At the end of the intervention, the effective rate of the observation group(98.57%)was higher than that of the control group(78.57%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The naked eye visual acuity of both the observation group and the control group increased significantly, and the comparison of naked eye visual acuity within and between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);the refraction and axial length of the eyes after ciliary muscle paralysis both increased after the intervention, but the growth rate of the observation group was slower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the observation group was better than the control group. Conclusion Pediatric Tuina based on"Siming points"has better efficacy for mild to moderate myopia, and is more effective than ordinary Tuina in improving the naked eye visual acuity of myopic children, slowing down the myopic refractive error and controlling the growth rate of the eye axis.

Xiaotianxin acupoint is located at the middle root of the palm, in the depression of the junction between the major and minor thenar eminence. Manual operation includes kneading, pinching, pounding, pinching-kneading method, and it has the effect of clearing heat and promoting urination, tranquilizing fringt and mind, brightening vision, dredging meridians, sweating and releasing muscle, clinical indications of infantile convulsions, night crying, hot urine, jaundice, strabismus, low vision. This paper, by reviewing ancient and modern literatures, the positioning, operation methods and clinical application of Xiaotianxin acupoint are combed and analyzed. The mechanism of the acupoint should be explored from two aspects of traditional and modern medicine, in order to understand the acupoint comprehensively and deeply. And it will provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of diseases by Xiaotianxin, and guide the clinical application through theoretical research.
